Brevetti Gasparin today, thanks to the trust of its own customers, is a company grown constantly on the market establishing as a leader company in the design and production of slicing and packaging systems for the baking industry. So, not only machines, but also automatic lines studied and tailored for each different request of its customers and customized according to the highest production standard. The wide range of developed products allows Brevetti Gasparin to operate in applications such as: the slicing of bread, buns and confectionary products with various applications according to the different typology and composition of the product, the packaging of baked products in flow-pack or preformed bags package type and from the combination of these on the slicing and packaging with the set in line of slicer and packaging machine through appropriate automatic feeding systems. Exactly in the combination of slicing and packaging the company’s strong point is included with the advantage of offering efficient solutions, tailored to each specific need. Among these one of the last lines developed for the slicing and flowpack packaging of buns, hamburgers and hot-dog stands out. The line is composed of a new model of slicer machine with disks for the buns partial cut combined in exit with an automatic feeder which loads automatically the packaging machine. With this system the production times are reduced, thus speeding up the execution of the process differently from how it may be if done with totally manual working.
For the same purpose it was developed the line of slicing and packaging for bread loaves with combination between slicer and packaging machines through automatic feeders. In this typology of system, after an initial phase of slicing, the packaging can be done in hermetic pack on flow-pack or in preformed bags on automatic bagger machine. Brevetti Gasparin’s goal is to optimize the production process of line ends with reliable, functional and simple solutions of easy use, because the best solutions are always the simplest.
