The program will feature a series of Lectures and Masterclasses, Workshops, Tours, Dinners, Film Screenings, Poetry Readings, Stone Workshops, Sketching, and more. Sited in the beautiful rural Minho, the course draws from the Pilgrimage traditions of this region.

‘A pilgrimage is a journey, often into an unknown or foreign place, where a person goes in search of new or expanded meaning about their self, others, nature, or a higher good, through the experience. It can lead to a personal transformation, after which the pilgrim returns to their daily life.’

The course is open to architects, urban, interior and product designers, historians, anthropologists, health and environmental experts, psychologists, cognitive scientists, neuroscientists, educators, as well as graduate and postdoctoral students in these fields.
