TITANS HOST SAINTS IN 2025 HOME FINALE TENNESSEE TITANS (3-12) VS. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS (5-10) NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans (3-12) play their final home game of the 2025 season this week against the New Orleans Saints (5-10). Kickoff at Nissan Stadium (capacity 69,143) is scheduled for 12 p.m. CST on Sunday, Dec. 28. New Orleans travels to Nashville for the first time since 2021. The last two meetings between the two teams have been decided by a total of three points, with the Titans winning 23-21 in the 2021 matchup and the Saints winning 16-15 in the 2023 season opener at the Caesars Superdome. The Titans hold a 9-7-1 record in the all-time series.

THE BROADCAST

This week’s contest will be regionally televised on CBS, including Nashville affiliate WTVF NewsChannel 5, as well as on Paramount+ in the Nashville market. The broadcast team includes play-by-play announcer Andrew Catalon, analysts Charles Davis and Jason McCourty, and reporter AJ Ross. Fans in Nashville can stream live Titans games on mobile devices with NFL+, which offers access to local games and all primetime games on phones and tablets. TITANS LOOK FOR THIRD WIN IN FOUR-GAME SPAN

The Titans hosted the Kansas City Chiefs last week and won for the second time in three weeks, defeating the Chiefs 26-9. They did not commit a turnover for the second consecutive game and outgained the Chiefs 376 yards to 133 yards. It was the third consecutive game in which rookie quarterback Cam Ward completed two touchdown passes and running back Tony Pollard reached the 100-yard rushing mark. Ward’s 122.3 passer rating against the Chiefs was the franchise’s fourth best since 1970 by a rookie quarterback with at least 20 attempts in a game. The No. 1 overall draft pick improved his season passing totals to 2,866 yards, 13 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Needing 134 passing yards against the Saints to reach 3,000, he already surpassed Marcus Mariota (2,818 in 2015) for the most passing yards by

a rookie in club history. Defensively, the Titans totaled four sacks against Kansas City, and defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons registered a safety. The unit limited the Chiefs to a single third-down conversion on nine attempts (11.1 percent), and in the second half, Kansas City only managed 33 total yards—the third fewest by a Titans opponent in the second half of any game since the beginning of the 1999 campaign. Two days after the Titans-Chiefs game, Simmons was named to his fourth career Pro Bowl, joining 11 previous Titans/Oilers to earn the honor four or more times. Simmons, a starter on the AFC squad, is joined by teammate Chimere Dike, who was selected as the starting returner. Dike is the franchise’s sixth rookie since the 1970 NFL-AFL merger to be named to the Pro Bowl and the first since returner Marc Mariani in 2010.

THE SAINTS

The Saints are in their first season under head coach Kellen Moore. Prior to his current post, Moore served as the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys (201922), Los Angeles Chargers (2023) and Philadelphia Eagles (2024). In his lone year in Philadelphia, he helped the Eagles win Super Bowl LIX. Last week, Moore’s team hosted the New York Jets and won 29-6 to pick up its third consecutive victory. Kicker Charlie Smyth made five field goals on six attempts, and wide receiver Chris Olave accounted for 10 receptions for 148 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Saints. New Orleans rookie Tyler Shough started his seventh consecutive game at quarterback after Spencer Rattler was the starter for the opening eight contests in 2025. Shough, a second-round pick from Louisville, has passed for seven touchdowns with five interceptions, and against the Jets, he passed for a career-high 308 yards and one score.

AMY ADAMS STRUNK CONTROLLING OWNER/ BOARD OF DIRECTORS CO-CHAIRMAN

Amy Adams Strunk is the Controlling Owner of the Tennessee Titans. She assumed the role of controlling owner in March 2015 and also serves as co-chairman of the franchise’s Board of Directors. Daughter of Titans franchise founder K.S. “Bud” Adams, Jr., Adams Strunk was raised on football and is proud of her father’s role in co-founding the American Football League and the decades of leadership he provided within the National Football League. Her goal is to build upon that legacy and establish the Titans as one of the league’s elite franchises. In her time as controlling owner, Adams Strunk transformed the franchise. The Titans went from a threewin team in 2015 to posting six consecutive winning seasons (2016-21), a trip to the AFC Championship game in 2019, back-to-back division titles (2020, 2021), and the top seed in the AFC in the 2021 NFL Playoffs. 2 0 2 5 T E N N E S S E E T I TA N S

OWNERSHIP

Adams Strunk’s dedication to enabling a modern, innovative business has facilitated significant growth in the organization’s staff, increasing by over 150 percent since 2015. Over the years, she has committed significant resources to upgrade Nissan Stadium and the team’s headquarters, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. In 2023, her direction was instrumental in state and local government approval of a new, enclosed stadium on the east bank of the Cumberland River, which is slated to open in 2027. In the spring of 2018, she collaborated with Nashville city officials to secure the 2019 NFL Draft for downtown Nashville. The Titans and the NFL transformed lower Broadway into one of the most dynamic and successful drafts in NFL history. Impacting communities has also been an important centerpiece of her ownership tenure, with both monetary and in-kind donations pledged to the Waverly community after its 2021 flooding disaster, tornado relief to Middle Tennessee in 2022, local business support during the effects of COVID-19, and a number of other

causes benefitting the Nashville and greater Tennessee communities. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in history, Adams Strunk is an avid horse enthusiast whose other interests include farming, ranching, tennis, and a variety of other outdoor activities. BURKE NIHILL PRESIDENT AND CEO

Burke Nihill is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Tennessee Titans. During his time with the Titans, Nihill has overseen the team’s bid for Nashville’s record-breaking 2019 NFL Draft; the expansion and renovation of Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, the Titans practice facility; and the approval, design, and construction of the team’s new, enclosed stadium as the anchor of a transformational new town center on Nashville’s East Bank. He resides in the Nashville area with his wife, Holly, and their three children.

Chad Brinker serves as President of Football Operations for the Tennessee Titans. He joined the Titans in 2023 as Assistant General Manager before being promoted to his current position in 2024. As President of Football Operations, Brinker provides executive leadership and direct oversight for the entire football staff, reporting directly to Titans Controlling Owner Amy Adams Strunk. Since his arrival in Tennessee, Brinker’s progressive approach has led to several initiatives aimed at moving the organization forward. He spearheaded the club’s extensive search for a new general manager in 2025, resulting in the hiring of Mike Borgonzi. An NFL personnel veteran, Brinker embodies core strengths focused in executive leadership, strategic operations, financial analysis, and talent evaluation. His dual background in football operations merged with a business acumen gained from an MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management further developed his skills as a team builder and strategic leader both on and off the field. Prior to joining the Titans, Brinker spent 13 years with the Green Bay Packers in a variety of roles as a talent evaluator and strategic counselor to Packers leadership. A native of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Brinker first entered the NFL in 2003 as an undrafted free agent running back with the New York Jets. He holds two degrees from Ohio University, including a master’s degree in sports administration, where he was a two-sport athlete and a two-time All-Mid-American Conference selection at running back. He was also selected as Ohio University’s Male Athlete of the Year in 2003.

Haley Davidson serves as Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Mike Borgonzi was named the 15th General Manager in franchise history on Jan. 17, 2025. Borgonzi arrived in Tennessee with 16 years of experience with the Kansas City Chiefs. Currently, he is a member of the NFL Player Insurance Trust; and additionally, he sits on the appeals panels for the NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan and the NFL Severance Pay Plan. Reggie McKenzie enters his first season with the Titans as a Vice President/Football Advisor. Ziegler broke into the NFL with the Denver Broncos in 2010. Parham was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team after starting 17 games on an offensive line that helped Raiders running back Josh Jacobs lead the league with 1,653 rushing yards. Before entering the NFL, Ziegler enjoyed a high school and college coaching career with stops at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz., as special teams coordinator, at Iona College as a wide receivers and special teams coach, and at his alma mater, John Carroll University, serving in the same role. A native of Tallmadge, Ohio, Ziegler was an accomplished wide receiver and returner at John Carroll University. He holds several program records including career return yards, return average and return touchdowns. ALCOHOL POLICY Guests attending events at Nissan Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on property. Management reserves the right to check proof of age at any time. Violations of this alcohol policy may result in ejection and/or arrest. During Titans home games, alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the 3rd Quarter. For all other Nissan Stadium events, alcohol sales end 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. APPOINTMENTS If you are needing assistance or would like to make an appointment with your dedicated Membership Service Representative at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, please contact them directly or reach out to our office at 615-565-4200, option 1. Season Ticket Members must have a scheduled appointment with their dedicated Membership Service Representative to meet at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park. ATM MACHINES Nissan Stadium accepts credit card and mobile payment only at all vendors, concession stands, bars, parking and retail locations. We offer cash conversion inside the stadium at the reverse ATM behind section 124. AWAY GAME TICKETS AND TRAVEL PACKAGES Tickets for away games are not available for purchase through our Titans Ticket Office. Guests should contact the opponent club for ticket availability (please note, other teams may sell out prior to the opening of the season). Click here for the NFL Ticket Directory. If you are interested in a VIP travel package through NFL On Location, click here. You can also buy tickets to away games from other NFL season ticket holders and fans on NFL Ticket Exchange. Find tickets now. BAG POLICY We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to Nissan Stadium to expedite entry at the gates. If you need to bring personal items to the game, please familiarize yourself with our clear bag policy. Clear bags must be 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc. Non-transparent bags, wallets and cases must not exceed 4.5” X 6.5” even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. See diagram below. Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5” x 6.5” or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates. The clear bag policy is in effect for ALL Nissan Stadium events. READ THE FULL CLEAR BAG POLICY STORAGE LOCKERS AVAILABLE Lockers for oversized bags and prohibited items not allowed into the stadium are available for rent outside of Gate 3 and Gate 9. Pricing starts at $10. No prohibited items will be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. Please do not discard or hide prohibited items outside of the stadium gates and in the perimeter landscaping. All unattended items will be confiscated. BANNERS AND SIGNS Signs no larger than standard poster board (28” x 22”) are allowed in the stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of the stadium (railing, wall, etc.). Be sure the sign does not block the view of other patrons. Banners deemed objectionable will be removed and confiscated. Banners or flags on sticks or poles are strictly prohibited. During concerts and other non-sporting events, permissible

signage guidelines are subject to change based on artist and/ or management discretion. All updates will be communicated via www.nissanstadium.com or on the Nissan Stadium social channels. BICYCLE PARKING Bicycle parking is located across the street from gates 6 and 9. BINOCULARS Binoculars can be carried into the stadium, but please note, a binoculars case cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. BLANKETS For cold and inclement weather, make sure you’re prepared. Blankets, jackets and coats are permissible. You are welcome to wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Battery operated clothing is also permitted for entry. BOX OFFICE HOURS Nissan Stadium’s Ticket Office will only be available for walk up customer service on the day of an event. Please note the Box Office will be open 3 hours prior to an event start at Nissan Stadium. BROADCASTING SCHEDULE All Titans games can be heard on the Titans Radio Network in Nashville on its flagship station WGFX-FM (104.5). Out-of-town Titans preseason games can be seen on WKRN-TV (Channel 2). All Titans games, whether home or away, can be seen on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, or NFL Network affiliates. CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT Still cameras are permitted in Nissan Stadium; however, a camera cannot be carried into the stadium in its own bag. Professional sized zoom lenses over 6 “ are not permitted. Please note, cases cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5” per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Concerts and special events may have other restrictions or limitations on cameras and video devices. Please check www. nissanstadium.com for updates. VIEW STADIUM CARRY-IN POLICY DESIGNATED DRIVER Fans of legal drinking age holding a valid driver’s license are eligible to become “Designated Drivers.” In return for signing a pledge not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game, and for accepting responsibility for driving other members of their group home, designated drivers will receive a token that can be redeemed at concession stands for free soft drinks during the game. DUPLICATE TICKETS SeatGeek is the only authorized ticketing partner of Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans. The only authorized Titans ticket resale websites are SeatGeek and NFL Ticket Exchange. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized ticketing agent on the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets that may not gain stadium entry. The Nissan Stadium Ticket Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from an authorized ticketing partner. For ticket solution day of game, please visit the ticket service windows behind section 108. Keep in mind – For Tennessee Titans games, all game tickets are mobile. If you should choose to purchase tickets from an unauthorized third party: • Stadium admission will be refused if tickets are invalid. • Lost or stolen tickets purchased through a third party will not be replaced by the Ticket Office. • Tickets can only be reissued to the ticket buyer of record with a valid photo I.D. • If there is an error with your tickets, you are responsible for contacting the third party. The Ticket Office will not contact third party vendors. • Nissan Stadium and the Tennessee Titans cannot refund any third-party tickets.

• Please note that CMA Festival and all Tennessee State University games utilize Ticketmaster as their primary ticketing provider. EJECTION Nissan Stadium reserves the right to eject or to refuse admission to any persons whose behavior is or becomes unruly, or who use vulgar language or who participate in conduct that is a nuisance or is illegal. Such persons will have their tickets confiscated without refund and will be escorted from Nissan Stadium property. Repeated offenses by the same ticket holder may result in cancellation of season tickets and PSLs. Each ticket (or credential) is a limited revocable license, which may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the Titans. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of the Titans and the National Football League (“NFL”). VIEW STADIUM MAP EMERGENCY EVACUATION All Nissan Stadium staff have been trained for proper procedures should an emergency evacuation be necessary. Gray Line Game Day Shuttle Make your game day simple and stress-free with the Gray Line Tennessee Game Day Shuttle. Enjoy an easy, comfortable ride straight to Nissan Stadium without the hassle of traffic. Convenient, reliable, and designed to get you there on time so you can relax and focus on cheering for the Titans. Shuttles run nonstop, starting 90 minutes before kickoff and will begin running again at halftime, up until 1 hour after the game ends. Tickets are $20 per person, roundtrip. Your receipt is your ticket. Cash is not accepted for this service, but QR codes will be available for fans to purchase on-site and in parking lots. Purchasing shuttle tickets does not guarantee a parking space or parking availability on gameday. Please purchase tickets at your own discretion. Purchase Gray Line Tennessee Game Day Shuttle Tickets The Titans Express The Titans Express is a football fan’s most convenient and comfortable ride to and from games all season long. Service begins in Lebanon with stops in Hamilton Springs, Martha, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, and Donelson before arriving in downtown Nashville. Only 650 tickets are available for each game. Round-trip tickets cost $15. Children age 4 and younger will not need a ticket to board; however, they are required to sit in a parent’s lap.

Your tailgate may not extend into another space. • Do not block parking access or obstruct a roadway at any time. • Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating. • You may not save parking spaces. • Numbered spaces in grassy areas are parking spots for vehicles, not additional tailgating space. • Used designated trash cans and receptacles. • Televisions, radios and other music playing devices are permitted in and directly behind the parking space in which your vehicle is parked. Please be aware of the volume and your neighbors’ tailgating experience. • Tents may not be staked into the ground. Weights only. • Hot coals should be extinguished and disposed in the coal bibs/ dumpsters located throughout the parking lots. Propane grills are not permitted. • Parking attendants and security staff will monitor tailgate activities and assist fans. If you have an issue in the lot, please report immediately. • All tailgating in stadium/club-controlled parking lots should cease at kick-off, except for stadium/club sponsored tailgate activities.
