Jonathan Stallworth is a devoted husband, elder, humanitarian, and above all, a man after God’s own heart. A proud native of Pensacola, Florida, Elder Stallworth has faithfully served in ministry for over a decade and currently operates in multiple capacities at The Light Center under the leadership of Pastor Larry Watson, Jr.
Grounded in both faith and education, Elder Stallworth earned his bachelor’s degree from Pensacola State College with a concentration in Human Resource Management, equipping him with a strong foundation for leadership, service, and organizational excellence. He is married to his loving wife, Dr. Keyosha Stallworth, and values family as a cornerstone of his life and ministry.

In addition to his ministerial calling, Elder Stallworth is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, where he upholds the principles of brotherhood, scholarship, and service. Deeply humbled by the call God has placed upon his life, he remains steadfastly committed to his divine assignment.

Commissioner May’s parents taught him that he could change the world if he could change his neighborhood. Applying that lesson to life, Commissioner May has served area youth through sports and academics for more than 25 years.
native ofApopka, Florida, Delwynn Gerard Williams was called to the pastorate of St. John Missionary Baptist Church of Panama City,Wednesday, 2, 2001 and assumed his duties as the 13th pastor of the then 77-yearchurch. He is married to the former Miss Susan C. Edwards. They have adult children, Brandon and Britni, as well as two energetic grandchildren, Major & Reign.
Lumon is currently serving on the Selection Committee for the PSC Foundation Board of Governors. Commissioner May and his wife Tammie have two children, Armoni and LJ.
Overcoming the divorce of his parents at an early age, Pastor Williams left home in Jacksonville, Florida and settled inApopka, Florida where he completed his primary and secondary education.After graduating from Edgewater High School in 1984, Pastor Williams decided to continue his formal education by enrolling in the Religion and Philosophy program at FloridaA&M University. He then entered the Springfield Christian Bible Seminary in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he received the Bachelor of Theology and Doctor of Divinity degrees.
Commissioner Lumon May was first elected to serve as the commissioner for Escambia County District 3 in November 2012, and was appointed chairman from November 2013 through November 2014.

Carmel Missionary Baptist Church of Tangerine, Florida under the tutelage of the late Pastor Solomon Neal and being ordained to the Gospel Ministry Sunday,April 30, 1989 at the Greater Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church of Tallahassee, Florida by the late Pastor T. T. Jackson.
Pastor Williams’ministerial career now spans over 30 years with his most recent previous pastoral experience being that of serving as Senior Pastor of Higher Heights Christian Baptist Fellowship in Tallahassee, FL (May 3, 1998 – May 2, 2001) and Mt. Moriah First Baptist Church in Quincy, Florida (April 7, 1989 – May 3, 1998). He has served in the leadership capacity for several Christian and civic organizations and conducted countless crusades, revivals, workshops and conferences across the United States.
Commissioner May currently serves as chairman of the Public Safety Coordinating Council and the Transportation Disadvantaged Coordinating Board. He is a member of the Southern Youth Sports Association, Community Action Program Committee, Inc., Juvenile Justice Council, and Council on Aging. A PJC Alumnus, this former PSA Board member and director of the Southern Youth Sports Association in Pensacola, was awarded the Admiral Kenneth L. Shugart Award. The honor is presented to someone who contributes to youth sports and seven core values.

Pastor Williams is a member of the National Baptist Convention ofAmerica, Progressive M&E Baptist Convention of Florida (Minister of Music & Organist),Progressive Missionary BaptistAssociation of Florida (Former Moderator), NAACPm and SCLC (1st Bay County Chapter President). In July 2015, Pastor Williams was appointed by then Governor of Florida, Rick Scott, to the Board of Directors One Church One Child of Florida (OCOCFL).After approximately five months months on the OCOCFL Board, Pastor Williams was appointed to the Executive Committee of the organization. Pastor Williams is also listed in the 1996 Edition of Strathmore’s Who’s WhoAmong Business Leaders and the Edition of Outstanding Young Men ofAmerica.
