As we approach the final stretch of the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come—and how much opportunity still lies ahead. The early part of the year brought its share of challenges, but we’ve seen strong momentum build throughout Q3. That progress positions us well for a strong finish to the year and sets us up for an even more successful 2026.
Our team continues to grow, with more than 1,300 dedicated team members working every day to solve infrastructure challenges across North America.
There’s a quote that’s always inspired me and feels especially relevant right now: “Victory belongs to the most tenacious.”
If you’ve ever been in my office, you’ve probably seen these words framed on the wall. They serve as a daily reminder that becoming best-in-class in our industry requires relentless focus, drive, and commitment from each of us.
At PURIS, tenacity is in our DNA. Across the country, our teams tackle some of the most complex and demanding infrastructure
projects—and execute them at the highest level. Our customers trust us with their toughest challenges because they know we deliver. Time after time, we repay that trust by setting the standard for quality and reliability. Everyday we manage complexity and deliver simplicity.
The work we do isn’t easy, but it’s meaningful. Whether you’re in the field, in an office, or supporting operations behind the scenes, you are part of a team that builds and maintains critical infrastructure for communities across the nation.
This year, we’ve made tremendous progress—and we’re not done yet. A strong finish to 2025 will lay the groundwork for what could be the most successful year in PURIS history.
While I’m proud of our operational and financial achievements, none of it matters if it comes at the expense of safety. Results are only worth achieving when they’re delivered with safety as our top priority—every day, in every decision.

WHAT’S NEW IN IT?
We are pleased to announce that Dylan Mendenhall has joined our team as ERP Administrator, effective September 15! He will be working in the IT Department and will report directly to Brandon McNair.
Dylan brings ERP and SaaS implementation with 7+ years of experience supporting Acumatica ERP environments, onboarding users, and optimizing workflows across construction, field services, and manufacturing sectors. Skilled at configuring permissions, automation workflows, and dashboards, while serving as the bridge between end users, business stakeholders, and ERP partners. Experienced in training and mentoring users, managing third-party integrations, and aligning ERP systems with real-world operational and financial needs.
In Operations news we have successfully assisted in opening two new office locations.
• Corpus Christi TX has a renovated 6500 SF office space with 6 offices, conference room, 6000 SF warehouse and a 2-acre yard.
• Clearwater FL has a renovated 6700 SF office space with 18 offices, multiple conference rooms, 18000 SF warehouse and a 6+ acre yard. This is a combined MPC Inliner location consolidating 3 FL locations into one.

Welcome to the team, Nancy Vasquez –HR Manager – SE Region
Nancy joins the HR team as an HR Manager based out of the Clearwater, FL office.
Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience including:
• 13 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience in industries of construction, manufacturing and finance with specialization in strategic planning, employee relations, employee development and talent acquisition.
• Known for building strong workplace cultures through effective communication, training initiatives, and employee engagement.
• Dedicated to supporting both employees and leadership by aligning HR strategies with company goals to drive performance and growth.
In her free time, you will find her binge-watching crime documentaries, volunteering at shelters and on a hunt to find good pizza in Florida.

Sara Grogan, Contracts & Licensing Manager, has been with PURIS for seven years. She began her career at PURIS as an Estimating Administrator, where she helped design and implement systems and procedures for the corporate estimating team. Her strong operational insight and dedication to efficiency earned her a promotion to Proposal Coordinator. After successfully developing that role, Sara was given the opportunity to lead a team as Contracts & Licensing Manager.
In her current role, Sara has transformed the department from a one-person operation into a three-member team dedicated to streamlining support for all PURIS entities. She established procedures to optimize workflows and centralize critical business information in one accessible hub. Through effective contract management, her team has helped the company better align stakeholder expectations, enforce obligations, mitigate risks, and drive value across the project lifecycle. By proactively managing licensing needs, Sara has also supported PURIS’s expansion into new territories with greater ease.
Sara lives in Georgia and enjoys unwinding by gardening, tackling home renovation projects, watching murder mysteries, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her son, Joey, is a high school senior who aspires to become a sports medicine physician.

Through the end of September 2025, PURIS employees have been involved in 113 vehicle accidents — and 53% were determined to be at fault.
That’s not just a number on a report — it’s 113 moments when someone’s safety, livelihood, and family could have been impacted.
Each day, we ask our teams to bring their best to the job site — focused, skilled, and committed to safety. But the job doesn’t end when the shift does. Safety travels with you — from the yard to the highway to the driveway at home.
THE REALITY ON AMERICA’S ROADS
Every year, thousands of families are forever changed by a moment of distraction or a few miles per hour too fast.
• In 2023, 40,901 people lost their lives in vehicle crashes across the U.S. — an average of 112 deaths every single day.
• Over 6 million crashes of all severities occur annually, many caused by speeding, distraction, or impairment. Those numbers are staggering — and they remind us that safe driving is not just a company policy; it’s a moral responsibility.
THE PHYSICS OF A SPLIT-SECOND DECISION
When you press the brake pedal, three things happen before your car stops:
1. Perception distance — the time it takes to recognize a hazard.
2. Reaction distance — the time it takes to move your foot from the gas to the brake.
3. Braking distance — the space the vehicle needs to physically stop.
Speed magnifies all three. Double your speed and your braking distance nearly quadruples.
At 35 mph, your vehicle travels about 51 feet per second — and if you glance down at your phone for just two seconds, that’s over 100 feet traveled without looking at the road.
That’s more than half a basketball court — blind, moving fast, and seconds away from tragedy.
So when you hear “slow down,” it’s not a slogan. It’s simple math — and the math doesn’t lie.

PURIS uses Samsara’s AI-powered fleet safety platform to help protect our people and the public.
This system flags behaviors such as speeding, seat-belt violations, and mobile-phone use in real time, allowing us to coach and correct before something serious happens.
But technology alone can’t prevent a crash. It takes you — every driver — to make the right decisions every time you’re behind the wheel. When you choose to slow down, buckle up, and stay focused, you’re not just protecting yourself — you’re protecting every family on that road, including your own.

TRIPLE BARREL CULVERT REHAB
Indianapolis MOTOR SPEEDWAY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
3 X 200 FEET OF 60” CIPP
Following the 2024 Indy 500, Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) discovered a sinkhole through the pavement in the southwest corner of the track where Pit Lane meets Turn One of the fabled speedway. Investigation by their paving provider, Milestone Contractors L.P., identified the root cause as a leaking triple barrel stormwater culvert passing beneath the track.
Inliner responded with a holistic rehabilitation plan including:
• Grouting of subsurface voids, provided by partner Advanced Rehabilitation Technology.
• CIPP rehabilitation of three (3) CMP culvert barrels, each roughly 200 feet in length, with diameters varying from 60-70 inches. Thick, inversion CIPP liners and thermal cure via steam were utilized.
• Sealing of the downstream culvert headwall, directly below the sinkhole.
The work was executed in under 30 days, under budget, and without disruption to track activities. This success story would not have been possible without the coordination and collaboration efforts of IMS officials, Milestone, and Inliner.

COMMERCIAL UPDATES
Q3 was another strong quarter for our front-end team, marked by consistent output, collaboration, and continued focus on strategic pursuits across all business units. The commercial team continues to produce at a historic pace, ensuring PURIS remains an industry leader in responsiveness, professionalism, and solution-driven delivery. Our production metrics highlight this performance—2025 bids and proposals have averaged $174 million per month, up from $120 million in 2024, reflecting our disciplined pursuit and sustained growth across markets and technologies.
We also continued investing in the strength of our people. Several new team members joined our estimating and business development groups, each bringing fresh energy, technical skill, and immediate contributions to ongoing pursuits. Their integration has strengthened our department’s capability and reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. Our teams continue to work in full alignment across business units, sharing insight, resources, and strategy to ensure each opportunity receives our strongest effort. Q3 also brought two major technical proposal wins in Fort Myers, Florida, supported by impressive wins from our Northeast, Southeast, MPC, and PM Construction teams.
These collective efforts and shared commitment ensure PURIS enters Q4 ready to deliver at the highest level!
