omething entirely new in the world of desserts has opened in Windsor. Custard & Co. is the brainchild of Moe Saleh, a Windsor resident, who has long had a dream for a unique type of cinnamon roll, far from what you get at the mall. There are two delicacies on hand: Cinnamon Rolls and Crumbles, another unique concept to the area. Saleh said the cinnamon rolls come in flavors alternating weekly. The crumbles might not be exactly what you’re thinking – they don’t crumble in your hand, for example. These are cups of fruit puree (alternating with seasonal flavors such as Continued on page 4
