Spring has arrived at Friendly Ridge, bringing longer days, and a renewed sense of energy throughout our community. This season is a wonderful reminder of new beginnings and the opportunity to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us here at the Ridge.
We want to take a moment to thank all of our residents for helping make Friendly Ridge such a welcoming and caring place to call home. Your kindness, patience, and neighborly spirit truly make a difference and are what set our community apart.
As the weather improves, you may notice an increase in outdoor activities, home projects, and community events. Please remember to be mindful of community guidelines, keep yards and common areas tidy, and reach out to the office if you have any questions or need assistance. We are always happy to help.
We look forward to a fun and active spring season filled with community gatherings, friendly conversations, and plenty of sunshine.
Thank you for being part of Friendly Ridge, we are grateful to serve such an amazing group of residents.
Warm regards,

Dear Neighbors,
Our Annual Paint and Repair Program will be starting soon. This is a great time to touch up exterior paint, pressure wash surfaces, tidy up yards, and take care of minor repairs. These small efforts help keep Friendly Ridge looking clean and welcoming for everyone.
More details will be shared soon. Thank you for helping take pride in our community!
This spring, you’ll begin to see new homes arriving throughout Friendly Ridge as we continue to grow and improve our community. During this time, there will be large delivery trucks and equipment moving through the neighborhood.
Please use extra caution when driving or walking and be mindful of temporary changes in traffic or parking. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as these improvements take place, and we’re excited to welcome new homes—and new neighbors—to Friendly Ridge.
Friendly reminder to all residents: if we do not currently have a valid copy of your homeowner’s insurance on file, please provide updated proof of insurance at your earliest convenience. Keeping current documentation helps ensure everyone’s home and our community are properly protected. You may drop off a copy at the office or email it to management. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
To help keep our accounting accurate and efficient, all payments must be made for the exact amount due. Please note that our office is unable to accept post-dated checks. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines and thank you for helping us keep our payment process running smoothly.
Dear Friendly Ridge Residents,
It has truly been a joy seeing so many of you come together and participate in our community events throughout the winter months. From the laughter and conversations to the smiles and new friendships, each gathering has been a wonderful reminder of what makes Friendly Ridge such a special place to live. It is always heartwarming to watch neighbors connect, share stories, and simply enjoy time together in a welcoming and fun environment.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the many volunteers who generously gave their time and energy to help make these events possible. Your dedication and willingness to lend a hand truly make a difference, and I appreciate each of you more than you know.
As we look ahead, we are excited to bring even more fun and engaging events to Friendly Ridge this spring. There will be a variety of opportunities to gather, celebrate the season, and continue building the strong sense of community that we all value. I absolutely love planning these events with you and for you. Your enthusiasm, participation, and feedback inspire me every day, and I look forward to creating many more memorable moments together. Thank you for being such an important part of our Friendly Ridge family. I hope to see you at the next event!
Happy Spring!
Happy Spring!

INSTRUCTIONS
• 6 large eggs
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 5 slices bacon
• 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• Kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Paprika, for serving
• Chopped chives, for serving
STEP 1: Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water and the baking soda. Set pan over medium-high heat and bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, cover pan with a lid and let sit for 11 minutes. Drain, rinse eggs under cold water, and peel.
STEP 2: Meanwhile, arrange bacon in a medium skillet and cook over medium until crisp on the first side, about 6 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and brush bacon with maple syrup. Flip and brush other side, then continue cooking until crisp on second side. Transfer to a plate and let cool completely.
STEP 3: Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop yolks into a medium bowl, then mash yolks with the back of a fork. Stir mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard into yolks until smooth. Crumble three slices of cooked bacon and stir into the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 4: Using a small cookie scoop, scoop mixture into each egg. Crumble the remaining 2 slices of bacon over the eggs. Dust with paprika and sprinkle with chives before serving.
