CLOCK STILL TICKING ON AFTER 184 YEARS Keen observers in Tewkesbury will notice that the big clock, high up on the west end of Holy Trinity Church, facing Trinity Street, is working again. It had stopped a year ago, after two sprockets on the main cog snapped off. In May, church member Allen Snow (a former Project Engineer at GCHQ) hired CCL Service and a cherrypicker to mend it, clean the face and numerals and regild the hands. Now it’s looking as good as new. But how old is it? It actually dates back to 1837, the year that Holy Trinity was built. (The same year that 18-yearold Victoria became Queen and Charles Dickens started on ‘Oliver Twist’). The ‘Tewkesbury Yearly Register’ of 183049 provides us with all the details of the construction and cost. It was a ’turret clock’, built by a Mr Thomas Pew, who worked as a clockmaker in the town for three decades, and came in at £37. The oak carved dial frame was made in London for

£17. Together with the bolts, screws, timber, labour, deliveries and the original drawings, the total was £70 4s 6d, which would have equated to a years wages of a skilled workman of the time. That purchasing power now would be roughly £4,200.00. Like the church itself, the clock was paid for by the congregation and it would have been of real service for the towns-

people, in an age where personal clocks and watches were only for the well-off. The original mechanism, powered by a weight, worked well for over a century, but by the early 1960s it was wearing out and would only run 5 days at a time. Allen converted it to run off an electric motor in 1966 and has maintained it ever since. In 1990 the original Victorian mechanism, by then long redundant, was finally removed. Talking of time-keeping, Reverend Stephen Walker, Vicar of Holy Trinity says that as well as providing online worship each week, the church is now open again for people of all ages to attend Sunday worship at 10am, but at the moment pre-booking is necessary. When I read this book it was before it was long-listed for the Booker prize in 2020. I can certainly see why is was selected, and was maybe a bit surprised it did not get through to the final six. As a debut novel it is certainly impressive, and several first books did get shortlisted, like the winner "Shuggie Bain".

Lucy and Sam are eleven and twelve when Ba, their father dies; Ma having already passed away. They are living nearby a desolate coal mining town in the American West; Ba had some success prospecting for gold; it was both his passion, and down coming. The initial chapters recall how and why Lucy and Sam move away, taking their father's body away with them to seek a suitable burial location. The detail of their father's decomposing body brings a level of sordidness to the early part of the book but there is a purpose behind this; the children's lives were never glamorous, and being orphaned and alone they want to lay their father's remains at peace. The chapters have, in each section of the book, recurring title names, a nice touch. We witness how Lucy and Sam achieve their wish for the interment. Then as their lives evolve, they separate
DELIVERIES and their individual experiences as they move into adulthood. Sam self identifies as a boy, Lucy the girl she is; this difference in their personalities would never make for a longterm affinity. We are witness, in back-flash to their childhoods, and also how Ba and Ma, an immigrant from China met and fell in love, so we see their lives move from being loved children, to cast adrift youngsters. As the book matures so do they, achieved against adversity, and a backdrop of the American West with buffalo carcasses, and mythical tigers to mystify the reader. This was a book I Enjoyed reading, [the capital E is on purpose], but it is not necessarily an easy read; it was certainly one of the most fulfilling novels I read in 2020, and one I highly recommend, and introduces us to a writer from which we should witness great things. Expanded services for local heritage railway The award-winning Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway has expanded its services, reflecting the latest relaxation of Covid lockdown restrictions. This follows the successful resumption of train services on its 14mile railway through the Cotswolds in April. Services since then have comprised a round trip starting and finishing at Toddington station. But now, the railway is offering trips from its Cheltenham Racecourse and Broadway stations. This allows for example, travellers to join trains at Cheltenham for travel to
Broadway and return by a later train or book a round trip from Broadway (Winchcombe station remains closed to travellers although the Coffee Pot café has reopened for table service). Social distancing is still required and the trains mostly comprise compartment coaches, bookable for between two and six passengers in a ‘social bubble’. Open coaches are also included with limited seating available, for individuals and couples. At the same time, the railway’s cafés at Broadway (for passengers and non-train visitors) and Winchcombe
(for non-train visitors only) have reopened for table service while the Flag & Whistle tea rooms at Toddington resume table service for light lunches.
There is limited availability for these new services and advance booking is encouraged at www.gwsr.com . Subject to space being available, turn-up-and-go tickets
(payable by credit or debit card) will also be offered from ticket offices but, if trains are already fully booked it won’t be possible to travel. There is free car

How has Pharmacy stepped up to support the Community during the COVID pandemic? I think Pharmacy has been amazing, writes Peter Badham. We have not reduced our services during this challenging time. Indeed, the reverse is true, we have provided extra hours of service during bank holiday to meet demand. We have always been there, with our doors open, to support patients, every day. I have thanked all our staff for their tremendous effort. Badham Pharmacy put forward two of our branches for the COVID vaccination programme. It is a heavy commitment, as we have to be
able to provide over 1,000 jabs per week! We were fortunate that NHS England
FOODBANK ASSISTS 2400 PEOPLE End of year figures for Tewkesbury Foodbank reveal that th centre processed 911 vouchers, which represented 1420 adults and 980 children. This makes a total of 2400 people who were supplied with three days of emergency food. Volunteer Project Manager Marion Badham said: “We would like to say a huge thank you once again to Freeman Technology, who for the sixth-year running have agreed to continue their sponsorship of Tewkesbury Foodbank. “We would also like to say a big thank you to Tesco, Morrison’s, Warner’s Budgens, B & M Stores the Co-op, and the Salvation Army who over the past year have donated food to Tewkesbury Foodbank.”

Tewkesbury Baptist Church Open/ Fun Day – Freedom Celebration To celebrate the end of lockdown the family at Tewkesbury Baptist Church are opening up their premises to say that we are alive and well, and ready to continue serving our community. The Funday will run from 11:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday July 3rd and everybody is welcome. Children’s craft and activities including bouncy castle, refreshments including burgers, hot dogs and cream teas will be available. There will be a prayer space where folks can sit quietly, pray or share with a listening ear. A car boot sale will occupy the car park. Inside there will be displays from both individual church members and Community groups as well as home - made cards and other products for sale.

Hope Garden opens at Northway Infant School On Friday 7th May, Northway Infant School hosted the grand opening of its Hope Garden. This had been a project that started when the whole school studied the poem of ‘The Hope-o-potamus’ during the summer lockdown of 2020. This poem forms part of ‘The Book of Hopes’, from The National Literacy Trust, which is dedicated to the doctors, nurses, carers, porters, cleaners and everyone working in hospitals. Not only did this poem inspire the children in their learning, it also provided the vision for our very own school Hope Garden. The school family have worked hard over the past few months to clear, paint and create this garden which has a stunning rainbow

theme. You may spot ‘kindness rocks’ placed around the base of the tree which the children made during Children’s Mental Health week in February 2021. The garden also features a story telling chair, recycled rainbow tyres nurturing plants of the same colour and a miniature fairy garden to promote imagination. Each year group presented a Northway Star of Hope to hang, with words of hope written by the children. Kind donations from
parents and from Northway pre-school also supported the development of this area. Over the summer months, the whole school will be able to spend time outdoors reading, learning and interacting in this bright and welcoming space. It is a space for hope; for our children to be happy, be stronger and be ready for the world around them and like the Hope-o-potamus take ‘one step, one step more.’

TEWKESBURY GAS WORKS - PART II Last month we visited the Fire Station (A) and noted that it was built in 1984 on the site of the Gas Works, writes John Dixon. Jack Boskett’s aerial view of a busy urbanised scene NOW contrasts with the tranquillity of the same area THEN in 1938. The Gas works had been built in 1832 and most Victorian towns boasted a Gasometer (B) which rose and fell with the amount of gas stored. They were usually located by railway lines for the import of coke made from coal. (C) If anyone remembers how the coal was transported from the Station in Station Road via Station Lane to the works, it would be valuable to hear from them. Peregrine Falcons at the Abbey Local Nature photographer, Phil Cull captured this stunning photograph of one of the nesting Falcons at Tewkesbury Abbey in May. The Peregrine is the fastest bird in the world and a speed of 200 miles per hour has been recorded, when the bird makes its highspeed hunting dive, it also makes it the fastest member of the animal kingdom. Horsa Glider Lands In Stoke Orchard Playground Stoke Orchard and Tredington Parish Council is in the process of renovating the playground at the Community Centre. “Six years ago we were approached by Trevor Davies of the JetAge Museum at Staverton", said Parish Councillor Richard Chatham. “He asked if we would be willing to raise a memorial of some sort to the young men and women who worked, trained or were connected with RAF Stoke Orchard, or with the two Gloster Aircraft Factories which have become such a part of the village. “An event planned for May last year to unveil a memorial plaque did not take place as sadly Covid took over. Rather than just a plaque, however, we are now able to dedicate our new playground to those memories. “The playground rebuild has been financed by S106 monies from the extension to the Orchard Estate. “The Committee were determined that it would be a totally inclusive area and with the exception of the zip wire, all play units are inclusive and accessible by wheelchair and those with differing capabilities. “There is even a single seat Hawker Hurricane for those children who need support.
"As has become a real tradition, the community wants to help and last month we had a volunteer day to remove the old equipment and prepare the ground for the new. “Four trees were moved - and are still flourishing where we planted them alongside the car park. You can see the trees we moved as they are the ones that have special bracing. “The massive model of a Horsa Glider is now taking pride of place as the centrepiece of the playground. “While it will be a fabulous play place, some may ask why we should have chosen that. One of the groups that trained at RAF Stoke Orchard were the No.3 Glider pilot Training School. "We have received an enormous amount of help and support from the Army Flying Museum at Middle Wallop in Hampshire about the history of the school and its time at S.O. “Subsequently the Glider Pilots Regiment have also filled in gaps and have kindly offered to support us by sponsoring some information boards about the regi-
ment itself and the gliders they flew. “The training at Stoke Orchard was on Hotspurs originally designed to carry eight soldiers and two crew, the hotspur became primarily a training aircraft. “Other gliders used by the Allied Forces were the American Waco, and the general aircraft Hamilcar 2 - big enough to carry a reasonable light tank.
"There is more evidence that the Horsa Glider has some of its roots around here—or should we say branches. “The Germans were the first to use gliders in the second world war and when Allied invasions on or behind the enemy front line were planned, our own forces realised the benefit of silent landings and one aircraft carrying extra troops. “Without having to use parachutes, it meant
all troops could land in a more confined area and carry with them light artillery and even vehicles and small tanks. “The Airspeed Horsa was built solely of word and plywood to save metal for other parts of the war effort. “It had a separate Cockpit which could hinge away and allow troops and wheeled armament to leave from the front. “Later marques had a hinged tail as well. Being made of wood, many of the 3655 gliders were built in furniture factories. The photo (left) shows cockpits being made at H H Martyn's Sunningend Works in Cheltenham. "The official opening of the rejuvenated Playground will be open to local residents only to comply with Covid regulations and that day will be Sunday 6th June - the Commemoration of D.Day. 77 years to the day before was when six Horsa Gliders carrying troops of the Oxford and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry were the first to land in the Allied Invasion of Occupied Europe at Pegasus Bridge." The Battlefield Society is doing its bit! The annual street banner programme is now well under way. Despite not being able to meet and paint, the dedicated team have been home-working, refurbishing existing banners and producing new ones, all faithfully reproduced from the arms of the people who fought in the battle. Despite lockdown, we now have 183 banners ready to fly, the highest number ever. We had an amazing response at our banner days in the Town Hall, and nearly all of them are now allocated to houses and will be put up in the middle of June, for the summer. If you’d like a banner and have a suitable bracket on your building, we may have one for you if you call 01684 273324, but be quick! This year is the 550th anniversary of the campaign which led to the Battle of Tewkesbury and on to London and the death of the Lancastrian king. As we couldn’t mark it in the way we’d been planning, we’ve produced daily ‘blogs’ covering the whole campaign, which might make it easier to understand. These ended in late May, and are all available to browse on our web site We’ve also moved our walks into the twenty-first century. Advantage has been taken of the long period during which the regular monthly guided walks of the battlefield have been suspended to work
on an extra option. We are proud to announce that we’ve followed the example of the Alleycat project and gone virtual

Bunnies are top of the pops for pandemic pets New research has shown that rabbits have become the number one pandemic pet with sales increasing more than 200%. rabbits’ ideal weight.
Rabbits are often considered a lower maintenance and low-cost option in comparison to puppies and kittens but rabbit ownership, as with any pet, comes with responsibility and needs careful thought. Food, bedding, housing, and supplies need planning for as well as veterinary care, be it preventative (vaccinations etc) or emergency treatment.
Make sure your rabbits are getting plenty of exercise and are on a good diet. With the advent of warmer weather a condition of note is Flystrike. Flystrike which occurs when flies lay their eggs in soiled fur. The eggs hatch into maggots which chew their way into the rabbits skin. A good diet can help to prevent obesity, dental disease and diarrhoea and guard against fly strike.
Many of the common problems seen in rabbits may develop from rabbits being fed an inappropriate diet. It is extremely important that you make sure your rabbit is fed correctly to help avoid health problems.
Myxomatosis and both strains of Rabbit Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (RVHD1&2) are life-threatening diseases and your rabbits should be vaccinated at the earliest opportunity. They are spread by blood-sucking insects, like fleas and mosquitoes. Ask us for more details on these vaccinations and how to make sure they are kept up to date.
You should check that your rabbits are eating correctly and passing droppings, every day. Being prey animals, rabbits are good at hiding signs of ill-health. Therefore, it is important to get into the habit of completing some regular health checks on your rabbits and why vet check ups (three times a year) are really important to help avoid disease. Not only will this help you spot any potential problems early on, regular handling will help strengthen your bond. We advise checking your rabbits ears, eyes, teeth, bottom, feet, fur and nails on a weekly basis. If anything is found of concern; call one of our team for advice. Prevention is better than cure when it comes to keeping your rabbit healthy. Talk to your vet about your

TERRIFIC TEWKESBURY Some paintings appear on canvas very quickly, others take their time to develop, and this was certainly the case for ‘Terrific Tewkesbury’ by Sam Morris Cow Art. The painting (pictured left) began in 2016 as Sam painted ‘live’ from the shop window of Tewkesbury Cards and Gifts. Yet it wasn’t until 2021 that the painting had its finishing touches. Sam explains: “Every single painting has it’s own creative process. For instance, I’ll have an idea, I’ll write about it, collect research and sketch it so I don’t forget it, and then I take time to develop it. “The idea, or the creative part is just a quick moment; the elaboration of it is a process- and it’s the process that can take time. “I wasn’t in a rush to finish this painting, but
when I moved art studios from the cowshed at home to the Loft studio opposite the beautiful Town Hall, I was reinspired to add more and more to it. “Some people travel and wander the globe seeking inspiration, without actually realising that we are surrounded by many inspirational sources right where we live. “We're so close to the sources of great ideas and yet so far from really seeing them that sometimes we need a jolt to open our eyes and minds to see it right in front of us." Over 230 Twyning residents oppose community woodland housing plan Over 230 local residents, Twyning Parish Council and Laurence Robertson MP have strongly objected to an outline planning application for up to 55 dwellings, which would destroy an established community woodland and wildlife haven in Twyning. Over 2000 trees were planted on the land as a gift to Twyning in 2012 to create a new village wood, part of the national environmental initiative to plant six million trees in honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Twyning Community Wood is now a mature and biodiverse wildlife habitat providing a unique and calming landscape which has been an invaluable health and wellbeing asset for local families during the pandemic. Local residents have recorded a wide variety of flora and fauna across the complex eight acre ecosystem. Curlew, lapwing, bats, deer, snakes (adders, slow worms and grass snakes) as well as common species such as hedgehog, fox, badger, smaller mammals, reptiles and invertebrates are part of the rich biodiverse environment. Destruction of this community woodland, including the widening of a rural lane and removal of a hundred of feet of native hedgerow would cause irreversible, significant and demonstrable harm to the local landscape. RAMBLING AROUND with Jack B. Walker
ALONG A HIDDEN WATERWAY I don’t know about you, but sometimes I like to take an easy walk, stopping every so often to observe nature and revel in the peace and quiet, writes Jack B. Walker. Although it’s right on Tewkesbury’s doorstep, Coombe Hill Canal & Meadows Nature Reserve (managed by the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust), is usually quiet and totally flat. Ideal for a summer morning or evening stroll. The route is easy to follow as it simply takes the towpath along the old canal. Since my first visit over five years ago, the Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust has laid out two trails, a longer one which circles around the wetland areas, and a shorter stroll along the towpaths. Our route combines a bit of both. Use the Trust’s Car Park by the wharf, which is reached from a narrow lane from the traffic lights on the A38 at Coombe Hill. Exit the car park at the bottom corner and join the towpath along the bank. The canal was originally constructed in the late eighteenth century to take goods to the growing spa town of Cheltenham, but was never a success. It changed hands several times in the first half of the nineteenth century, but in the face of competition from railways and improving road links, it was never going to be viable to complete the five mile route into town. Continue along the
Tranquil morning scene: Coombe Hill Canal from the GWT Car Park towpath, passing the first footbridge (1). (If your time is limited, you can cross the canal here and just visit the nature reserve). Carrying on, you will pass the southern meadows, to the left, which is part of the designated SSSI. At the second footbridge (2), cross the canal and turn right to walk back on the opposite bank. The main part of the Coombe Hill Meadows nature reserve will now be on your left. When you reach a wooden fence to the left (3), take the boardwalk to the Grundon Hide, where there are great views of the scrapes and wetlands: display boards in the building detail the
birds which might be observed from here. On my previous to the visit to the hide in 2017 I was lucky enough to see egrets in the scrapes - a site more commonly associated with East Anglia or the Somerset levels. This year I spotted a snipe and greylag
geese, and I was lucky enough to see a kingfisher darting over the centre of the canal - I almost trod on a frog while fumbling for my camera (see below!) Retrace your steps until you reach a small gate on the left, go through it and cross the meadow to rejoin the towpath (4). Turn left

Cynically, gardening is the control or elimination of some species, to allow the growth of introduced species. Firstly, is it necessary to kill anything? Do those roses need to be entirely pest free? Does that lawn honestly look better for being a monoculture? Could you feed your way out of trouble, or select plants that are better suited to the environment? Most plants will put up with a lot if they are well fed, watered and stress free

Moving house is as easy as ABC Here is a list of the terms you’ll frequently come across during a house move: AML – This stands for anti-money laundering. Your conveyancer will be required to check the source of your funds being used for a house purchase as criminals frequently attempt to launder money by hiding it in a property transaction. Caveat Emptor – A Latin term “Let the buyer beware”. The buyer must make all of the necessary checks to ensure they are satisfied with the condition of the property before contracts are exchanged while a seller is under a duty to disclose all relevant information and must not deliberately mislead the buyer. Chain – This is a situation where several transactions are reliant
on others to proceed. The shorter the chain, the quicker you can complete (but not always!) Completion – This is “moving” day and the date added to the contract agreed in advance by the parties to complete the transaction. The balance of the funds (less the deposit) will be transferred to the seller’s solicitors, and the buyer will be able to collect the keys from the estate agent. Deposit – This is the amount of money you will to pay on exchange of contracts. The standard amount is 10% of the purchase price. Enquiries – This is the stage before exchange of contracts when your conveyancer will ask (or answer) various questions to obtain further information and clarification in
connection with the title to the property and other matters which are not immediately apparent on first inspection of the contract paperwork. Exchange – You may be asked to sign the contract by your conveyancer, but until contracts have been exchanged you are not legally bound to complete the transaction. On exchange all parties are bound by the contract to complete on the agreed date. St Nicholas Church, gains Eco Church award Here at St Nicholas Ashchurch we joined the scheme in 2020, we were awarded our Bronze award in February this year. We had to look at all aspects of church life to try and become more environmentally friendly. For example; - we have changed the main lighting inside the church to LED, saving power -we will print on both sides of paper where possible and use recycled paper -we aim not to use single use plastic cups - we have installed rain water butts in the graveyard - some areas in the graveyard will be left uncut to encourage wildlife, there are bird boxes and a bat box on the trees, a couple of bug hotels what will you spot? - we have started planting native hedging to encourage wild life and would also like to have a wild flower area for bees and butterflies. During this pandemic I have seen more people with issues with their diaphragm. It is a very satisfying muscle to treat and problems with it can show in wide and varying symptoms. The most important fact to consider is, as I mentioned, the diaphragm is a muscle. As it contracts it pulls down and creates negative pressure in the lungs, and air rushes in to equalise the negative pressure. When the diaphragm relaxes it returns to its domed position and air is expelled. The diaphragm is a natural divide between the thorax (heart, lungs etc) and the abdomen (intestines, liver, kidneys etc). Therefore, when the diaphragm contracts and pulls down the abdominal organs have less room, they get displaced and the abdomen is pushed outwards. During stressful times we tend to allow our breathing to become shallow and rapid, this type of breathing involves more of the upper respiratory muscles which originate around the neck. The more we breathe in this fashion the more this
becomes the “normal” way of breathing. We need to retrain our brains to breathe with our diaphragm. A tight and underused diaphragm can also have a knock-on effect to the mechanics of the back. The tendons of the diaphragm, also known as the “crura”, attach to the front of the vertebral bodies. When they have tension on them, they pull the vertebrae forwards and this can result in an overloading of the spinal joints. Once or twice a day focus on your breathing, abdominal breathing can be restored and encouraged with a few simple breaths. A good mantra to think

of when practicing deep breathing is “in through the nose and out through your toes”. This focusses your breath. Then, make sure when you take a deep breath in the abdomen is pushed out; breathing out the abdomen comes in. Thursday 24 June marks not only Midsummer but also an exceptional opening night as the curtain rises for The Roses’ specially commissioned outlandish, outdoor, laugh-out-loud spectacle of Shakespearian proportions: Almost A Midsummer Night’s Dream. And it almost didn’t happen. Drawing on a pool of local talent, Almost A Midsummer Night’s Dream has been written exclusively for The Roses by actor and playwright Nick Wilkes. Nick grew up near Tewkesbury and has a long connection with the Roses, his career has seen his work has performed in many theatres around the country including
The Other Place, home of the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon. It is directed by Colin Smith
of Tewkesbury who is a Theatre in Education practitioner and senior lead in Education. The story develops as

SHED AND GARAGE award-winning theatre writer and director Humphrey DeForest Brassington-Jones arrives in Tewkesbury alone because his travelling troupe with scenery and costumes are stuck on the M5 after an accident. In the best show biz tradition Humphrey is determined that the show must go on and Tewkesbury must not be deprived. So, rather than deny his audience, he announces that he will play every part himself. However, Jack the Council Gardener and Ms Anneka Drable (a tweedy professor of English Literature and Medieval History) have other ideas and decide to ‘help’. What could possibly go wrong? However, this humor-
ous new production very nearly didn’t happen. Nick has been home schooling his three children who are 12, 9 and 5 which he says was ‘all consuming and quite overwhelming, and the time for me to do my job, or indeed have any sense of self, almost nil. Writing in adversity? Covid seemed to repeatedly brick up the door of the theatre but creativity will always find a way through the cracks. Despite me having to put my life and career on hold, we have come through it all and created this piece of theatre for the very day we are due to come out of lockdown.’ Almost A Midsummer Night’s Dream is reflective of The Roses
Theatre’s optimism and ambition as it recovers from the effects of the pandemic. Not many theatres of its size are able to commission and stage unique productions of this quality. Jess Brewster, director of The Roses Theatre, said: ‘It’s been really tough year but thanks to the furlough scheme, grants from Arts Council England and no small measure of grit and determination displayed by the whole team, we’re still standing. We felt that the end of lockdown required a special celebration and, for us, that means live theatre. Christmas was challenging but we managed to stage a pared-back panto called ‘Almost A Christmas
Carol’ until restrictions required us to stop; it was such a hit with those who did manage to see it that a summer version of ‘Almost’ made perfect sense. Our new ‘Almost’ is full of fun and humour which is just want we all need right now. We hope that people will bring a picnic and their favourite bubbles and celebrate both the end of lockdown and midsummer with us in the beautiful setting of Victoria Gardens on the banks of the River Avon.’ Almost A Midsummer Night’s Dream runs from 24 June to 4 July and tickets can be purchased online www.rosestheatre.org or through Box Office on 01684 295074.

HISTORY SOCIETY COMPLETES 30 YEARS Tewkesbury Historical Society held its 31st AGM at the end of its thirtieth season in May. “We have survived financially despite having no income!, said the society’s Life President John Dixon. “Zoom has enabled us even to thrive with our regular meetings and able our increasing number of expat member to join in from Canada, Arizona and even Cheshire. “We hope to able to meet in the Methodist Church from 16th September and we hope to find technological sways of enabling our expats to continue enjoying our meetings.
