Designed a mixed-use building on a 60' × 80' plot with basement parking, two commercial floors, and two residential floors with four 2BHK units each and a penthouse on the Terrace Floor.
The entire project is planned as per Vastu, with efficient services and ample natural light and ventilation
Created a distinctive elevation using exposed concrete, kinetic façade elements, glass, and metal
Resolved major structural challenges, including floating columns between commercial and residential floors.

Utilized the double-height volume to add a fabricated mezzanine floor with a statement spiral staircase.
Created feature walls, dummy arched doors, and windows to enhance aesthetics and provide photoboothworthy backdrops
Designed the elevation to seamlessly merge with the existing building façade and the bistro’s interior theme.
