Temple Emanuel Schools ECC Excellence Congratulations to the Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hill’s Early Childhood Center Team in being honored for providing exemplary Jewish education, once again! Our very own Mojdeh Soleymani was chosen by the Builders of Jewish Education, formerly the Bureau of Jewish Education, to receive the prestigious Lainer Award. In 1997, the late Simha and Sara Lainer, long-time supporters of Jewish education, established annual awards recognizing exemplary Jewish educators in early childhood and complementary Jewish education. As one of only three recipients, Mojdeh will be presented with the distinguished early childhood educator award before hundreds of colleagues, including her entire ECC Team. Mojdeh is the third ECC Team Member, under the leadership of Stacy Kesner, to receive the award. Former ECC Award recipients included Carol Akiba and Lilya Aleksandrovskaya. Congratulations again to the ECC and to all of our outstanding educational leaders who provide a strong and award-winning commitment to lifelong learning.

The Temple Emanuel Family Center offers developmentally appropriate classes designed to involve preparents, parents, and children up to three years of age. Parents and caregivers learn together with children in an interactive and stimulating environment that promotes social skills, artistic expression, and family bonding.
Our Early Childhood Center program is accredited by the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children). Only 8% of early childhood center programs nationally are NAEYC accredited.

The Pillar program is a significant source of the temple’s support and it enables us to provide important programs and services for our members. Our Pillar members have all the benefits of full membership and also receive a Pillar Pass with priority entrance and seating for High Holy Days and complimentary parking. They are invited to special select events during the year as guests of Temple Emanuel and have their names displayed in the foyer of the Corwin Family Sanctuary.
