LEAP Clubs & Enrichment FAQ (Middle & Upper School 2025–26) 1. When do LEAP clubs run? • • • • •
Most clubs take place after school from 15:30–16:30 or 17:00 Some exceptions may run until 17:00. A small number of clubs (e.g., certain music or academic clinics) run during lunch times. Full details, including times, are available on the SchoolsBuddy system once it opens. Sports teams have already started.
2. How do I sign up? • • •
Sign-up takes place through SchoolsBuddy: https://tbswarsaw.schoolsbuddy.net/ Please log in ahead of time to make sure your account is active. New families will receive a welcome email with SchoolsBuddy access details before registration opens.
3. Where can I find details about each club? • •
All club descriptions are published on SchoolsBuddy once registration opens. If you would like clarification about a particular club before this, please contact us directly.
4. Are there still Development Sports Clubs? •
Yes, These have been renamed 2nd Squad. These are chosen like all other clubs and allocations will be sent out next week after registration has closed.
