MANAGER FIRST AID TRAINING
Conducted on 2/24/26, this training included certifying managers in CPR, AED, and Opioid overdose with the RedCross. These recurring TCRG Manager trainings ensure our management teams at all Nashville venues hold active certifications in each of these first aid categories.
SAFE BAR TRAINING
TCRG partners with the Sexual Assault Center in Nashville to participate in their Safe Bar program. This training helps raise awareness of the role of alcohol in sexual assault, engaging both management and service staff in bystander intervention & working together on prevention of these situations. The next training will be held for all FOH positions and all managers in April.

Casa Rosa proudly partners with Miranda Lambertās MuttNation Foundation through the MuttNation Alley located inside the venue. Ladairron was born and raised in Nashville. He joined the Luke Bryanās team as a server and has been working in the industry for 10.5 years. In his free time, he helps his family with their church that they own, and some of his favorite hobbies include going to the gym and fishing.

Tyler grew up in Michigan before moving to Kentucky and joining our AV team. Tyler has worked in the industry for 10 years and enjoys doing other AV work for festivals and events in his free time. Outside of AV work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and working on projects around his house, while also entertaining his two German Shepards and Husky.
