editor’s note I spent a lot of time pondering what to share with you this month. On one hand, I wanted to embrace thankfulness and all the warm and fuzzy feelings of Thanksgiving, but, on the other hand, I kept thinking, 2020 has been such a rough year — I am thankful it’s almost over.

Because I know that we don’t need to be reminded of how the quarantine uprooted us from life as we once knew it, I decided to shift my mindset, get creative and count 10 blessings that, in some way, we can all be thankful for this year.
Transportation — Let’s be grateful for
all the commutes we avoided, the gas money we saved and the extra lease miles we won’t be paying for this year. Technology — Seriously, what would
Shelter — There’s no place like home, especially
when it functions as an office, school, gym, place of worship, etc. Plus, being quarantined prompted us to deep clean our dishwashers, reorganize our sock drawers and begrudgingly tackle the to-do list tasks that had been taunting us all year. Food — Yeah, the grocery store shelves were a
little bare at times and people rarely followed the one-way aisle directives, but, thanks to curbside pick-up and grocery delivery services, we didn’t go hungry.
we have done this year without Zoom, podcasts, Houseparty, Facetime, Facebook, Instagram, Google Hangouts, Amazon, distance learning, watch parties, telehealth, video games, 5G, virtual tours, etc.? Technology made this year livable and enabled us to work and socialize remotely. Social distancing was tough, but, thankfully, we were never 6 feet away from our phones, computers and tablets. Real Producers — Be thankful for our
Family — You know how we’re always saying
that we want to spend more time with family? Well, congratulations! You probably logged more family hours this year than any other year to date, so be thankful for that. Or, depending on the quality of that family time, be thankful for every minute of alone time. Clothing — Let’s be grateful for all the use we got
out of our robes and comfy clothes. We also saved so much time not having to make morning — or more like late-afternoon — wardrobe decisions: For many of us, it was a simple act of changing from nighttime pajamas to daytime pajamas. Basic Household Amenities — I’m talking about
toilet paper, Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer here ... and the attitude of gratitude that swept over you when you were able to get your hands on some. Hobbies — Sure, early on in the quarantine, we
spent countless hours binging Netflix, but then we dusted off our guitars, whipped up sourdough starters, painted self-portraits, mixed up amazing craft cocktails, knitted fingerless gloves and mastered advanced yoga poses. Much obliged, Pinterest and YouTube. Neighbors — Devoid of regular human contact,
we developed a new appreciation for fence chats, small talk with the neighborhood weatherman, screaming children and barking dogs — really any sign of human life. realproducersmag.com

As managing editor, I also can’t express enough gratitude to the 2020 features who helped us overcome our toughest hurdle by providing us photos for the magazine when Michigan’s stay-athome order prevented our photographers from doing photo shoots. During the quarantine, there was no “business as usual,” but we can all be grateful for how we adapted and found creative solutions to the many personal and professional challenges we encountered. We may be eager to see 2020 come to a close, but let’s give thanks for how awesome the Oakland County real estate community is and how each issue of Real Producers draws us together, even in physically-distant times. STICKING TO THE ‘SIMPLE THINGS THAT REALLY MATTER’

“I quickly became frustrated as it was difficult to get calls back from listing agents and to obtain information on potential properties,” Alex said. His frustration and desire to find his own rental properties motivated him to get his real estate license. Like any new agent, Alex didn’t know all the ins and outs of the business, but he did know how to attentively and successfully serve customers. “In my head, I compared selling real estate to my time as a waiter in college: You listen to what your client wants, answer questions, get them what they want, check in on them during their time with you and address any concerns — and everyone is happy,” he said. In addition to waiting tables throughout his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan where he earned a bachelor’s in communication and marketing, Alex spent his early, pre-real estate career honing his straightforward and effective approach to customer service as the owner and operator of three TCBY stores in Michigan. His three stores ranked #1, #3, and #5 in the state and #5 overall across the franchise.
When Alex Nugent entered the industry in 1994, he wasn’t looking for a full-time career in real estate: As a small-business owner interested in investing in rental properties, he was looking for answers to his questions about the purchasing process.

Given his success in the ice cream business, Alex planned on opening a fourth store, but, due to TCBY’s three-franchise limit, he was unable to do so. That’s when he ventured into the rental business and that career move led him to real estate, where he sold his first 12 homes to himself. At the time, Alex didn’t plan on conducting real estate transactions for purposes other than his own

rental property investments, but that all changed when friends and family began asking him to help them find a house. “I figured that I would give it a shot and discovered that I really enjoyed working with people to find their home,” Alex said. “I worked very hard to make the process as smooth as possible, and I learned about mortgage and title processes so that I could sit down with buyers and explain everything in the beginning.” Alex’s hard work and investment in his clients generated referrals, and, as a result, real estate began to consume more of his time, making it difficult for him to keep up with the demands of franchising. More so, Alex and his wife, Nicole Nugent, were starting a family, so in 2004, Alex sold his yogurt stores and embraced real estate as his full-time career. Now, with 25 years in the business, Alex has a career volume of approximately $385 million — over $27 million of which he generated in 2019. For the past 15 years, Alex has ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide, and for the last 18 years, he’s been a member of the Real Estate One President’s Council of Excellence. In addition, with a 5/5 Zillow client satisfaction rating, Alex demonstrates that, much like he articulated in his waiter-real estate analogy at the beginning of his career, “everyone is happy.” Alex, who says that his friends and customers are his favorite part of his job, is grateful for the opportunities that real estate has afforded him and his family, and thankful for his friends Chris Gerback and Michael DeForrest who recruited him to their office. “Unfortunately, Michael passed away way too young … I still think about the advice that they both gave me along my work journey,” Alex said. 20 • November 2020
The most rewarding part of Alex’s business is watching families grow as their housing needs change. Throughout his many years in the industry, he’s journeyed alongside clients as they purchase their first homes, move into larger homes when they start having children — sometimes multiple times — and downsize after their children venture out on their own.
The Alex Nugent Team includes Alex, his partner Michael Abt, Real Estate Agent Jeff Strong and Assistant Katie Estelle — all of whom play a crucial role in Alex’s success. Alex originally hired Michael as an assistant and says that, over the years, Michael has become a “real estate pro” and now directly works with buyers as well as with past clients. Jeff, a full-time police officer and pastclient-turned-friend, joined the team at the end of last year and plans to become a full-time agent @realproducers
Outside of work, Alex’s top priority is his family: his wife of 22 years, Nicole; their two sons, Auben, 17, and Cooper, 15; and their daughter, Peyton, 11. All three of Alex’s children are competitive swimmers — Cooper also plays tennis — and the Nugents enjoy playing tennis, skiing and boating together. In his free time, Alex enjoys action films and any book written by Vince Flynn — the “Mitch Rapp” series being one of his favorites. He likes a variety of music — especially Garth Brooks and Billy Joel — and he also says that he listens to 95.5 and 96.3 to “stay somewhat hip” with his kids. Alex strives to “be a good human” — a phrase that is printed on one of his T-shirts — and wants to be remembered as a “great family man who loves what he does and who has been surrounded by really good people.”

it’s my job to lay out all the positives and negatives and just help guide the process through,” he said. “Quite frequently, we, as a profession, need to step back and realize that this is the most important investment people are making and ensure our customers understand the entire process — people are the plusses, and we can’t forget that.”

When Bia Siminovich sets a goal, nothing gets in her way. Her relentless pursuit to go after what she wants has made her successful in all aspects of her life. When she wanted to fulfill her dream of having a swimming pool and her husband said no, she was more determined than ever to take matters into her own hands to make her dream come true. “Nobody says ‘no’ to me,” Bia laughed. “I really wanted that swimming pool, and I was intent on making it happen.” Soon thereafter, Bia got her real estate license, and in just 15 months, she hired a contractor. Not only did she establish a successful real estate career, but six weeks later, Bia had a pool.
As a native of Brazil, Bia learned to dream big from her parents. She earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing and was married at age 21. Bia and her husband, Sandro, moved from Brazil to Spain and later to Germany. “We learned so much together during those days,” Bia recalled. “It was just the two of us learning different cultures, exploring new places and adapting to new environments — it was a great time in our lives.” Two years later, they moved to the U.S. where Bia obtained her MBA in marketing from Walsh College. “After 15 years in this country, I can say that I’m very proud to be an American — I love living here,” she said. Bia’s passion to fulfill her dreams has translated into helping others fulfill their dreams of homeownership. “The purchase of a home is one of the biggest moments in a person’s life,” Bia explained. “For me, it’s a victory to be a part of that celebration — it has a big impact on my soul.”

While Bia does not work on a team, she does have an administrative assistant, Ignez Calil, who helps keep her organized and focused. “I call Ignez my second husband,” Bia joked. “Just like my real husband, she encourages me to be a better person every day, and, similarly, she also gives me a hard time.” With her optimistic personality, Bia enhances her client experience with her practical business approach and positive perspective. “It’s very rewarding to help others move forward with their lives,” Bia shared. “While most often I’m rejoicing in new homeownership closings, there are other scenarios where I’m guiding clients through a tough phase in their life such as divorce, death or other life events that warrant the sale of a home. It’s imperative to bring comfort and support to all my clients in every situation.” Bia and her husband have two children — Clara, 13, and Alex, 10. Clara plays volleyball and travel soccer, and loves sewing and cooking. Alex is an avid sports 30 • November 2020
enthusiast who enjoys basketball and lacrosse. As a family, they spend time together traveling, going to concerts, and visiting friends and relatives. Since becoming a real estate agent in 2015, Bia has exceeded $40 million in volume. She is with Keller Williams Domain and plans to get her broker license in the next few months. “My suggestion to others just getting into real estate is to never say no,” Bia advised. “Treat every client as your favorite; a $30,000 home is just as important to one person as a $1 million home is to another person. It’s important to be positive, to have a great sense of humor and to always be ready to help.” Bia said she breathes and dreams real estate. “Even when I’m traveling, I am looking up the homes around me,” she said. “My whole life and future are about real estate. Everything from investing in property to flipping homes to retirement — it’s a part of who I am. But most importantly, my whole life is about helping others achieve their dreams through real estate.” @realproducers

When Jennifer Tait became a real estate agent five years ago, she thought she knew exactly what awaited her in real estate: a career that would allow her to explore her entrepreneurial side, utilize her design skills and satisfy her desire to help others. Today, as the managing broker of Brookstone Realtors LLC, Jennifer realizes that all her initial expectations still hold true, but she has also discovered a greater purpose in real estate — and she quickly embraced that purpose to thrive as a leader in the industry.
“Success is waking up excited about your purpose — my purpose is my strong desire to help others achieve their goals,” Jennifer said. “I now know, more importantly, that I am a problem solver, supporter and trusted advisor in helping clients make one of the most stressful and important financial decisions of their lives,” she said. Jennifer, who bartended throughout college, has always enjoyed meeting new people and perfecting her multi-tasking skills. After graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in interior design, she worked as the office manager and designer for a custom woodworking company where she created CAD drawings and hand renderings for custom realproducersmag.com
kitchens, bathrooms and built-ins. She says that both of these pre-real estate careers forged many relationships with people who significantly impact her life today. In 2014, following a period of strict bed rest, Jennifer gave birth to twin boys. When they were 6 months old, she was itching to reclaim her active lifestyle and ready to go back to work. She knew she wouldn’t be happy going back to her previous office job and a 40-hour workweek, so she decided it was time to pique her interest in real estate. Sleep-deprived yet determined, Jennifer completed the 40-hour class, studied and passed the state exam on her first try. Shortly after getting licensed, she joined Real Estate One in Clarkston. Within half a year, Jennifer’s business took off, and she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. “Real estate is my thing,” she said.
and after working alongside fellow broker Brandon Mulrenin at Real Estate One for about a year, Jennifer decided to join Brandon at his new brokerage, Brookstone Realtors LLC, and became an agent at his company when he launched it in April 2019. “Starting at a brand-new brokerage was outside of my comfort zone as I had built my career and reputation at Real Estate One, but after Brandon explained the concept of this brokerage, there was no doubt in my mind that this was a move I had to make,” Jennifer said. “Over time, I naturally fell into the role of assisting him with business development, agent communication, recruiting agents, training, etc. My daily actions quickly transformed into me becoming infatuated with helping Brookstone thrive and grow, and when we opened our second office in October of 2019, I officially took the title of managing broker.”

Today, Brookstone, which includes over 150 agents and a “leadership team” of nine support staff, is officially verified by the State of Michigan as the fastest-growing brokerage in Michigan. With its “agent-centric” culture and “Clients First” motto, Brookstone has definitely proven to be the right move for Jennifer, who has a career volume of $21 million, $7 million of which she generated in 2019. “Brookstone is definitely unique and does not operate as a traditional brokerage. We are a true, 100% commission-based brokerage, with an agent membership fee of $300 per month and several additional benefits, including training, CRM, lead generation, personal marketing platforms, etc.,” Jennifer said. “Our agents truly want to see each other succeed, and we believe in celebrating our agents’ accomplishments.” As managing broker, Jennifer helps coordinate Brookstone’s Quarterly Summits, Winter Gala and other celebratory events dedicated to recognizing their agents’ individual and team achievements. “Before I became a manager, my focus was to make a difference in my clients’ lives,” Jennifer said. “That’s still the case, but now as a manager, I am privileged to make a difference in my agents’ lives, which directly impacts their clients’ lives.” Jennifer is the go-getter and respected leader that she is today because of her upbringing. “I have supportive parents who lead by example — they push me to step outside of my comfort zone and to always do more than I thought I was capable of,” she said. “My family and my core values are the 38 • November 2020
foundation of what has shaped me into who I am today. This foundation has guided me through a series of struggles and failures to the accomplishments I am proud of.” Jennifer and her husband, Josh Tait — an Army veteran who works in cybersecurity — have been together for 10 years. Jennifer and Josh, along with their five-year-old twins Cameron and Colton, enjoy biking, fishing, game nights, dance battles and spending summer days up North at their family lake cottage. “I enjoy every moment I can with my family — I am very fortunate to have a large extended family, and we regularly get together for celebrations,” Jennifer said. “Spending time with my friends is also something I hold near and dear to my heart: I have some amazing long-lasting friendships and I’m very thankful to have them in my life.” Jennifer likes to spend her “me time” exercising on her Peloton and running on trails. Her background in design continues to inspire her to get creative when the opportunity presents itself. Jennifer donates to St. Jude’s on a monthly basis, supports the Special Olympics each year and annually runs a handful of races to fundraise for various charitable organizations. Through hard work, Jennifer has not only shaped a successful career; she’s also engendered an unimaginable amount of passion, purpose and pride in what she does. “Trust that life will present you with new opportunities when you continue to work hard,” Jennifer said. “And If you haven’t found what you’re passionate about yet, don’t settle.” @realproducers

I was a sales associate/regional leader for an insurance/financial company. What does your typical workday look like?
Every day — Monday to Friday — I check in on each existing file or new file that is under contract or a new listing. I typically handle between 20 to 40 files at a time. Once I have established where we are on each contract, I follow up with lenders, title contacts, real estate agents, and buyers and sellers to obtain the necessary information to fulfill items on our checklist/timeline. These checklist items include scheduling inspections; ordering appraisals and reporting due dates; sharing timeline dates and information with all parties; uploading and assisting in drafting addendums/ amendments; ensuring all parties have the executed addendums/amendments; ordering home warranties; receiving settlement statements; obtaining information or documents to clear titles; sending closing details to all parties; and sending closing preparation emails to buyers/sellers. Overall, my role is to make sure all parties are on the same page and receive the most updated information so that we stay on track to close on time.
Why do you think you excel at your job?
I’ve always been a service-minded person. I enjoy helping others: It gives me all the good feels when I know my efforts made someone else’s life just a little bit easier. As a transaction coordinator, I get to do just that! I’ve always been fascinated by the real estate industry and enjoy working with the agents. I’ve worked in sales for most of my adult life, so I understand the importance of working in the field, gathering leads, prospecting, negotiating, closing the sale, etc. My role as a transaction coordinator increases my clients’ sales because they can focus on more income-producing activities while I take care of the rest. It’s a win-win! What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Long before social media, Zillow and realtor.com were used as marketing tools to buy and sell homes, Jeff Todd, Sr. was helping his clients look through MLS books to find their dream home. “Helping people has always been the motivating factor for getting into this business,” Jeff recalled. “I realized that if I was fair to my clients and worked hard, the money would follow. And, the money doesn’t motivate me — it’s getting referrals and seeing happy clients that bring me the greatest joy!” Jeff is with Keller Williams Paint Creek. He began his career in 1984 and has seen the ebbs and flows of the real estate industry. “The key to being successful is staying positive,” he shared. “I’ve worked tirelessly through recessions and tough closings and now, most recently, through COVID-19. Keeping a positive attitude, even when it seems like the sky is falling, makes all the difference.” While sometimes the work of a real estate agent can be challenging, Jeff suggested adding an element of laughter to keep things in perspective. “After 35 years in this business, I have collected experiences that could fill a book,” Jeff laughed. There was a time he had a listed home burn down and a client so distraught they checked themselves into a mental institution. He has shown properties to celebrities such as Nicholas Cage, and he once retrieved a signature from a client who was locked up in Jackson State Prison. “I’m sure many agents could relate to their own head-shaking moments,” he added. “But that’s the part of the job that makes things interesting. I am doing more than selling a house — I’m helping to solve problems.” Last year, Jeff had $15 million in sales. He has a career volume over $225 million and has been in the top 5% for the last three years, according to Hour Detroit. In 2018, he was recognized as Rochester’s Small Businessperson of the Year and most recently, as one of the top teams in America by The Wall Street Journal.

In addition to himself, Jeff’s team includes Property Manager Bridgett Bibashani, three sales managers — Lisa Munro, Ken Singleton and Neil Mellendorf — and Daile Lupa who has been his assistant for more than 18 years. “It’s a goal of mine to continue the growth of the Jeff Todd Team and eventually hire a manager to run the operation,” Jeff said. “Building and maintaining a solid team and keeping our focus on excellent customer service is how I plan to move forward.” Jeff grew up in Royal Oak with his three brothers, three sisters — including a twin sister — three stepbrothers and a half-sister. “My parents sacrificed so much for us,” Jeff shared. “My dad worked extremely hard and still found time to play with us. Both my parents showed us what it looked like to be loving parents — something I strive for in my own family.” Jeff and his wife, Kimberly, enjoy spending time with their children: daughter Kacie and son-in-law Jack; daughter Haley and her fiancé Lindon; and son Jeff Jr. and his fiancé Hannah. They also have two dogs, Charlie and Lucy. Together, they spend time taking walks, watching movies and most importantly, laughing. 46 • November 2020

Because a career in real estate offered Jeff a flexible schedule, he was able to attend many of his kids’ sporting events and activities as they were growing up. “Personally, the best part of being a real estate agent was the ability to work and also be a part of my kids’ lives,” he said. “And professionally, it’s helping my clients with all the challenges in buying or selling a home.” Faith has been the cornerstone to Jeff’s life. “I lead my business and my personal life with the four ‘F’s’: faith, family, fitness and friends,” he explained. “Keeping these priorities balanced is what makes my life productive — it’s how I define success.” @realproducers

Jennifer Zardus, associate broker at Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, approaches her business like a great novel: Each client plays an important character within the chapters of her story. Like any good storyline, Jennifer’s experiences have had an impact — giving perspective, entertainment, understanding, life lessons, human experiences and enrichment. She strives to fill each chapter in her book of life with unique events, varied settings and happy-home endings.
In 1988, Jennifer entered the real estate business as an advertising assistant at Merrill Lynch Realty — formerly operating under the franchise of the Prudential family of companies. She soon became the marketing director for seven of their offices in the Oakland County area, handling all the advertising and marketing of the properties. She was responsible for corporate advertising, property and agent promotion, event planning and overall print ad placements. She consulted directly with sellers and oversaw the advertising for higher-end properties. In 1995 she earned her real estate license. Shortly thereafter, Jennifer left her marketing director position and became a full-time agent. She embarked on a career attaining many years of top agent status in Oakland County. Initially, Jennifer got her license to help agents in the sales and advertising process. However, after the birth of her daughter, she saw real estate sales as a great fit for her future. She was young and eager to learn and thought it would be an easy route to take. As time went on, Jennifer focused on the “two mores” in her life: more kids and more income. “How delusional all of that was my first few years in real estate sales,” Jennifer laughed. “I had no time and made very little money. Of course, things eventually clicked, and voilà, it all came together, and I never looked back at a conventional 9-to-5 job.”

There are many defining moments in Jennifer’s life that led her to a career in real estate. Her friends and family are high on the list of influencers, specifically, her parents who intentionally insisted Jennifer pay for her own college tuition. “This was a tough-love lesson from my parents,” Jennifer said. “However, my parents were both teachers and they knew exactly what they were doing. They pushed and taught, and I fought and learned. Their love and support always guided me as it still does today.” Additionally, Jennifer gained strength and knowledge from other life experiences: getting fired from a job, the down-turn years of real estate, and most importantly, the births of her three beautiful children. “My kids are, and will always be, my reason for breathing and my instant smile every day.” As the daughter of teachers, Jennifer understands the value of learning and continuing education in both business and in life. She is most passionate about learning, growing, and fine-tuning her skills. “My mother always said, ‘you live and learn’, so you would think I’d be a genius by now, but I am not,” Jennifer said with a smile. “So my passion lies in always bettering the real estate professional within me.” As Jennifer refers to her business as a book, and each of her clients as characters in the chapters, she is most fulfilled when she

is meeting new people, establishing relationships, and learning their story. “I feel so fortunate to help my clients get to where their future stories will happen,” she said. Like so many real estate agents, time management is always a challenge. For Jennifer, the commodity of free time is very precious. “Real estate is not a job where you clock in and out — it is constant, every day, and sometimes from very early to very late,” Jennifer explained. In the early days of her career, Jennifer would pack up her small children and take them on an adventurous family car ride to tour houses. “I would get the kids settled in the car and give them clipboards,” she recalled. “They would rate the houses or draw pictures of the ones we saw. It was fun and a great balance to get my work done and spend time with my family.” Since that time, both Jennifer’s business and her children have grown. Her oldest daughter, Rebecca, 23, finished school at Michigan Tech University and is an advisor at Merrill Lynch. Her daughter, Olivia, 21, finished her third year at Grand Valley State University where she is majoring in marketing and international business. Her son, Benjamin,19, finished his freshman year at Grand Valley State University and is going into computer science. “I am happy to say, they are all smarter than me,” Jennifer laughed. When Jennifer is not collecting fun art antiques or doing yoga, she is giving her time to various charities and organizations. She is a member of the Michigan Association of REALTORS®, and most recently, Habitat for Humanity Women Build. “This charity is a perfect fit with many feel-good moments that combine homes and people,” Jennifer said. Additionally, she is a member of the Junior League of Birmingham (JLB) and supports charitable groups focusing on autism, Crohn’s disease, and human trafficking as well as the Lighthouse in Pontiac.

Jennifer thrives on creating a memorable experience for her clients. She jokingly said, “I never want them to know how much sleep I lost or how many gray hairs I’ve acquired. I want my time together to be a feel-good experience.” She advised new agents to address any issues that may come up to always have a plan and a remedy to fix a plan that may fall apart. “People trust us to help them with the most expensive endeavor in their lives — you can’t mess it up,” she shared. “It’s also extremely important to never, ever get attached to
Success to Jennifer is simple: being happy and healthy and providing for and spending time with her children. As a broker, Jennifer said she will never have to retire and feels real estate will always be a part of her because she thrives on seeing houses and connecting with fellow agents, customers, and clients. “My favorite part of being in this industry is that I can boss myself around,” she laughed. “Sometimes

I don’t listen to my own advice — my arguments are noteworthy!” Jennifer runs her business as if she wakes up every day unemployed. “It’s a very motivating factor for me,” she said. “Every day I am looking for a new boss and I take nothing for granted. I am thankful and grateful for each moment in this business because I get it all: the people, the search, the product, the negotiation, the problem-solving, the technology, the learning, the journey, the happiness, the end … and a new story begins.”

After so many months of canceled events, social distancing and working remotely, the Real Producers of Oakland County’s September Social at Wabeek Club in Bloomfield Hills was a welcome opportunity to reconnect with industry professionals on a gorgeous early fall evening.
Tushar Vakhariya was instrumental in securing Wabeek as the venue sponsor, which highlighted the ongoing, multi-million-dollar renovation taking place both indoors and out. As guests made their way to the patio which overlooks the lush golf course and hills beyond, they were treated to a glimpse of the newly designed elegance of the main clubhouse and grand ballroom. Complimentary drinks and gourmet hors d’oeuvres were provided by Wabeek while local jazz guitarist Cory Allen created the ambiance. “Another great event by Real Producers of Oakland County — Wabeek was a beautiful setting, and the party was perfect,” said Kyle Desmond, real estate agent with Hall & Hunter. “In the world we live in right now, for Terra to be able to put on such an event says a lot of her and RP’s commitment to us. I always enjoy these events because you connect with other agents and vendors face-to-face and even put faces to names we’ve only talked to on the phone — appreciate it all as always and look forward to the next event!” Real Producers Preferred Partner and event sponsor Jennifer Carnaghi, who is the marketing director of Chet’s Cleaning Inc., said, “What an amazing event!
