What a year 2021 is turning out to be! We all knew it would be better than 2020 for so many reasons, but I couldn’t have dreamed to have achieved and experienced what we have already this year.

You’ll read in this edition about our plans to race in British GT in 2022. This is such a poignant time for us. To be in a place where this is a real possibility, and a planned, strategic move within the next 12 months, is quite incredible. It’s taken a lot of hard work and dedication to get here, and you’ll read in this eZine that the hard work is paying off in bucketloads on the track as we continue to smash expectations and bring home silverware. The fact that our most successful pair on track is an autistic driver and a paralysed driver show exactly what we’re trying to achieve. Regardless of your disability, you can be a successful racing driver and you can be part of a team where drivers have completely different requirements. I’m so very proud of them and the crew that has enabled this.

In May this year, we announced our intention to race in British GT in 2022, taking the team just one step away from applying for our Le Mans goal. Seasoned racers; 21-yearold Bobby Trundley who was diagnosed with severe autism as a child, and 30-yearold Aaron Morgan who is a paraplegic after breaking his back in a motocross accident, are racing the team’s Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 in the Endurance category of Britcar this year. Next year, we plan to enter the pair in the 2022 British GT Championship, racing in a McLaren 570S GT4. The team’s move will mean we are just one step away from being eligible to apply to compete in the Le Mans 24 hour. Team Founder Dave Player explains, “This is huge news for us. One of my proudest

moments in the history of Team BRIT was purchasing our Aston Martin, which meant we took a step further into seriously competitive racing.

It is testament to the incredible hard work of the team, our sponsors and our drivers, who I know will do everything possible to make this a success. “To now be ready to move on to the British GT championship – the pinnacle of GT racing in Britain – is testament to the incredible hard work of the team, our sponsors and our drivers, who I know will do

everything possible to make this a success. “Racing in a McLaren will be an incredible privilege and Bobby and Aaron have made such progress over the past year, so I know they’ll be the perfect team ambassadors as we take this next step forwards. “Now, our challenge is to build the funding, infrastructure and support we need to be as competitive as possible on track, whilst further developing a sustainable ladder of opportunities for disabled drivers, well into the future.”

THE FUTURE IS BRITISH GT A move to the British GT Championship will herald a major new stage in Team BRIT’s journey towards making history at Le Mans. The pathway to the iconic 24-hour race is complex and expensive and takes incremental steps along the motorsport ladder to develop drivers into seasoned endurance racers, driving high specification, faster cars. A successful entry in a full British GT season will mean it can apply to the World Endurance Championship for an entry into the world’s most famous endurance race, becoming the first ever alldisabled team to do so. Ian Morgan, Director, McLaren Customer Racing said: “I’m delighted Team BRIT has chosen to enter British GT in 2022 with a McLaren 570S GT4. The team’s inspirational approach will help tremendously, and I look forward to following their progress throughout the season.”

Since then British GT has reestablished itself as the world’s foremost domestic GT series. GT4’s arrival and subsequent expansion currently sees two classes running on the same track at once.

Then, with GT1 becoming a distant memory and GT2 proving too costly the championship sought a fresh direction. New, balanced GT3 regulations had proven popular in Europe under SRO’s guidance and when the organisation was appointed British GT promoter in 2004 the same cars made their way over to the UK.

WHAT IS BRITISH GT? First organised by the British Racing Drivers Club in 1993, the BRDC National Sports GT Challenge (as it was then known) featured grids of wildly different cars, grouped into classes comprising sportscars and saloons. The term ‘British GT’ was first used in 1995 just as a new age of GT1 and GT2 cars was beginning to materialise.

Pro/Am driver crews are the bedrock of British GT. These consist of professional drivers graded as Silver (or higher) and amateur/gentleman drivers graded as Bronze. In 2021 driver line-ups comprising two FIA Silvergraded drivers will no longer be permitted to race in British GT3. Instead, a Silver-Am class – first trialled in 2016 – will be added to the existing Pro-Am and Am-Am classifications.

THE RACING ACADEMY IS BACK It’s been a long time coming but we’re delighted to announce that Team BRIT Racing Academy sessions are back on for 2021.

Team BRIT Founder Dave Player said, “Since we launched our Racing Academy back in 2019, the response has been fantastic, with many of our sessions selling out.

Having been paused due to the Covid pandemic, we’ve now announced a new set of dates for this year, at major circuits across the UK.

“This kind of experience has never been available before, and it’s because of our technology and crew that we can offer this in a safe and enjoyable way.

Launched in 2019, the Racing Academy gives disabled drivers their first experience of the track.

“It was incredibly frustrating to have stop our track days last year, but we’re looking forward to welcoming new people now that restrictions have eased. Almost 120 drivers have joined us at academy sessions so far, and it’s how we’ve found some of our most promising new rookies.”

Our half-day sessions are led by experienced instructors and include coaching on our fullmotion Vesaro race simulator, before laps as a passenger and a driver in our Academy VW Polo. We’ll then provide you with a full debrief using video footage of your laps, that you can take home and keep. Experienced drivers can also get behind the wheels of our BMW 118i or BMW 240i. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and be able to transfer in and out of the car unassisted. Additional laps can be purchased at the track. Once the intro session is completed, additional track sessions can be booked without the need to be a passenger first. A FUN-PACKED OPEN DAY AT TEAM BRIT HQ

A recent open day at Team BRIT HQ at Dunsfold Aerodrome on Tuesday 1st June, provided a fantastic opportunity for sponsors and guests to meet our team’s drivers and crew and to get their hands on our world-leading tech. There were also several special guests invited to learn more about the team’s work and our plans to enter British GT next year. One of the special guests was pro-racer Oli Webb, the World Endurance Championship (WEC) racer. He has competed in the iconic Le Mans race four times in the top category and is an ambassador for Team BRIT sponsor Texaco. As part of his visit, Oli, who is racing in WEC this year, met drivers Aaron Morgan, Bobby Trundley, Luke Pound, Andy Tucker and Matty Street. They discussed Team BRIT’s goal to race at Le Mans, and Oli shared his experiences

in the world’s most prestigious endurance race. Oli said “I’ve known of Team BRIT since their days in the Fun Cup where I took part in a test a few years ago. My partnership with Texaco reignited my interest in what they are doing. Having seen them performing so well in Britcar, it was great to come along and see what the team is all about.” Another special guest was YouTube superstar and sim racing expert Jimmy Broadbent. Jimmy was keen to find out more about the team and shoot a video on the drivers, cars and tech for his YouTube channel which has now amassed more than 700,000

subscribers. Jimmy was shown the ropes on the team’s top of the range Vesaro simulator, supported by D-Box motion technology. With several visitors to HQ on the day, the challenge was laid for Jimmy to set the fastest lap possible on the Vesaro simulator, racing in a McLaren 570s GT4 around Brands Hatch. Commonly known as the most famous sim racer in the virtual racing world, it was no surprise that Jimmy initially took the win, narrowly beating Oli. Jimmy’s victory was short lived however as Team BRIT GT4 driver and sim racing enthusiast Bobby Trundley pipped him to the post, taking the sim challenge title.

The two had first met when Bobby and fellow Britcar racer Aaron Morgan were racing at Snetterton in May, where the Team BRIT duo went on to take their class win in race 2.

We were also proud to meet young Team BRIT fans, 10-year-old Hadley Brisdion and 15-year-old Arlo Kearns.

Jimmy is racing in the Praga R1 as a guest driver for the Praga team in the Britcar Endurance Championship this year – his first major move from sim racing to track racing.

Both Arlo and Hadley have cerebral palsy and were invited along to see how our drivers with disabilities have been able to follow their dreams. They spent time on the sim and even had a trip around the track!

While at the open day, he was able to take to the Dunsfold Aerodrome track – world famous as the Top Gear test track - taking the Team BRIT Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 for a spin using the team’s world leading hand control technology.

Jimmy said, “It’s great to see people going racing who may not normally have had the chance. What the team is doing for disabled drivers is really something that others should be emulating. “The hand controls are pretty special. I could adapt quite quickly to using them which shows how much development has gone into them. After today I’ve definitely got a new respect for people like Aaron – it’s been an eye-opening day.”

Oli Webb was also able to test out the hand controls in the team’s Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4, taking it for a spin around the Top Gear Test Track under the guidance of team coach Jamie Falvey. Oli was impressed as well: “It was nice to get a feel for the hand controls. I have friends who have raced with hand controls for years, so I’ve always had an interest in the adaptations that are available. It gives you an entirely new respect for what they’re achieving when you feel what they are like to use.

“Driving with only your hands is like ‘re-learning to walk backwards’, it challenges your motor neurone senses and hand/eye coordination. I loved the brake system, but it would take a few laps for me to get fully confident. It was a pleasure to meet Aaron and Bobby and I felt privileged and honoured to drive their car. BOBBY AND THE ASTON MAKE A PIT STOP AT KÄRCHER HQ Bobby and our Aston Martin made a special visit to the Banbury HQ of a key sponsor this month. Global cleaning equipment manufacturer, Kärcher, is a longterm sponsor of the team, and on Monday 14th June, driver Bobby Trundley visited its HQ in Banbury after a stellar performance in his latest race. Two of the team’s cars – our Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 and BMW M240i arrived on site early in the morning ready for the special treatment of a Karcher pressure wash after the race weekend. 21-year-old Bobby, who was diagnosed with severe autism as a child, accompanied the cars and spoke with Kärcher staff about his incredible race at Oulton Park on the Saturday, which saw him secure a P1 finish alongside teammate Aaron Morgan, for the second race in a row. Kärcher is a German, familyowned company that operates worldwide and is known for its professional cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, window vacuum cleaners and floor cleaners.

The global brand partnered with Team BRIT for the first time in 2019 and supplies us with access to a range of equipment to keep our workshop in top shape, along with credit for products and consumables to help achieve our goals in 2021.

BUILDING THE BRIDGE BETWEEN BUSINESS AND DISABILITY In 2021, Bascule Disability Training became a sponsor of Team BRIT race driver, Andy Tucker. Here we find out more about the social enterprise and how the improvement of disability awareness can benefit a business. Bascule Disability Training is a social enterprise that provides training, support, and guidance for businesses, enabling them to become truly inclusive. Its interactive training packages are designed to empower businesses with an awareness and understanding of disability that will enhance their appeal to employees and clients with disabilities, helping them to reap the rewards of becoming more accessible. Bascule is unique in that its training is user led, meaning it is facilitated by someone with a disability. The organisation is headed up by Managing Director and founder, Chris Jay, who was born with cerebral palsy, and has been a wheelchair user for over 20 years. As well as Bascule’s training facilitator, Chris is a prominent voice and author on the topic of disability. Chris explains, “Many people are completely unaware that ignoring the needs of people with disabilities as potential customers, costs UK businesses a staggering £1.8 billion per month. Bascule was launched to address this by helping businesses and their staff, to become more inclusive, whilst creating a more empathetic and understanding workforce. Research from Scope also revealed that two-thirds of the British public (67%) admit to feeling ‘uncomfortable’ and ‘awkward’ when talking to people with disabilities. Our training considers how that statistic may impact a business or organisation, and what can be done to change it.”

BASCULE’S TRAINING SESSIONS Working with businesses, universities and schools, Bascule’s bespoke workshops ordinarily take place in a physical environment, workplace, or venue, but since the pandemic, most of the interactive training sessions now take place online. Each targeted programme is developed to raise the confidence of staff by removing any barriers that may exist, usually as a result of a lack of training, understanding or knowledge of disability. Delivered in a relaxed, informative and engaging style- Bascule’s training covers issues such as correct use of language, customer service, etiquette, communication, legislation and the development of inclusive business environments.

THE BENEFITS OF AWARENESS Awareness training enables businesses to develop an empathetic and understanding culture, with a view to developing a working environment that welcomes and accommodates new and existing staff with disabilities.

Chris Jay adds, “Our training encourages staff to understand the needs of people with disabilities, which will not only impact all areas of the business, but also enable any staff that are customer or client facing, to feel more confident in their communications.” “As a business becomes more and more recognised for its commitment to inclusivity, the benefits will inevitably grow. It will begin to appeal to a wider group of talented employees – as 19% of working age adults have disabilities. Furthermore, as all staff become more disability aware, and the business becomes widely perceived as an inclusive organisation, it’s likely that the business’ services will reach the radars of people with a disability.” Bascule’s social purpose As a social enterprise, Bascule Disability Training donates 75% of the profits generated to provide free disability awareness training in state schools. Its training in schools enables pupils of all ages to learn about the needs, challenges and unique life experiences of people with disabilities. Bascule’s aim is to help children to develop positive attitudes towards disability by exploring and understanding disability through interactive games and debates. The awareness days are also comprised of interactive workshops where people with disabilities discuss their lives and answer young people’s questions as well as discussions and activities on bullying – encouraging the children to consider how best to deal with this, as well as participating in teacher led activities, and role play sessions.

THE 2021 SEASON S O FA R

Round 1, April 2021 It all began in April when the season got underway in the most incredible style with round 1 of the Britcar Championship at Silverstone on 24th and 25th April.

Needless to say, the crew got back to work to finish repairs in time for race 1 and the drivers came in P7, setting their position on the grid for race 2.

Five drivers and three cars made the journey to the UK’s most iconic track for what would be a whirlwind weekend of highs, lows and the most fantastic team effort.

With an improved position and spirits lifted, Aaron took the first stint for the final race of the day, putting in an incredible performance before handing over to Bobby in P5. Bobby gave everything he had, bringing the Aston home in P2 and securing the team’s first silverware of the year. Bobby also secured the fastest lap in class!

Saturday began with some issues but the crew worked flat out to repair one of the front dampers. Unfortunately, the timetable was brought forward at the last minute so time was short and the car went out for qualifying before the mechanics could fully dial the setup back in. Bobby and Aaron qualified in P11 which became their starting position for the first race of the afternoon.

On Sunday it was the turn of Andrew Tucker, Matty Street and Luke Pound in the BMWs. In race 1, Matty and Andy put in a brilliant performance to finish in P7, but an incredible effort from

Matty in race 2 took them up to P4. Sadly, a technical issue in the pits meant Andy dropped to the back of the grid. He still drove fantastically well, getting the car home in P9. Luke Pound drove in Class 3 in the BMW 118i, securing fantastic P4 finishes in both races. To top the weekend off, Matty was named ‘Driver of the Day’ by race organisers.

A few technical gremlins gave the mechanics plenty to work on for the weekend’s racing, but undeterred, Bobby and Aaron started as they meant to go on. Driving #68, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, they qualified 10th overall, P2 in Class 4.

Race 2 saw Andy and Matty in last place but a textbook drive from Matty saw him skilfully slice his way through the field, making up an incredible 19 places in the first lap, reaching P1 with 20 minutes to go. Andy kept up the battle and brought the car home in P5.

In the afternoon, Bobby and Aaron didn’t let up for a second, holding on to their P2 position and securing the fastest lap in class.

Once again, Luke showed the brilliant progress he is making, with a solid, clean and consistent race, coming home in P4.

Race 2 began as early evening approached but sadly, a spin from Aaron on the slippery first lap sent the pair right back down to last place. However, showing grit and determination, Aaron moved the car up the timing screen to P7. A solid strategy and slick stop from the crew under a safety car then saw Bobby gaining two positions, up to P5, in the pitlane. He fought his way right up the grid and finished P1 at the chequered flag. On Sunday conditions were kinder for the Trophy Category, with

EDF Motorsports TCR set an early fast lap, posting such a good time that they parked the car for the rest of session, confident that they had secured the P1 position. Our crew decided to wait until the final minutes before sending out Bobby to push as hard as he could to climb up the timing screen and it paid off. Bobby secured P1 on the grid for both races in the final lap of qualifying by just 9 thousandths of a second!

In race one, Bobby was out first, putting in a strong start to hold a good position but an early safety car knocked the strategy off course. In the end, two cars managed to pit right on time – Team BRIT and EDF TCR. A flawless stop gave us the edge we needed. Aaron was sent out for the remainder of the race, back in front of the chasers. The strategy worked - after all the stops were done, Team BRIT was P1 in class, and P2 overall. A monumental stint by Aaron held the position, as he brought the car over the line to an erupting pit wall for the second Team BRIT win in a row.

In race 2 the team started from P1 again. Sadly, a mistake under braking resulted in the first DNF in the Aston since the 2019 season. Another fantastic race weekend sees the team sitting P5 overall in the Britcar Endurance Championship, only 7 points behind the leaders on 141 points. Aaron and Bobby are now P2 in Class 4, just 5 points behind P1. Re-scheduling due to Covid meant that only the Endurance Category raced, but the Trophy Category drivers get their own race at Silverstone later in the year.

The main difference is that Team BRIT is more than ‘just a sports team’. Texaco did a fantastic job during lockdown, engaging with our drivers to create some amazing social content. Our drivers were filming pieces to camera on their phones, showing how they ‘keep going’ during lockdown, to support the linked Texaco campaign. From Bobby fixing his bike to Andy training on the sim, it gave a real human side to the team which people loved.

Is there a limit to the type of company that could partner with the team? Absolutely not. We have a great selection of partners, from billion-dollar turnover global companies like Brit Insurance to much smaller companies that might have only 2 or 3 employees. There are stories there for everyone and with a clear focus today on the diversity and inclusion agenda, working with us is a great way to get involved in this space. How do you make the partnerships right for each brand

Brit Insurance has also arranged some amazing ways to engage their staff with the team. They are our longest serving partner and we have supported some great activations in the city of London which saw our cars parked outside the Lloyds of London building or outside their HQ. It was great fun craning the car over bollards at 2am in the morning! This really helps build a sense of family and it has been wonderful seeing staff supporting us at events – which they have the chance to attend each year. I fondly recall meeting one member of staff who was pregnant, who then returned to the track the year after with her baby, then again with her toddler. The first few episodes have set the tone through a range of fun and fascinating interviews, including with drivers Matty Street and Bobby Trundley, who featured as part of Autism Awareness Week, 29th March to 4th April 2021. Both of their episodes highlight the challenges they’ve overcome and the successes they’ve had in their lives, both on and off the track. In another episode for Autism Awareness Week, we interviewed Jackie Trundley, our GT4 driver Bobby’s Mum, and Tony Ballesteros, Dad to Sandro, a member of eTeam BRIT, our SIM racing arm. They discussed their experiences as parents of children with the condition and how their sons have flourished given the chance through racing to follow their dreams. This episode underlines Team BRIT’s vision to support, inspire and motivate people facing physical and psychological challenges by demonstrating what can be achieved through motorsport, a vision that has certainly come to life for both Bobby and Sandro.

The psychological impacts of a disability are just as impactful as those that are physical and an episode on motorsport and mental health shares more about this through an insightful interview with BMW driver Andrew Tucker who lives with PTSD following a motorbike crash. TEAM BRIT SET FOR THE BIG SCREEN A major deal has been agreed which will see Team BRIT’s story showcased on screens across the world. Team videographer Darren Cook of Scruffy Bear Pictures is working with the Format Factory to capture the team’s story between now and Le Mans. A series of documentaries will be produced between now and the iconic race, with discussions underway with major international broadcasters over potential commissions. The documentaries will cover the highs and lows of racing, behind the scenes with the crew and the personal stories of each driver. Darren explains: “This is a major moment for me and my team. Having produced a number of films over the years, I’ve been working on plans for a documentary on the team for some time, so it is fantastic to have the agreement in place and filming underway. “I’ll be working with colleagues at the Format Factory to find the best possible platform for the films so that we achieve the greatest exposure possible on the work of the team.”

Based at the home of the iconic Top Gear Track at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey, Team BRIT HQ is a hub of activity and the heart of our team. Under the leadership of Race Engineer Al Locke, the crew is based at HQ full-time, keeping the cars in top race condition. Once the race season is underway, it’s all about getting ready for the track. Detailed, painstaking work goes into making sure that the set up for each car is as good as it can be, that the hand controls are working seamlessly and set up according to the driver and car, and event logistics are organised from transporting the cars and equipment to the track, to completing the race admin needed for each driver. Alongside race car maintenance, Al and his team provide bespoke technical solutions for disabled drivers’ road cars and race cars, and continually innovate to refine our own racing controls. This, Al explains is one of the best parts of the job: “When we have a problem that seems really difficult and hard to solve, I love it because it’s something we can really get our teeth into. We’ll learn about a new disabled driver who wants some help with their car, or we’ll be introduced to a new team rookie, and we’ll come up with ideas, produce a model and try it out on our simulator. Sometimes the ideas are crazy and don’t work out, but other times they turn into something brilliant. “At the moment we’re working on a new input system for tetraplegics. Our current system works really well for amputees and paraplegics. Paraplegics are paralysed from a certain point in their spine downwards, whereas a tetraplegic has a higher spinal injury causing more extensive weakness or loss of function to the upper limbs too, often resulting in poor hand mobility and strength. Our paddle system doesn’t work for them as it doesn’t allow them to control the car without compromise. Instead, we’re working on a new system which essentially uses wrist motion and arm motion to control the car. Now, he’s working on a major documentary project which he hopes to share globally.

Tell us about the major TB projects underway for you at the moment Currently we are filming the ongoing story of the drivers who are competing in the BritCar series for 2021. We are looking at the drivers at home, at weekends and in car. We’ll also be following the crew and how they plan, work and prep for each race meeting. It’s a real ‘behind the scenes’ of what goes on to get these amazing people on track. What has kept you working with the team for so long? Respect and admiration for them… it also stops me complaining too much about things in life. I really love seeing how they develop and grow… and seeing the silverware coming in is testament to their drive and the work the team is doing. What’s the coolest thing and hardest thing about motorsport photography / videography? The coolest thing about all of this is sharing stories. Showing everyone what is going on and how it’s being achieved.

Not all of it will make the edit. I had to stop being precious about it and look at the time I have and the story I am telling. Who is the best person to film in the team and why? Bobby has been amazing to shoot, he has changed so much over the past year. Andy has the best voice interviewing and audio clips.

Matty and I have a laugh, he is my goto guy for comedy. Luke, is probably my favourite, I have so much time for this guy and it’s been hard for him to express his story in detail but he has changed this year. He has made me laugh a lot. How far can Team BRIT go this year? There is no reason why they can’t go all the way. There is an all out race win coming very soon... and I will be there to catch it. Al and the guys have been developing and fine tuning... Unsung heroes. I can’t wait for the next race.

The hardest thing is getting THAT one shot or image, creating something that stands out and gets it all noticed. Photography is a passion… I love black and white and when something sits right as a mono image... THAT’S a good picture for me. Filming is the no limits bit of what can be captured, I shoot so much content because I see it happening...

15-year-old Arlo Kearns from Hove was invited along to the recent Team BRIT Open Day to find out more about our work. Arlo has cerebral palsy and is keen to explore the world of sim racing. Here he recounts his experiences of the day... “My experience at Team BRIT was spectacular. Leading up to the day, I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I got to meet so many people. At first, I felt a little nervous and overwhelmed, but the amazing people there made me feel comfortable very quickly. As the day went on, I was offered a chance to go in a race car and be driven around a track that I know and many people know very well….a chance of a lifetime; the Top Gear track! I was so excited to get in the car. The driver who took me round was Bobby, and if you talked to Bobby for even 5 minutes you would quickly find out that Bobby has done some spectacular things in his life. So, it was Bobby who took me around the lap. He is very quick, and he wasn’t even pushing at his true pace! I got jolted around so much in the car. I felt so dizzy after, luckily I didn’t throw up! What would his true pace be like? He then he took my mum around the track which was quite funny! Jimmy Broadbent was also at the track that day, it was a very surreal experience to meet him! He was trying out one of Team BRIT’s specially adapted simulators which I was watching him use, and as I was watching, I thought to myself, anything is possible! Maybe I could try out one of these simulators one day. Overall, I think Team BRIT is a very inspiring team to be involved with and the sky is the limit! I was so happy with the whole day and how inspiring it was. On the way home, I couldn’t believe how good my experience was and felt so empowered and inspired afterwards! What Dave has done to build Team BRIT has been incredible!”

With my background in Esports, I actually first heard of the name through eTeam BRIT team in 2019. This lead me to following the full race team and their incredible journey since then. Why did you decide to get involved and offer your support? Once we were in the position to, Team BRIT was top of my list to contact. We are all motorsport fans and dream of going racing, but for me personally, being a carer in my home life for many years has given me even more appreciation for what Team BRIT does.

You only need to look at how professional and well run the team is to know they matched our values too. How is 2021 looking for you and what are your key business plans? This year is looking exciting at IMB Racewear. We have used the last year to work on new and improved products which are now coming to market. As well as some great international partners coming on board and joining the IMB family. The key takeaway we want, is to let people see that you don’t have to accept ‘off the shelf items’. You can have your own personality in your teamwear and be individuals with fully custom designs without additional design fees. What are your predictions for the team on track this year? The results at the start of the year have been incredible already, with the hard work everyone puts in and their drive to succeed, I can’t see why this won’t continue with more trophies coming their way.
