We are the world’s only competitive team of all-disabled racing drivers. 10 years since our launch, we’re growing, we’re achieving more and we’re racing towards our Le Mans dream.

HOW?

We’ve created something that has never been done before, and which has made more of an impact on motorsport than any other organisation in history.

We formed in 2015, with the goal of becoming the first ever all-disabled team to race in the Le Mans 24 hour race, whilst making long-lasting, sustainable changes to our sport to open doors for disabled drivers.

This is a significant moment and a reflection of our continued efforts to grow, to develop and to attract more and more support for our mission.

In 2026, we’ve welcomed new rookies, we’re working with new disabilities requiring new solutions and we’ve committed to our biggest year of racing yet.

Introducing Team BRIT

For the past 10 years, we’ve used our innovative technology to create solutions for equal racing in mainstream sports, we’ve won championships, we’ve made history, and we’re changing lives year on year.

2025 saw us unveil our first ever GT3 car – the car that heralds our most competitive year of racing at the highest level of motorsport in our history and takes us one step closer to our Le Mans goal.

This is only possible with the unwavering belief and support of our partners, who keep us on the race track.

We have some of the most experienced engineering talent in the sector, working to deliver world-class race preparation, whilst developing innovative solutions to a range of adaptive requirements.

Our strategy engineers look ahead to plan the best possible approach to every race and our pit crew push tirelessly every race weekend to keep our drivers on track.

At the helm, our management team works to build a financial infrastructure to enable us not only participate, but to compete, and to build a profile nationally and internationally.

“Back in 2017 I discovered Team BRIT and they gave me the entry to motorsport I had always wanted.

“After being medically discharged from the Royal Marines having sustained hearing damage during active service, it gave me the start I needed into the sport I loved, but also gave me the teamwork and camaraderie that I had lost since leaving the military.

“I was lucky to go on to Ginetta and LMP3 racing where I enjoyed some brilliant results.

“Having the chance to come back as a driver at this monumental moment for the team is just incredible and I feel extremely lucky to be part of it. This team never fails to humble me – failure is never an option, every ounce of effort is put into everything it does, and it continues to show the world what’s possible.

PAUL FULLICK

“My disability is a result of a fairly recent accident, so something I’ve had to adapt to and come to terms with. I’m not someone to give up or see the negative in situations, so I’ve quickly worked to make my life as positive and action packed as it always has been!

“I was back on my motorbike just days after leaving hospital minus one of my legs! And when I contacted Team BRIT to find out about what they could offer, I was at the HQ and trying out the hand controls within a week.

“The stories I can tell and the experiences I’ve gained already in my short time with the team, are pretty hard for anyone to imagine. I honestly can’t explain the fun, the excitement and the intense competition the team has provided. I just love it.”

BOBBY TRUNDLEY

“When you’re autistic, the whole world is quite difficult and overwhelming and that’s really hard for anyone who doesn’t have the condition to understand. I’ve been dealing with ‘mental overloads’ for as long as I can remember and the anxiety I experience can be all consuming. Even holding eye contact with people is pretty much impossible for me.

“The one place all of that goes away is in a racing car. When I put my helmet on, my autism disappears and I experience calm and quiet that is never part of daily life for me. I honestly believe it’s a huge advantage to me on the race track. I focus in a way that a lot of other people can’t, and I call it my super power.

“Team BRIT has made this a part of who I am. I’ve driven a McLaren GT4 in the UK and across Europe, I have a full-time job and I’m growing in confidence every day. It has been life changing.”

AARON MORGAN

“I was only 15 when I broke my spine, so I’ve now spent more of my life in a wheelchair than out of a wheelchair. People expect me to say that when it happened I lost all hope and gave up. Of course it was hard, but I have honestly always looked at the positives – I could have died that day and I didn’t.

“Instead, it’s given me opportunities I would never have had before, and Team BRIT has opened doors that have led to the most incredible things.

“When I get out of my wheelchair and leave it in the pits to go out on track – it’s like I’m leaving my disability behind and driving away from the paralysis. Everyone else on that track doesn’t care that I can’t move my legs – they just want to beat me and I want to beat them.

“I’m empowered, I’m seen in exactly the same way, and I have the same chances as everyone else. What could be better than that?”

ASHA SILVA 2026 DRIVER LINEUP

“You wouldn’t look at me and think I have a disability. The truth is I’ve been battling for years with a condition that so many people just put up with and never confront.

“I have ADHD and autism which wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 30s. Although it meant I knew there was something ‘wrong’ with me, it was also an answer to the frustration I’ve faced for as long as I can remember when I’m trying to simply live my life.

“Functioning at work, maintaining a strong and healthy relationship with my wife – all of it felt more difficult than it should be and now I know why. I’ve started working on a plan to deal with this, and racing is at the heart. I’ve never felt such passion, drive and determination to succeed. It’s lifted me and propelled me into a whole new world that I would never have thought was open to me.”

NOAH COSBY

“Everything that made me who I was, that formed my personality, was taken away from me when I couldn’t walk anymore. I was 16 – I knew I was going somewhere really exciting with a career as a motocross freestyler, and skateboarding was my life. Then it was all gone.

“I was watching my friends having the life I should have had, stuck in my wheelchair.

“Being offered the chance to race with Team BRIT was a turning point beyond anything I can describe. The first time I drove on a race track, it was the most exhilarating feeling and I knew it could fill the gap in my life when I lost my riding and skateboarding.

“It’s given part of who I am, back to me, and the impact it’s made on my confidence and mental health is hard to describe.”

TOM CANNON

Being diagnosed with Autism provided me and my family with answers to a lot of challenges I’d faced in life. Social situations and school have been hard, but racing is where I really feel home and in my element.

“When I found Team BRIT it was life-changing. Having the opportunity to test with them, then to be offered a seat has just blow my mind and I’m so excited about what’s ahead.

“I love racing and have been karting since I was really young. I find I can focus on the detail of tracks and race instruction well, so it means I’ve performed well and been competitive already.

“I want to learn as much as I can from the team, get better every time I’m behind the wheel, and show other young kids with disabilities that with the right people around you, anything is possible.

LEARNING & ADAPTING EVERY YEAR

We’ve welcomed rookie driver Harvey Phillips to our team for a developmental year in 2026.

21-year-old Harvey had parts of his arms and legs amputated after contracting meningitis as a baby, and has gone on to excel in para-sports, becoming a British swimming parachampion.

Having finished his swimming career, he has turned his sights to motor racing and is now embarking on a development plan to get him on the race track.

His road car is fitted with a specially adapted system that enables him to use one arm to steer and the other to access brake, gear change and throttle.

We’re working with experts at the University of Leicester to develop a solution to enable Harvey to race. He’s already passed his ARDS test, securing his racing licence and is one step closer to the race track.

Harvey explains: “I hope that any young kids with disabilities who may have seen what I’ve achieved with swimming, and now with my racing plans, that there’s no real limits to what you put your mind to. Whenever anyone has told me I can’t do something, my response has been, “alright, watch me”, and that’s definitely the attitude I’ve found in Team BRIT.

“I’m really looking forward to the journey ahead and hope that I can be with the team as they head towards Le Mans.”

We’re ten years in, and there’s no stopping the continued interest and love for our story, both here in the UK and globally.

What we’re doing is unique, it’s incredible and most importantly, it’s inspirational. We want to show other people that anything is possible with the right support, technology and belief. OPENING DOORS TO MOTORSPORT

Throughout the year, we invite new and aspiring disabled racing drivers to try out driving with us at iconic tracks across the UK.

Some are keen to explore a pathway into motorsport with our team, others want our help and support in pursuing their own racing goals, and some simply want to experience the thrill of the race track with access to our world leading technology.

Our infrastructure means we’re able to offer full track day experiences for any disabled driver with a full UK licence.

We’ll provide them with hot laps as a passenger, coaching with our drivers and coaches, time on our top of the range racing simulator and a chance to drive around the track themselves, with full data analysis.

We offer these opportunities as part of standalone experiences, or to assess rookie drivers looking to explore racing with the team. We also work with partners such as Disability Motorsport Scotland.

OUR ENGINEERING HUB AND HQ

As our team has grown and developed over the years, the space we have needed has grown with us.

When we were formed, the running of our cars was outsourced to external providers. We then secured our first ever home with a unit at Dunsfold Park, before moving once again to our current base in West Sussex.

Our HQ and workshop has been designed entirely around the requirements of our engineering team, with support from partners bott, RSS and JCC.

In October 2025, Risk Ledger signed as a team sponsor and quickly cemented their position as one of the most engaged partners to date.

Right from the outset, the Risk Ledger team have embraced everything about the partnership, exploring ways to create content, to integrate the team into their partner and customer events and opportunities, and have supported us in every possible way.

The Risk Ledger team were introduced to us by another partner. Their branding can be seen across our fleet, but the partnership is far more than logos on cars.

INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION

Our purpose isn’t just to win races. It’s to make a difference, to inspire others, and to show people what’s possible with the right support, belief and determination.

A big part of what we do is focused on engaging with young people, inviting them to our workshop to learn more about career opportunities in motorsport and to hear about our drivers and team, or visiting schools to showcase our cars and technology, and to tell the stories of our drivers’ achievements.

We host community groups including students, charities and race marshals for tours and interactive activities at our HQ. Our drivers have also visited their former schools and we regularly welcome young people and their families to our garage on race weekends for behind the scenes access.

CHANGING LIVES

The impact we have is not only felt by the drivers we support into racing, but also by their wider families and networks.

THE COSBYS

Noah Cosby is now in his fourth season of driving with our team. From the outset, he has shown incredible pace, potential and a massive desire to learn and to win.

When he was fifteen, he had an accident on his dirt bike. Noah’s spine was stretched when the landing of a jump went wrong, causing him to be paralysed from the chest down. It changed his life forever. But it also changed the life of his parents.

Noah’s mum Candy says: “I actually don’t know what we’d have done without Team BRIT and the Hambo Foundation. They’ve been monumental for his mental health, his recovery, and for us.

“Every moment I see him get into that car and drive away, I’m filled with emotion and pride and I’m so proud. Looking ahead – I see hope.

“And my hope for him is that he achieves everything he wants to, that doors open, that the timing is right and that it creates a joy-filled future.”

THE MORGANS

Aaron Morgan joined us in 2021 and has been a constant, positive source of wonderful energy and professionalism ever since. He is a GT4 driver that has excelled and developed every year since joining.

When he was 15, a motocross accident caused a spinal injury which led to his paralysis from the chest down. His parents Rod and Cathy have been at his side throughout and remain his biggest supporters.

Rod recalls Aaron’s first race with Team BRIT: “We couldn’t believe how professional Team BRIT were. I was so used to it being me and a mate looking after Aaron’s car. Now, we just turn up and everything’s there!

Cathy continues, “We didn’t know how successful Aaron would be, but we knew that the path with Team BRIT would always be good.

“We love watching him race. We love to see him do well. We cry if it goes badly, we cry if it goes well. And we just love the team.”

TAKING OUR STORY AND OUR TECHNOLOGY, STATESIDE

In November 2025, we marked a major moment in our team’s history with a race in the USA.

We travelled to Virginia as part of an exciting new collaboration project with US partners. Drivers Aaron Morgan, Paul Fullick and Caleb McDuff competed in the Veterans Race of Remembrance at Virgina International Raceway, teaming up with US-based Resilience Racing drivers, Jon Winker, Adam Poppenhouse, Calum Belden and Byran Winker,

Jon, the team manager and co-founder of Resilience Racing, which supports veterans through motorsport, is a retired US Army Infantryman who became a left below-knee amputee following an accident while serving in Iraq in 2009.

Adam is a retired US Army tanker who became a double amputee after his vehicle struck an IED in Iraq in 2006.

Racing School, which was fitted with our hand control technology. Caleb, who is Deaf, teamed up with Calum and Bryan in a Ford Mustang.

The Veterans Race of Remembrance, organised by Operation Motorsport, took place over the US Veteran Remembrance Weekend, and honours the service and sacrifice of military veterans, whilst providing a platform for recovery through motorsport.

The race has been held in the UK for a number of years, but this was the first time the race had taken place in the US.

Caleb and his team mates finished third overall in the 6 hour race, while Paul and Aaron finished 3 rd in class.

Our hand controls remain fitted to the Aston Martin GT4 to ensure Resilience Racing can support more disabled drivers through their work.
