Dr. Hassan started his career in architecture in 2000. He established Futurist Architecture Office in 2003 in Riyadh, Dubai branch in 2006 and Cairo office in 2012 in order to cover the projects in Africa. Futurist Architecture office continued to expand and recruited a team in Kuala lampur in 2017.

Futurist Architecture office worked on all kinds of projects (Residential Towers, resorts, factories, retails, hotels, entertainment facilities etc..) Today, we are proud to say that we have participated in changing perception and understanding of architecture in the kingdom, and we will continue to serve as a leading design office that serves the community its belongs.
During the past twenty years, Dr. Hassan worked with different clients, companies & real estate developers on projects of various nature and different typologies. In parallel to managing the office, Dr. Alkanani pursued his passion in studying architecture and obtained a PhD in Sustainable and Futuristic Architecture in 2020 after getting his master degree in 2009 in sustainable and vernacular architecture.

This project is an active hub in Jizan city. it contains several interactive functions gathered around a central heart. The mall with an exterior extension of a commercial street create an outdoor souk all along the canal, a shopping shaded street, on experience animated by the lively water: the canal walk. A prestigious hotel with panoramic views, including conference rooms. For adults males and females, a relaxation zone is available; with a spa and indoor pools, saunas and jacuzzis. The main central space is an aqua park intended for young generations; with several aquatic activities and games; also an indoor leisure space for kids, with covered interior playgrounds.

BREAK FREE STRIP MALL MAHDIYA RIYADH | MEKKA ROAD
The site is located in a very strategical location in Riyadh situated on a cliff perceived from a major highway in mahdiyah city. The main idea of the project is to create an urban hub that acts as the heart of the project from where visitors can perceive the valley of mahdiya. Thus the wavy spherical hole carving the building, and converging into a commun platform. From the other hand the back facade is a focal point which attracts people driving on the highway. The title of the project is "break free", whereas the urban platform invites people to feel free and in touch with the valley while being on top enjoying the sensuality of the nature.

On an area of about 30 thousand square meters. Mountain Mihoub is located on the slopes of the Tihama Mountains, with a charming view, and directly on the brink. From the opposite side, the mountain overlooks the quiet village of Alala, which is in a beautiful rural area far from the hustle of the city. Marhoub Resort - An eco-resort that seeks to achieve: Sustainability standards in a number of axes. Making the most of local materials sush as stones, rocks, soil, and involving them directly on the site. Preserving the site’s natural acquisitions of juniper and old trees and intensifying its use in the project to increase greenery in the area. Dealing with the natural contour present in the mountain and maintaining the natural gradients as much as possible.
Encouraging local agricultural and animal production for the neighbouring villages by making use of local products, food and meat and presenting them to the resort guests. Preserving the cultural and environmental heritage of the region by engagin the local community in resort activities and events.

The concept takes its inspiration from the Versailles Palace, the most royal chateau in France. The design will be a series of simple repetitions of the large windows which expreses the fundamental values of Baroque classical art. The building layout would consist of the three main areas: 1. Men’s Hall 2. Women’s Hall 3. Dining Hall. The exterior garden will also be the highlight of the overall design, with beautiful landscaping patterns and water elements.

Jizan is a city located on the coast of the red sea in ksa. It is very well known for its agricultural land and architectural heritage. In order to increase the rising development of Jizan, this project comes as a proposal: a sports zone to support youths’ talents and activities, provides a physical amusement center, and unites the people of Jizan in one active place. The main idea of the project is to try to create a public space embraced by the main volumes directing visitors towards the sea.
