Trash:
We're excited to let you know that our storage compound will be open for you to access from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.! To keep our community beautiful, please avoid dumping trash against our new fencing. Remember, we offer convenient curbside trash pickup! Just place your garbage at the end of your driveway by 8 a.m. on Mondays. If a holiday falls on a Monday, we'll be there for you the following morning. To help us serve you better, please bag all garbage and use a garbage can—no contractor bags, please! Each household can place up to 7 bags, each with a capacity of 13 to 30 gallons. While grocery bags are welcome, please ensure they’re inside proper-sized garbage bags before pick-up. Just a friendly reminder to regularly clean your trash cans, as our team hand-picks up the garbage. As the warm months approach, try adding mothballs to your cans to keep them fresh and pest-free. For a smooth and timely pickup, place your trash curbside on Sunday evenings or early Monday mornings. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping our community tidy!

If you are planning on storing your boat with us this season, be sure to visit the office to complete a new storage form and provide the required documents!
Please be sure you are removing all leaves from your homesite and properly bag them before you discard them in our burn pile. If you are unable to bring them to the storage burn pile, notify management, and we will make arrangements to pick them up once they are properly bagged.
REMEMBER, on Tuesdays, the water lines are flushed at NOON. PLEASE DO NOT use water between noon and 2 p.m. AFTER 2 p.m., RUN COLD water from all faucets in your homes until the water runs clear.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires us to gather the HUD certification number for each home in our community. To ensure your home remains HUD-compliant, we kindly ask that you share this information with Sandy by March 15th.
You can easily find the HUD certification plate (also known as the HUD tag) in a few common places:
- On the exterior frame of your home
- At the front or back of your home
- Inside a kitchen cabinet
