AMY ADAMS STRUNK CONTROLLING OWNER BOARD OF DIRECTORS CO-CHAIRMAN

Amy Adams Strunk is the Controlling Owner of the Tennessee Titans. She assumed the role of controlling owner in March 2015 and also serves as co-chairman of the franchise’s Board of Directors. Daughter of Titans franchise founder K.S. “Bud” Adams, Jr., Adams Strunk was raised on football and is proud of her father’s role in co-founding the American Football League and the decades of leadership he provided within the National Football League. is to build upon that legacy and establish the Titans as one of the league’s elite franchises. In her time as controlling owner, Adams Strunk transformed the franchise. The Titans went from a three-win team in 2015 to posting six consecutive winning seasons (2016-21), a trip to the AFC Championship game in 2019, back-to-back division titles (2020, 2021), and the top seed in the AFC in the 2021 NFL Playoffs.

Adams Strunk’s dedication to enabling a modern, innovative business has facilitated significant growth in the organization’s staff, increasing by over 150 percent since 2015. Over the years, she has committed significant resources to upgrade Nissan Stadium and the team’s headquarters, Vanderbilt Health Football Center. In 2023, her direction was instrumental in state and local government approval of a new, enclosed stadium on the east bank of the Cumberland River, which is slated to open in 2027.

In the spring of 2018, she collaborated with Nashville city officials to secure the 2019 NFL Draft for downtown Nashville. The Titans and the NFL transformed lower Broadway into one of the most dynamic and successful drafts in NFL history. Most recently, Adams Strunk played an integral role in the NFL naming Music City the host of Super Bowl LXIV in 2030. She was also named as an honorary chair on Nashville’s Super Bowl Bid Committee, one of four major groups working on the event. Impacting communities has also been an important centerpiece of her ownership tenure, with both monetary and in-kind donations pledged to the Waverly community after its 2021 flooding disaster, tornado relief to Middle Tennessee in 2022, local business support during the effects of COVID-19, and a number of other causes benefitting the Nashville and greater Tennessee communities. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in history, Adams Strunk is an avid horse enthusiast whose other interests include farming, ranching, tennis, and a variety of other outdoor activities. She is married to her husband, Bill. She has three children, Tracy, Tommy, and Blanche, who are all avid sports fans and outdoor enthusiasts.

Burke Nihill is President and Chief Executive Officer for the Tennessee Titans. During his time with the Titans, Nihill has overseen the team’s bid for Nashville’s record-breaking 2019 NFL Draft; the expansion and renovation of Vanderbilt Health Football Center, the Titans practice facility; the approval, design, and construction of the team’s new, enclosed stadium as the anchor of a transformational new town center on Nashville’s East Bank; and played an integral role on 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

the Super Bowl Bid Committee which was responsible for Nashville being named the host city for Super Bowl LXIV in 2030. Among his first projects as CEO, Nihill led the team’s development of a new mission statement – “Win, Serve, Entertain” – which has become a centering statement for the franchise. The statement guides strategy and decision-making throughout the organization, from the football team and content creators to human resources

and fan engagement. In his previous roles with the team, Burke led the club’s legal and human resources functions and worked on club initiatives related to state and local government, company culture, and general business planning and strategy for both the Titans and Nissan Stadium. Before joining the Titans, Burke worked in various legal and management roles across a range of industries, including technology, bigbox retail and professional services. Nihill was named ‘Most Admired CEO’ by the Nashville Business Journal in 2020. He also serves on the Board of Directors at the United Way of Greater Nashville, Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp., Belmont University, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, and Nashville Major Events Committee. He resides in the Nashville area with his wife, Holly, and their three children.

Adolpho Birch is Senior Vice President and Chief External & League Affairs Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Birch is tasked with enhancing the team’s Community Impact footprint. He also serves a key role in the advancement of the new Nissan Stadium and overall development along the city’s East Bank. Prior to joining the Titans, Birch served as an advisor to Commissioners Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell, holding multiple senior-level roles during his 23-year tenure at the NFL. He oversaw the negotiation and enforcement of policies critical to the integrity of the game, in addition to the advancement of legislative efforts on key issues such as youth concussion prevention and treatment, the league’s tax status and the FCC’s blackout rule. Leading the NFL’s player engagement efforts, he focused on continuing education, financial education, career development and clinical assistance designed to support player and employee off-field success. Birch serves on several professional and philanthropic boards, including the Vanderbilt University Board of Trust; Sports Lawyers Association; Nashville Ballet; Partnership Tennessee; Super Bowl Bid Committee; and Tennessee Access to Justice Commission.

Haley Davidson serves as Chief of Staff for the Tennessee Titans. Davidson oversees many facets of the organization, driving alignment across various workstreams and leading the Strategic Operations, Communications, and ONE Community teams. She also plays a key role in the planning, vision, strategy, and development for the new Nissan Stadium. Previously, Davidson spent more than a decade in strategic communications. Most recently, Davidson served as the Chief Operating Officer for Nashville-based consulting firm, Calvert Street Group, supporting many government affairs projects and large-scale development efforts throughout the city and state. Prior to her time at Calvert Street, she served as a communications aide for former U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper. Davidson serves on the board of the Nashville Downtown Partnership.

Andrew McIntyre joined the Tennessee Titans in July of 2024 as Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. Andrew is responsible for the Information Technology and Audio Visual & Broadcast Technology departments supporting the Titans, Nissan Stadium, Vanderbilt Health Football Center and the Titans House. Prior to joining the Titans, McIntyre spent five years with the Vinik Sports Group (VSG) as Senior Vice President of Technology & Innovation. VSG creates world-class experiences that grow brands, drive revenue, and impact the Tampa community. It is the parent company of the Tampa Bay Lightning and Amalie Arena, Tampa Bay Entertainment Properties, and marketing rightsholder for University of South Florida Athletics and Yuengling Center. As the leader of Technology & Innovation practice, McIntyre’s responsibilities include technology infrastructure & operations, audio visual & technical production, and software development. VSG leverages these competencies to support their operations throughout Tampa Bay. Before joining VSG, McIntyre spent the previous eight years with the Chicago Cubs. McIntyre was responsible for software development and system implementation for enterprise business applications as well as the technology infrastructure and operations across Wrigley Field and the Chicago campus, the spring training facility in Mesa AZ, and the training academy in the Dominican Republic. McIntyre graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Shannon Myers is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Tennessee Titans. In her role, Myers oversees the financial operations, Legal team, and People and Culture team, which focuses on employee engagement and development and compensation administration, while ensuring the club prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Myers also serves as the executive sponsor for the Titans Professional Women’s Network and the Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining the club, Myers worked in public accounting with Ernst & Young (EY) in Nashville for over 10 years. As an Assurance Senior Manager with EY, she advised clients on technical accounting issues, financial reporting requirements, process improvement opportunities, and strengthening internal controls. While at EY, she held several leadership roles including co-leading the Nashville Professional Women’s Network, founding/leading the Nashville Working Mom’s Network, and more. Myers serves as a board member for the Adventure Science Center, Junior Achievement of Middle TN, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nashville, and Portage Parks Foundation.

Adam Nuse is Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Nuse leads many of the team’s revenue generating areas, including Ticketing, Titans House, and Client Services & Hospitality. He also serves a key role in the development and vision of the new Nissan Stadium. Prior to joining the Titans in 2021, Nuse spent five seasons as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Nashville Sounds, overseeing all day-to-day operations related to the organization. Under his leadership, the Sounds broke attendance records and were regularly recognized by industry publications as leaders in operational excellence and fan experience. In 2019, Baseball America awarded the Sounds with its prestigious Freitas Award in recognition of the club’s community involvement, longterm business success and consistent operational excellence. Nuse serves on numerous boards throughout the community, including Nashville Women’s Sports Advisory, National Sports Forum, Music City Bowl, Boy Scouts of Middle TN, World Help, Young Life (Bowling Green), Providence Christian Academy (Murfreesboro), and Experience Community Church.

Erin Swartz serves as Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing for the Tennessee Titans. Overseeing the Creative, Marketing, Fan Engagement, and Cause Marketing teams, Swartz leads the strategy and execution of the Titans’ brand vision across all fan touchpoints. She plays a central role in unifying the team’s identity locally in Tennessee and extending its presence across the NFL landscape. Before joining the Titans, Swartz built a successful career in brand and marketing within the NFL and broader entertainment industry. Her experience includes leading creative and strategic efforts that have helped shape and grow team identities, deepen fan engagement, and deliver memorable brand experiences. She brings a fan-first mindset and a passion for creating meaningful, consistent brand experiences. Swartz lives in Franklin with her husband and three sons. Her family enjoys exploring Nashville’s food and music scene.

Dan Werly is a Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Tennessee Titans. Werly oversees Strategy & Analytics and the construction and operation of Nissan Stadium. He also plays a key role in the vision and development of the new Nissan Stadium. Prior to joining the Titans, Werly was the first General Counsel of Major League Soccer’s Nashville Soccer Club and worked at several law firms, primarily focusing on representing professional sports teams and leagues. He sits on the board of the Pedigree Foundation, WO Smith School of Music, Tenn. Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Sports Lawyers Association.

MIKE BORGONZI GENERAL MANAGER

Mike Borgonzi was named the 15th General Manager in franchise history on Jan. 17, 2025. Borgonzi arrived in Tennessee after 16 years with the Kansas City Chiefs, helping to build the franchise into a perennial contender and three-time Super Bowl winner. During his final four seasons in Kansas City, Borgonzi served as Assistant General Manager. Tasked with building a foundation for sustained success in Tennessee, Borgonzi directed a significant overhaul of the Titans roster from the time he arrived through the end of his second offseason on the job. Entering training camp in 2026, only 17 of the 91 players on the team (as of July 15) were with the club before he was named GM. The additions included an eight-man class from the 2026 NFL Draft. Borgonzi took wide receiver Carnell Tate with the fourth overall pick, and on the same night, he traded back into the first round to draft defensive end Keldric Faulk at No. 31. It marked only the second time in the franchise’s “Titans era” (1999 to present) that the team had multiple first-rounders. The class also included linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. in the second round and five more players on Day 3: guard Fernando Carmona Jr. (Round 5), running back Nick Singleton (5), defensive tackle Jackie Marshall (6), center Pat Coogan (6) and tight end Jaren Kanak (7). The 2026 draft followed an active period of signings and 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

trades, when the Titans targeted several key veterans to raise the talent level and provide leadership. From the day the NFL’s unrestricted free agent signing period began to the start of the draft, a total of 21 free agents joined the Titans. The haul included wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson (formerly of the New York Giants), tight end Daniel Bellinger (Giants), punter Tommy Townsend (Houston Texans), defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers (Denver Broncos) and cornerbacks Alontae Taylor (New Orleans Saints) and Cor’Dale Flott (Giants). Two additional veterans—defensive end Jermaine Johnson II (New York Jets) and defensive tackle Solomon Thomas (Dallas Cowboys)—were acquired in trades. Borgonzi capped the 2026 offseason by awarding defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons with a multi-year contract extension, securing the four-time Pro Bowler’s tenure in Tennessee for the foreseeable future. The Titans’ first Borgonzi-led draft in 2025 featured nine selections, including quarterback Cam Ward with the firstoverall selection. All nine of the draftees appeared in at least six games as rookies, and six members of the group started at least five games. The Titans draft class accumulated 64 combined starts in 2025, which ranked second in the NFL (75 by Cleveland) and was the largest total for the franchise in the Titans era.

Ward, who was voted a team captain as a rookie, started all 17 games, and his 3,169 passing yards eclipsed Marcus Mariota’s previous franchise rookie record (2,818 passing yards in 2015). With 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions on 323-of-540 passing, Ward’s 1.3 percent interception rate was the best single-season mark in franchise history by all qualifying quarterbacks, breaking Ryan Tannehill’s franchise mark of 1.5 percent in 2020. Over the final nine games of his rookie season, Ward threw only one interception with 10 touchdown passes. Another draft pick, fourth-rounder Chimere Dike, was named to the Pro Bowl as a returner and added first-team Associated Press All-Pro honors as a punt returner. Dike, who played in all 17 games with 10 starts at wide receiver, led the NFL with 2,427 all-purpose yards, which ranked third all-time for the franchise and first all-time among all NFL rookies. His 17.3-yard punt return average broke Billy “White Shoes” Johnson’s franchise record (15.4) that stood since 1977, and he also posted a franchise-best 1,588 kickoff return yards. During Borgonzi’s time in Kansas City, he contributed to 12 playoff seasons (2010, 2013, 2015-24) and 10 AFC West titles (2010, 2016-24). Borgonzi helped construct a roster over a five-season span that won the AFC five times (2019-20, 2022-24) and captured three Super Bowl championships (2019, 2022-23). In his final eight seasons in Kansas City (2017-24), Borgonzi worked under Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach. As the Assistant General Manager from 2021 through 2024, he supervised and directed the college and professional scouting operations while closely supporting and advising Veach with the club’s roster management and player acquisition via the NFL Draft, free agency, waiver claims and trades. During his four seasons as Assistant

General Manager, the Chiefs built a league-best 52-16 regular-season record (.765). In the same four-year span, 10 different Kansas City players earned a combined 23 Pro Bowl selections: tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (2021-22), wide receiver Tyreek Hill (2021), center Creed Humphrey (202224), defensive tackle Chris Jones (2021-24), tight end Travis Kelce (2021-24), quarterback Patrick Mahomes (2021-23), safety Tyrann Mathieu (2021), guard Trey Smith (2024), guard Joe Thuney (2022-24) and Townsend (2022). In 2024, the Chiefs captured their ninth consecutive AFC West crown. They tied the Detroit Lions for the NFL’s best record at 15-2, setting a franchise record for wins in a regular season and securing the AFC’s top seed. Twenty original Chiefs draft picks started at least six games for the team during the 2024 regular season. Kansas City had five players voted to the Pro Bowl, marking the seventh consecutive year in which it had at least five players earn the honor. Prior to his promotion to Assistant General Manager, Borgonzi served as Director of Football Operations (201820), Director of Player Personnel (2017), Co-Director of Player Personnel (2015-16), Assistant Director of Pro Scouting (2013-14), Pro Personnel Scout (2011-12) and Manager of Football Operations (2010). He joined the Chiefs in 2009 as the club’s College Scouting Administrator. Before landing in the NFL with the Chiefs, Borgonzi spent the 2007 and 2008 seasons at Boston College, where he was the Assistant Recruiting Coordinator. He also coached tight ends at Amherst College in 2002 before working in the financial sector in Boston for several years. A native of Everett, Mass., Borgonzi graduated from Brown University, where he was a four-year starter at fullback and was a three-time All-Ivy League selection. He and his wife, Jill, have a son, Joseph, and a daughter, Nina. His brother, Dave, has coached in the NFL since 2011 and currently serves as the Linebackers Coach for the Titans. ROBERT SALEH HEAD COACH

Robert Saleh was hired by the Tennessee Titans as the 22nd head coach in franchise history on Jan. 22, 2026. Saleh arrives in Tennessee with 21 seasons of NFL coaching experience: six seasons with the Houston Texans (2005-10), three with the Seattle Seahawks (2011-13), three with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2014-16), five total seasons over two stints with the San Francisco 49ers (2017-20, 2025), and four campaigns as the head coach of the New York Jets (2021-24). During his time in the NFL, he has been a part of nine top-10 defenses, and in his nine seasons as a defensive coordinator or head coach, his team has finished in the top five in total defense on five occasions. In 2025, Saleh returned to the San Francisco 49ers for his second stint as defensive coordinator under head coach Kyle Shanahan. With the roster decimated by injuries, including season-ending injuries to AllPro defensive lineman Nick Bosa and All-Pro linebacker Fred Warner, the 49ers went 12-5 during the regular season and progressed to the Divisional Round of the playoffs. As the head coach of the Jets (2021-24), Saleh guided four different players in their first four years in the NFL to first-team Associated Press All-Pro honors (cornerback Sauce Gardner, defensive lineman Quinnen Williams and returner Braxton Berrios) and/or Pro Bowl appearances (Gardner, Williams and linebacker Jermaine Johnson II). The Jets defense finished in the top 10 in multiple categories over the 2022 and 2023 seasons, ranking first in passing yards allowed per game (178.9) and opponent yards per play (4.7), second in total defense (301.7), and sixth in opponent yards per rush (4.1). The unit also tallied 93 sacks and 29 interceptions during that time, tied for the eighth and 10th-most, respectively, in the NFL. The 2023 Jets featured a pair of first-team Associated Press All-Pros in Gardner and linebacker Quincy Williams, as well as three Pro Bowl selections in Gardner, Johnson II and Quinnen Williams. The Jets also won four games after trailing in the fourth quarter, tying for the secondmost such victories in the NFL. Defensively, the Jets finished in a tie for first place in opponent yards per play (4.6) and ranked second in passing 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

yards allowed per game (168.3), third in total defense (292.3) and tied for eighth in takeaways (27). The Jets held opponents to seven points or less in 10 of their 17 games, which was tied for the most such games in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Jets offense gained 4,566 total yards in 2023, with 64.1 percent of those yards coming from rookie and second-year players, the second-most in the NFL. Saleh saw second-year running back Breece Hall register career highs in rushing yards (994), receiving yards (591), yards from scrimmage (1,585) and total touchdowns (nine). In 2022, Saleh led a roster that featured two first-team AP All-Pro selections (Gardner and Quinnen Williams), a second-team All-Pro (linebacker C.J. Mosley) and four Pro Bowl selections (special teamer Justin Hardee, Gardner, Mosley and Quinnen Williams). He also oversaw the development of the NFL’s Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year in wide receiver Garrett Wilson and Gardner, making the Jets the third team in NFL history to have both rookie players win the honor. Wilson led all rookie wide receivers in receptions (83) and receiving yards (1,103), while Gardner led the NFL in passes defensed (20). The Jets improved their win total by three games, which marked the sixth-largest win improvement in the NFL in 2022. The club boasted a defense that tied for first in opponent yards per play (4.8) and finished third in passing defense (189.4), fourth in scoring defense (316) and fourth in total defense (311.1). In his first year as head coach of the Jets, the 2021 team was led by rookie quarterback Zach Wilson (2,519 passing yards), rookie running back Michael Carter (639 rushing yards) and rookie wide receiver Elijah Moore (538 receiving yards). The Jets were just the second team since the 1970 NFL-AFL merger to be led by rookies in passing yards, rushing yards and receiving yards. Before taking the helm in New York, Saleh logged four seasons (2017-20) in his first stint as the defensive coordinator for the 49ers. During that span, the 49ers defense ranked third in passing yards allowed per game (211.4), fourth in total defense (323.6) and opponent yards per play (5.1) and sixth in opponent yards per rush (4.1). In 2020, despite injuries to key players throughout the year, the 49ers defense held top-five marks in passing yards allowed per game (207.9,

The unit also ranked tied for sixth in opponent yards per rush (4.0) and seventh in opponent rushing yards per game (106.4). The defense was led by Warner, who earned firstteam AP All-Pro honors and a Pro Bowl selection after registering a teamhigh 125 tackles to go along with a sack, two interceptions, six passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. In 2019, Saleh was named Coordinator of the Year by Sporting News after leading the 49ers defense to a second-place finish in total defense—281.8 yards allowed per game—which was the fewest total yards allowed per game by the team since 1997 (250.8). San Francisco placed first in the NFL in passing yards allowed per game (169.2), the fewest passing yards allowed per game in the NFL since 2009 (153.7 by the Jets). It marked the first time San Francisco led the NFL in passing defense since 1987 (165.6). The 49ers tied for second in the NFL in third-down percentage allowed (33.3) and tied for fifth in the NFL in sacks (48), the most by the team in a single season since 1998 (51). San Francisco also ranked seventh in opponent completion percentage (61.3) and opponent quarterback rating (83.0). Bosa, a rookie in 2019, played in all 16 games (14 starts) and registered 47 tackles, nine sacks, one interception, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and two passes defensed. He was named Defensive Rookie of the Year by the Associated Press and the PFWA, and Rookie of the Year by Sporting News and PFWA, as well as the NFL’s Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Year. He was also named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team and was named a starter in the Pro Bowl. With defensive linemen Arik Armstead (10.0), Bosa (nine), DeForest Buckner (7.5) and Dee Ford (6.5), the 49ers were the only team in the NFL to have four or more players with at least 6.5 sacks in 2019. Rookie linebacker Dre Greenlaw was named to the PFWA All-Rookie team. The secondary was led by cornerback Richard Sherman, who registered three interceptions (one returned for a touchdown) and was named second-team All-Pro. In 2018, the 49ers defense registered 37 sacks, the most by the team in a single season at the time since 2013 (38). The defense ranked among the top dozen teams in the league in rushing yards per play allowed (4.09, seventh), opponent completion percentage (63.5, 10th), yards per play allowed (5.42, 11th) and net passing yards per game allowed (233.3, 11th). San Francisco was one of six teams (Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts & New England Patriots) to allow fewer net yards per game, rushing yards per game and passing yards per game than in 2017. The 2018 San Francisco defense was anchored by Buckner, who led the team with a career-high 12 sacks and was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career. His 12 sacks were the most by a 49ers defender since 2012 (19.5 by Aldon Smith). Warner started all 16 games as a rookie and led the team with 123 tackles, ranking 12th in the NFL and third among all rookies. In 2017, Saleh spearheaded a 49ers defensive unit that allowed 5.28 yards per play, which was a 0.62 yards-per-play improvement from 2016 and the third-largest improvement in the NFL from 2016 to 2017 behind Cleveland (0.76) and the Jets (0.72). The defense also held its opponents under 100 yards rushing seven times. From Weeks 1216, the 49ers’ streak of holding each of their five opponents under 100 yards rushing was tied for the longest streak in the NFL over that span (Arizona). The 49ers defense was among the league leaders at getting into the opponent’s backfield on running plays, finishing tied for fifth in the NFL by forcing 53 rushes for negative yardage. Over the final eight weeks of the year, San Francisco ranked second in the NFL in rushing yards allowed (640) and tied for fourth in yards per carry allowed (3.62). Saleh joined San Francisco after three years (2014-16) as the linebackers coach of the Jaguars. In 2016, Saleh’s linebackers helped the Jacksonville defense rank fifth in passing yards allowed (215.3) and sixth in opponent rushing average (3.82). Team captain Paul Posluszny started all 16 games at middle linebacker and led the club in tackles for

the second consecutive season. According to Jaguars team statistics, linebacker Telvin Smith Sr. registered 118 tackles while starting all 16 games at outside linebacker for the first time in his career. Smith’s 350 career tackles from 2014 through 2016 were the most by a Jaguars player in his first three NFL seasons. In 2015, the Jaguars defense allowed 3.68 yards per rushing attempt, which was the fifth-lowest rushing average allowed in the NFL. Posluszny led the squad and ranked fifth in the NFL with 133 tackles, according to GSIS statistics, while tying with Smith for the team lead with 13 tackles for loss. Under Saleh’s guidance, Smith stepped in the starting lineup in 2014 and ranked third among all rookies with 99 tackles. Smith led the team with two fumble recoveries while ranking second with nine tackles for loss. After a season-ending injury to Posluszny midway through the year, J.T. Thomas stepped in and set a career high in tackles along with two interceptions. Prior to Jacksonville, Saleh spent three seasons (2011-13) as a defensive quality control coach for the Seahawks. During that period, he was responsible for assisting the defensive staff with day-to-day duties with a focus on the linebackers. Working under linebackers coach Ken Norton Jr., Saleh aided in the development of K.J. Wright, Bobby Wagner and Super Bowl XLVIII MVP Malcolm Smith. Before joining the Seahawks, Saleh totaled six seasons with the Texans, serving as a coaching intern (2005), defensive assistant (200608) and assistant linebackers coach (2009-10). While there, Saleh oversaw the growth of the Texans linebackers, including AP Defensive Rookie of the Year performances by DeMeco Ryans (2006) and Brian Cushing (2009). In 2009, the Pro Bowl duo of Ryans and Cushing were the only teammates to each rank among the league’s top 10 tacklers. Saleh’s coaching career began with three seasons in the collegiate ranks. He launched his career at Michigan State University as an offensive assistant/tight ends coach (2002) and defensive assistant/ defensive line coach (2003). He then spent one season (2004) as a defensive assistant/defensive line coach at Central Michigan University before a brief stint at the University of Georgia as a defensive assistant/ linebackers coach (2005). A native of Dearborn, Mich., Saleh attended Northern Michigan University, where he was a four-year starter at tight end. He and his wife, Sanaa, have eight children: sons Adam, Zane, Michael, Sam, Jacob and Robert Jr., and daughters Mila and Ella.

Dave Gardi was hired by the Titans in 2026 as Executive Vice President, Football Operations, arriving with over two decades of NFL team and league office experience. He spent the previous two campaigns with the Washington Commanders after a 21-year run in the league office. In his current role with the Titans, Gardi oversees Football Administration, Football Strategy and Analytics, Football Research, Football Information Systems, Video, Equipment, Team Operations and Security. He reports directly to General Manager Mike Borgonzi. As a member of the Commanders from 2024 to 2025, Gardi held the role of Senior Vice President of Football Initiatives. He supported the coaching staff, front office and ownership in a variety of ways, including in-game coaching duties, serving as a liaison to the NFL League office, ensuring team compliance with all League policies, and assisting in the design of the Commanders’ new stadium. In his final 10 years at NFL headquarters (2014-23), Gardi served as Senior Vice President of Football Operations, playing a pivotal role in the development of policies and procedures that helped control the competitive balance and integrity of the game. He also helped oversee rules administration on game day. During his tenure, Gardi served in a leadership role in the operations of NFL tent-pole events like the Super Bowl, NFL Draft and Pro Bowl. He also served as the league’s Vice President of Labor Relations and Football Administration after starting at the league office as labor counsel in 2003. He advised clubs on matters related to the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement, including player contracts, salary cap, club discipline, league policies and workers compensation. A native of Sayville, N.Y., Gardi played quarterback for four years at Brown University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Gardi also earned a doctorate in law from Hofstra University, while assisting his father, Joe Gardi, the head coach of the Hofstra football program and former assistant coach with the New York Jets (1976-84). Gardi and his wife, Michele, have two children: Chase and Grayson.

Vincent Marino is in his 20th season with the Titans and second as Senior Vice President of Football Administration in 2026. He originally joined the organization in 2007, as the Senior Director of Football Administration after spending 18 years at the NFL offices in New York. Marino’s primary responsibilities include the management of the Titans’ salary cap and player contract negotiations. He interacts closely with Titans General Manager Mike Borgonzi and Executive Vice President of Football Operations Dave Gardi on numerous football-related issues. Marino also serves as the Titans liaison with the NFL office regarding labor and contract issues, as well as player personnel matters. In 2014, he was selected to participate in the prestigious NFL’s Career Development Symposium at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. Currently, he is a member of the NFL Player Insurance Trust; and additionally, he sits on the appeals panels for the NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan and the NFL Severance Pay Plan. During his time with the NFL’s Management Council, Marino spent eight years in the Player Personnel Department (Analyst, 1990-95; Manager/Player Personnel, 1995-98) and eight years in Labor Operations (Sr. Manager of Labor Operations, 1998-03), the last three as the Director of Labor Operations (2003-06). Marino gained expertise in various capacities and his experience includes: being a primary club contact for player contract valuations, enforcing the rules of the CBA (collective bargaining agreement), salary cap regulation and participating in a strategic group related to forming the CBA between the league and the players. Additionally, he assisted the league in Super Bowl game operations and served as a replay communicator at numerous games during his tenure. He originally joined the NFL as an assistant in the Public Relations department, where he spent two years. Born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., Marino graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and went on to earn summa cum laude honors from Fordham University. Reggie McKenzie enters his second season with the Titans as a Vice President/Football Advisor. Prior to joining the Titans in 2025, McKenzie spent six seasons (2019-24) with the Miami Dolphins as Senior Personnel Executive, assisting General Manager Chris Grier and Assistant General Manager Marvin Allen in national college and pro scouting. In joining the Titans, McKenzie returned to his home state, where he was raised in Knoxville, was an all-state linebacker and valedictorian at Austin-East High School, and played linebacker at the University of Tennessee from 1981-84. McKenzie was inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame in 2018. After a professional playing career that included time with the Los Angeles Raiders (1985-88), Phoenix Cardinals (1989-90) and San Francisco 49ers (1992), he spent 1993 as a graduate assistant for the Volunteers. In 1994, McKenzie embarked on a career working in NFL front offices that is now entering its 33rd campaign. He totaled 18 seasons (1994-2011) with the Green Bay Packers, rising in the ranks from Pro Personnel Assistant (1994-96) to Director of Pro Personnel (1997-2007) and finally Director of Football Operations (2008-11). In his final role with the team, McKenzie oversaw Green Bay’s scouting efforts as well as evaluating current players and potential free agents, working closely with the head coach and general manager in day-to-day transactions and in preparation for the NFL Draft. During his time in Green Bay, the team earned eight division titles, three conference championships and two Super Bowls (XXXI and XLV), while totaling the second-best record (185-103) in the NFL over that period. In 2012, the Raiders hired McKenzie as General Manager, a role he maintained for seven seasons (2012-18). Oakland’s first general manager since Al Davis assumed the role in 1963, McKenzie was named the NFL’s Executive of the Year by Sporting News, The MMQB and the PFWA (Pro Football Writers Association) in 2016 as the Raiders posted a 12-4 record and their first playoff appearance in 14 years. The players drafted during McKenzie’s tenure include 2016 AP Defensive Player of the Year linebacker Khalil Mack (2014), quarterback Derek Carr (2014), and wide receiver Amari Cooper (2015), the latter two receiving three Pro Bowl honors, respectively, while under McKenzie. The Raiders also signed offensive tackle Donald Penn (2014) and offensive guard Kelechi Osemele (2016) in free agency during McKenzie’s tenure. The two veterans were each selected to the Pro Bowl in 2016 and 2017, with Osemele receiving first-team All-Pro honors in 2016. McKenzie is married to June, a retired attorney. The couple has two daughters, Jasmin and Mahkayla, and two sons, Kahlil and Jalen. Kahlil attended Tennessee and was drafted by Kansas City in 2018 before playing for the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens. Jalen attended Southern California and has spent time with multiple NFL teams. McKenzie’s twin brother, Raleigh, also played 16 seasons in the NFL and was inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame alongside McKenzie in 2018.

Dan Saganey joined the Tennessee Titans in 2025 as Vice President of Player Personnel, bringing more than 16 years of NFL front office experience. In his role, he works closely with General Manager Mike Borgonzi to support roster construction, oversee college and pro scouting operations, and contribute to the team’s long-term player personnel strategy. Before arriving in Tennessee, Saganey spent 16 seasons with the Cleveland Browns, most recently serving as Director of Player Personnel (2020–24). Under the direction of General Manager Andrew Berry, he collaborated in strategic football decisions and led the college and pro scouting departments. He previously served as Director of Pro Scouting (2016–19), Manager of Player Personnel (2014–15), Pro Scout (2011–13), and Player Personnel Assistant (2009–10) with the Browns. Saganey began his career in college coaching, serving as tight ends and tackles coach at Bentley College in 2006 before spending two seasons at Harvard University (2007–08), where he worked with the defensive line and wide receivers and helped the Crimson capture consecutive Ivy League Championships. A native of Norfolk, Mass., Saganey graduated from Colby College, where he played four years on the offensive line and earned a degree in government. He remains active with the Colby football community as a board member of Friends of Colby Football, has served as a volunteer coach for youth football and volunteered in several community service programs throughout his time working in the NFL. As General Manager in Las Vegas, Ziegler led the Raiders’ acquisition of wide receiver Davante Adams via trade with Green Bay during the 2022 offseason. That season, Adams was selected to the Pro Bowl and named first-team All-Pro, finishing with 100 receptions for 1,516 yards and a league-high 14 scores. In Ziegler’s first draft as general manager, the Raiders selected offensive guard Dylan Parham in the third round. Parham was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team after starting 17 games on an offensive line that helped Raiders running back Josh Jacobs lead the league with 1,653 rushing yards. Before entering the NFL, Ziegler enjoyed a high school and college coaching career with stops at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz., as special teams coordinator, at Iona College as a wide receivers and special teams coach, and at his alma mater, John Carroll University, serving in the same role. A native of Tallmadge, Ohio, Ziegler was an accomplished wide receiver and returner at John Carroll University, where he was a threetime Division III All-American. He holds several program records, including career return yards, return average and return touchdowns, and was inducted into the John Carroll Hall of Fame in 2010. Ziegler is married to Carissa, and the couple has two sons, Asher and Camden, and a daughter, Georgina.

NASHVILLE – The Titans have a new look, which was unveiled during the offseason. The new logo, new uniforms, and some of the details included represent the franchise’s history, and its home in Nashville, as it heads into the next chapter of Titans legacy. The fresh new look pays homage to the Luv Ya Blue Days as the Oilers, and also incorporates elements of the team’s nearly 30-year history in Tennessee. “We wanted to come up with something that took the best parts of all of that and bring it together in a way that makes sense,” said Burke Nihill, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Titans. “I feel like we’re building on the legacy of what got us here, and we’re doing it in a way that is going to set the course of this organization for decades to come in a pretty special way.” Let’s get straight to the Tennessee makeover, and what the new Britches Report might look like moving forward: -Titans blue jerseys and white pants/britches will be the primary look at home, with white jerseys as the primary road look, either with light blue or white pants/britches. The Titans will also have the option of wearing white at home games. At home, the word TITANS is stitched on top of the numbers across the chest plate, and the away jerseys have TENNESSEE in the same place. The light blue jerseys will feature white numbers outlined in red, and the white jerseys will feature light blue numbers outlined in red. Numbers will appear on the front and back of the jerseys, and on the shoulders. The light blue, or Titans blue, color is unique, and one that was clearly popular with players, and fans. The team discovered this through uniform sales with the throwback Oilers jerseys, and through fan surveys and focus groups. “I think that Titans blue is a really bold color, a really powerful color,” said Erin Swartz, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing with the Titans. “Seven other teams in the NFL have navy, but this color is much more unique to us. So, it’s a way for fans to uniquely show their support, and really fill stadiums both home and away with Titans blue to support their team. “We wanted to give them that tool to kind of stand out, as Titans fans.” -The primary logo gives a nod to the past, now without the flames. It features a redesigned white “T” inside Titans blue in a circle, with white and red accents, and all corners of the state represented through the familiar three white stars. The logo will be featured on each side of a white helmet, which will include a white facemask, and a unique stripe across the top. “I don’t think it’s a departure from anything,” Nihill said of the logo. “It’s more of an evolution of the best of who we’ve always been and 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

who we want to be going forward. We wanted the uniform, and brand of the Tennessee Titans, to be the best of who we’ve always been. And the logo that we’ve worn on the side of the helmet for the past 25plus years is part of the best of who’ve always been. There’s a clear familiarity, and we wanted that. “Relative to fireballs and swords and Greek, our hope is Mr. Titan shows up in full gear for the first game this year. That’s been a part of who we’ve been, and those logos instantly become some of the best retro logos in sports. This just brings everything together in a way that feels like it is going to stand the test of time.” -There are elements of the new uniforms, and brand, that are unique to Nashville, and the state of Tennessee. The previously mentioned stripe has a Nashville theme – it’s a 6-string stripe that appears on the pants, sleeve, and helmet, and it features navy, white, red and Titans blue. In addition to the white stars in the logo, three navy stars, located on the back neckline of the jerseys and tucked underneath the arms, represent the three grand divisions of the state of Tennessee. The Woodblock font on the chest plate is symbolic of Nashville’s creative spirit, traditional print making, whittle letters, and stack to run pressers. The numbers are inspired by traditional collegiate numbers. Inside the jersey, there’s a collar tab with the word “WE,” and it’s accompanied by Tennessee Tri-Star. The word “We” represents the team’s “We Over Me” locker room mentality. “When coach (Robert) Saleh came to the team, and we showed it to him, he loved it,” Nihill said. “He loved this idea of “we” being the last thing that a player sees before they put on their jersey, that this is about the team.” The Titans also unveiled a secondary “The Football” logo, with the letters TN (or NT for Nashville, Tennessee) and three stars inside a football-shape outline, a cultural representation of the team’s home and community. Nihill said the organization looked “at everything” before deciding on the franchise’s new uniforms, and brand, a process that stretched across a number of years and incorporated fan, alumni, and community feedback through a number of surveys and focus groups. Ultimately, the team landed on a look that is uniquely Nashville, Tennessee, and the Titans. The redesign coincides with changing times in the organization, from a new coaching staff, a reshaped roster, and soon, a new stadium. “This is something that evolved over time,” Nihill said. “I do hope our fans feel proud when they see it. I think these new uniforms, and all the other brand elements, are something people will respond to, and react to. During this process, the number of times that we heard: “These are the best uniforms in pro sports” weren’t words we were putting in peoples’ mouths – they were saying that to us. “And now, this is the Titans unform.”

NASHVILLE TO HOST SUPER BOWL LXIV AT NEW NISSAN STADIUM IN 2030 BY JIM WYATT

NASHVILLE – In May of 1996, the city of Nashville voted “Yes.” In a historic referendum, the city’s voters approved a referendum by a 59 percent to 41 percent margin to use tax dollars to help build a stadium so Houston Oilers owner Bud Adams could move his NFL team to Tennessee. That team became the Tennessee Titans, and in 1999, they moved into a new East Bank stadium. Fast-forward 30 years to what happened this past May at the NFL owners meetings in Orlando, Fla., when NFL owners approved Nashville by a 32-0 vote as the host for Super Bowl LXIV in 2030. The event will take place in a new stadium, in a city which has grown by leaps and bounds. At the owners meetings, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell spoke about the league’s history with the Nashville dating back to the highly successful NFL Draft in 2019. But Music City’s efforts to make an NFL splash, and land a Super Bowl, in reality dates back even further. And today, those with the league, and in Nashville, are celebrating an incredible accomplishment. “Our history goes back to the draft in 2019, which was a remarkable event for us, changed the future of the draft, and it arguably changed the future of the Titans and the community,” Goodell said from the Conrad at Evermore Resort, site of the owners meetings. “I think this is the next great step in a remarkable football journey, and a great community in Nashville. We can’t wait to be there. “To (Titans controlling owner) Amy Adams Strunk, (Titans President and CEO) Burke Nihill, everybody in the Titans organization. … The (Nashville) Convention and Visitors Bureau (and President and CEO Deana Ivey), which has been a great partner going all the way back to the draft, this is hard work. You caught the bus, and you deserved to catch the bus. “It’s going to be an absolutely spectacular event, and we can’t wait to be in Nashville in 2030.” Amy Adams Strunk was standing to Goodell’s left when he made the announcement, alongside Nihill, Ivey and Kenneth Adams IV from the Titans ownership group. Strunk’s father, the late Bud Adams, started negotiations with then-Nashville Mayor Phil Bredesen back in 1996 before the city’s residents ultimately voted “Yes for Nashville.” A day later in Nashville, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell were among those who took part in a press conference at Nissan Stadium, where the countdown to the 2030 Super Bowl will officially kick off. 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

A community celebration took place on Broadway the same night. “Nashville is ready for this moment,” Ivey said. “We have proven we can host world class events, from the NFL Draft to CMA Fest to our annual July 4th celebration … We are ready to welcome fans, teams, and families from around the globe to Music City. It is a historic day in Nashville, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to Super Bowl 64 in 2030.” After initially turning in an Expression of Interest form to the league, the city of Nashville and the Titans more recently made a formal proposal to the league to host the Super Bowl, after doing their due diligence in recent months and years. Leading up to Super Bowl LX, Nihill and Ivey were among those from Tennessee who traveled to San Francisco, studying how the Bay Area Host Committee coordinated the events leading up to the game. Nashville will be different from previous hosts, in so many ways. “It’s going to be amazing,” Nihill said. “Before the 2019 NFL Draft, we asked people to use their imaginations to think about how it could be done differently than it had ever been done before and I think we’re thinking with that same lens. … I expect it will be one of the most fun, dynamic Super Bowls ever put on.” In Orlando, Nihill and Ivey talked about the ways Nashville can pull off a spectacular Super Bowl. The city’s walkability will be a part of it. In the week leading up to the February 2030 game, there will be league events and festivities tied to the game all over Nashville. The NFL Experience, Super Bowl Opening Night, NFL Honors, Radio Row and Media Center and the Media Party are expected to be held in the downtown area, along with parties leading up to the game. Ivey said the city sent two or three recommendations for each event, and all of them are located downtown except for one venue, The Grand Ole Opry. The Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Ryman Auditorium, and Pinnacle Nashville are among those in consideration. All of the honky tonks on Broadway will be in play for parties, and events. The Titans practice facility, and Vanderbilt University, could be in consideration to host the Super Bowl teams during the practice week. As for which hotels the two Super Bowl teams will stay in, the city has given the NFL four options, two for each team. The NFL will send officials to Nashville on a regular basis in the coming months to gather additional information, and make decisions. There will be music, all week. “The music will be off the charts,” Ivey said. “We’ll have music everywhere, all genres of music. When people get there, they’ll know they’re in Music City.”

TITANS QB CAM WARD FEELS LEANER, AND FASTER, AFTER SHEDDING 10 POUNDS SINCE LAST SEASON BY JIM WYATT

NASHVILLE – A lot has changed around quarterback Cam Ward, from coaches to teammates to even a new logo. As it turns out, Ward changed himself – he lost weight, and put himself in a position to feel even better heading into his second NFL season. “I’m trying to get a little bit leaner, and then just trying to stay durable for a long season,” said Ward, who lost 10 pounds during the offseason by focusing on his diet. “It’s really watching the calorie limit, watching the amount of protein and the amount of carbs I need to put in, and what is best for my body and how I feel. “I just think (the weight loss) will help me with durability, being faster, getting up in the pocket, and then just trying to play at my speed and not no one else’s speed.” Ward made strides during the offseason, heading into Year 2. Teammates say he looks more confident and comfortable, and coach Robert Saleh said he looks great physically. “His arm’s perfectly healthy,” Saleh said of Ward. “He’s slinging the ball. I mean, he’s got some good velocity on it. And just like everyone else, learning the system. But so far, so good.” As a rookie in 2025, Ward threw for 3,169 yards, 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions, with a passer rating of 80.3. He showed 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

tremendous improvement in the final weeks of his rookie season. Ward, who started all 17 games for the Titans in 2025, played every snap before suffering a right shoulder injury in the season finale at the Jaguars. Ward said he’s worked to be more patient in the pocket, and on his leadership under Saleh and new offensive coordinator Brian Daboll. “It’s been going great, getting the timing with the receivers and learning the width, and where I need to sit in the pocket for the o-line,” Ward said. “It’s been good, so (I need) to continue to learn … and continue to get better.”

TITANS DT JEFFERY SIMMONS SURPRISES FAMILY BY PAYING FOR MORTGAGE FOR A YEAR AT HABITAT FOR HUMANITY EVENT BY JIM WYATT

NASHVILLE – Jeffery Simmons hadn’t planned on getting emotional. In reality, Simmons hadn’t planned to do exactly what he did one day during the offseason when he volunteered to show up for Habitat for Humanity’s ribbon cutting ceremony in Nashville. But the big defensive tackle’s emotions got the best of him – and brought him back to his childhood – on a day when the Titans and Habitat for Humanity celebrated eight families becoming first-time homeowners. At the event, located at Sherwood Homes at Park Preserve, Simmons surprised one family by announcing he would pay their mortgage for the next year. The moment brought both Simmons, and the single mom who was the beneficiary of his good deed, to tears. “I know what it feels like, to watch my mom struggle,” said Simmons, fighting back tears. “My mom raised five kids, and she did it on her own, with no help. I’ve never seen my mom complain.” The news was greeted with “Praise the Lord” and “Thank you Lord” from the family, who hugged Simmons. Earlier, Simmons had met with Habitat for Humanity to express an interest in working with them as his Give ‘Em a Reason Foundation looks to work more toward building a legacy of helping families get into stable housing. Simmons grew up in a small town in Mississippi and moved roughly 5-7 times in a 10- to 12-year period growing up. 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

The homes at the ribbon cutting event were partially funded through the Titans ONE Community Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund. The grant, which awarded $120,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, supported the construction of 12 houses, four of which opened their doors in February. “I know what it feels like to not be stable,” Simmons said. “To be able to have a stable home, that’s what hit home. … I didn’t plan on getting emotional today. But to be out here, and seeing single parents, to be able to have their own space, to be able to have a space for their kids that they can call their home.” Johari Matthews, Vice President and Executive Director of ONE Community and the Titans Foundation, said there was a wide range of first-time homeowners who were able to move into new homes, from single parents to elderly adults who owning home first time, at Sunday’s event. “It is incredibly important for us, a meaningful moment for us to be a part of,” Matthews said. Lauren Payne, Chief Philanthropy Officer for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, called it a special day. “These moments, as these families are pursuing their dream of home ownership,” Payne said, “I like to say that it is not that you see that there is a problem with the affordable housing community, but our partners, like the Titans, stepped up and said there is a problem and we want do something about it.” Simmons, a three-time Titans nominee for the NFL’s Walter Payton Man of the Year award, said he was happy to be a part of it. And, in the future, he plans to keep doing more. Since launching the Give Em A Reason Foundation in 2022, Simmons has consistently been active in communities in Nashville, and back home in Mississippi. “I’m grateful to be in this position,” Simmons said, “and praise God for (putting me) in a position to be a light and help out her family.”

TITANS RETURNER/RECEIVER CHIMERE DIKE PLANS TO BE AN EVEN BETTER VERSION OF HIMSELF IN 2026 BY JIM WYATT

NASHVILLE – Chimere Dike made a big splash during his rookie season, earning All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors as a return man. Back in June, Dike was asked if he might have more difficulty in Year 2 because he won’t surprise teams any longer. With a smile, Dike did his best to be polite. “I think after Week 9,” Dike said, “I wasn’t a surprise either.” This is true. During the course of the 2025 season, Dike established the all-time NFL rookie record for all-purpose yards, and he also had the most allpurpose yards in a season by any NFL player since Darren Sproles in 2011. Dike also broke the franchise record for single-season punt return average. But after a stellar rookie season, Dike is hungry for more. As a returner, and as a receiver. “I think it’s always a process of trying to become the best player that you possibly can,” Dike said. “So, every opportunity you get to go out there just go prove it and make plays.” A fourth-round pick of the Titans in the 2025 NFL Draft, Dike was one of the team’s bright spots last season. But he made it clear he’s far from satisfied, following a year when he totaled 2,427 all-purpose yards, including 1,588 kickoff return yards, 2026 T E NNE S S E E T I TA NS

398 punt return yards, 423 receiving yards, 18 rushing yards and six total touchdowns. Dike’s total ranked third in franchise history for allpurpose yards in a season behind Derrick Mason’s 2,690 all-purpose yards in 2000 and Chris Johnson’s 2,509 yards in 2009. With a punt return average of 17.3 yards and a kickoff return average of 25.6 yards, Dike became the NFL’s first player since Detroit’s Jack Christiansen in 1952 (21.5 punt return average and 25.6 kickoff return average) to qualify with an average 17.0+ yards per punt return and 25.0+ yards per kickoff return in a season. Dike worked during the offseason on learning a new offense – he’s on his fourth coaching staff in as many years – and getting his body right. The group around him has gotten better, with the additions of veteran Wan’Dale Robinson, and Carnell Tate, the fourth pick of the 2026 NFL Draft. Dike plans to be better himself. “Iron sharpens iron,” Dike said. “We have a lot of guys who have different skill sets, but they all have high character and different experiences, and they’re fun to work with. We all want to be better individually, and compete individually, but at the same time we want to the best that we can be.”

PROJECT DESTINED SPORTS VENUE AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BRIDGE PROGRAM In 2022, ONE Community launched its first Sports Venue and Real Estate Development Bridge Program cohort in partnership with Project Destined. This past year, the Titans partnered with Project Destined to provide hands-on stadium development experience for students at James Lawson High School and Judge Dinkins Education Center. Students had the opportunity to pitch their ideas for the East Bank Development around the new Nissan Stadium. TO DATE 142 STUDENTS $66,000 IN SCHOLARSHIP STIPENDS

TITANS CONSTRUCTION TRAINING CAMP The Tennessee Titans and the Tennessee Builders Alliance offered a paid work experience training program to support beginner builders working on the new Nissan Stadium and throughout the construction industry. The three-and sixweek Titans Construction Training Camps are designed to equip individuals with safety knowledge, construction math skills, and hands-on tool experience to prepare them for careers in construction. The tailgate experience included 30 game tickets, food provided by local small businesses and activities prior to kickoff. In addition, the Titans invited nine nonprofits across Tennessee to a game on the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm Community Deck, each receiving food vouchers and an in-game spotlight. HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE CATALYST FUND In 2025, the Tennessee Titans launched their Home Field Advantage Catalyst Fund, a new housing support program. This $5 million investment reflects the Titans’ ongoing commitment to the well-being of neighborhoods across Metro Nashville. The first award cycle distributed a total of $805,000 to 14 housing partners supporting organizations focusing on emergency shelter services, affordable housing development, homeowner assistance, and more. FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT GRANTS The Tennessee Titans donated nearly $250,000 to support high school, girls flag, and youth football organizations throughout the state of Tennessee. A total of 103 different high schools and youth teams received funding to support their programs.

TENNESSEE TITANS ONE COMMUNITY GRANT This season, the Titans launched the second annual Tennessee Titans ONE Community Grant to support organizations that do critical work to create generational change in the state of Tennessee. Awarded organizations were able to network during a celebration reception where they received a check, influencer box, and photo in Nissan Stadium.

In 2023, the Titans made a commitment to contribute $5 million toward the renovation and restoration of 15 high school fields within the Metro Nashville Public School District. This year’s winners, Jackson Kirby (Covington HS) and Alyse Kraemer (Collierville HS), served as the 12th Titan for the Titans vs. Chiefs game and received grants for their school programs and chosen nonprofits.

SCHOOL SHOWS T-Rac visited schools across Nashville and surrounding communities to inspire students to stay active, eat healthy, dream big, and show kindness to one another. Through an energetic, interactive assembly experience, students participated in games alongside players, cheerleaders, and T-Rac, followed by words of encouragement from Titans players and staff. The program combined fun, movement, and positive messaging to create a memorable experience that reinforces healthy habits, teamwork, and confidence both in and out of the classroom.

ANTIOCH SCHOOL SUPPORT

ONE Community proudly partnered with the American Heart Association to equip 5th graders at Wilson Elementary School with brand-new CPR mannequins for hands-only CPR training. The Titans are proud of these students because anyone, at any age, can be a hero when they know how to save a life.

The Tennessee Titans worked alongside Antioch High School during a challenging year. Throughout a week of programming, the Titans donated lunch to teachers and held a pep rally and volunteer project to revitalize and enhance the school campus. The Titans and Antioch High School demonstrated that when community and team unite, resilience flourishes and hope takes the field.

LEARNING LAB For the 14th year, the Tennessee Titans offered local students from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama an operations-focused inside look through its Learning Lab Program. Students had the opportunity to listen to speakers across the organization. This year, the Titans hosted around 3,600 students at Nissan Stadium over four dates, comprising mostly of high school students through their business track educational programs.

HOLIDAY EVENTS Throughout the holiday season, Titans players, cheerleaders, and staff supported youth and families across Nashville through volunteer efforts, meal assistance, gift-giving, festive celebrations, and special shopping experiences. Additionally, 100 families from Renewal House, Free Hearts, and several MNPS schools throughout North and East Nashville at the Northwest Family YMCA received Kroger gift cards. Their collective efforts helped ensure children and families enjoyed a joyful and memorable holiday season.

SCRIPPS SPELLING BEE Since 2015, the Tennessee Titans have served as the regional partner for the National Scripps Spelling Bee. In 2025, 45 counties across Tennessee participated in the regional Spelling Bee providing 50 students across the state the opportunity to compete for the National Spelling Bee. Jeffery Simmons was selected as the Titans club winner for the 2025 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award presented by Nationwide, the league’s most prestigious honor recognizing excellence on and off the field. A four-time Pro Bowler and five-time team captain, Simmons earned his third consecutive nomination for his leadership and year-round impact. Through his “Give Em A Reason Foundation,” he continues to invest deeply in communities across Nashville and Mississippi by taking high school seniors suit shopping, supporting girls flag football, donating equipment to local high school teams, providing Thanksgiving meals and holiday gifts, hosting free football camps and a hometown Community Fun Day, and creating meaningful opportunities for youth to thrive.

On August 27, the Titans gathered with players, partners, and supporters for an unforgettable night of football, philanthropy, and community at the 2025 Captains Dinner. It was a night spent cheering the organization’s 2025 Captains and awarding the inaugural Two Tone Blue Community Hero Awards to coach John “Bones” Fassel and defensive end Jeffery Simmons. Titans’ nonprofit partner Backfield in Motion was also highlighted, sharing their work with the team throughout the year. Players, coaches, front office staff, and community partners came together in support of ONE Community and the Titans Foundation.

MEET OUR MAJORETTE

CHLOE Chloe Holladay Hubbard is a professional baton twirler who made history as the ﬁrst majorette for the Tennessee Titans and the ﬁrst majorette in the NFL in over two decades. An Alabama native, Chloe began twirling at the age of four and went on to perform with the University of Alabama’s iconic Million Dollar Band as a Crimsonette. Throughout her career, she has built a strong social media presence and business while continuing to share her passion for baton twirling with a growing audience. Now entering her second season with the Tennessee Titans, Chloe is proud to continue making history, represent the sport she has loved her entire life, and inspire the next generation of baton twirlers.
