In June 2014, we launched Taste of Schenectady® magazine to market and promote family-owned food businesses in “The Electric City” and BEYOND™—this list of gourmet shops and restaurants in the Capital District that we love is too numerous to mention. And, given the fact Albany County, Schenectady County, Troy, and Vermont are all within an hour of The Berkshires, we decided to expand our coverage of great eateries, shops, tasting rooms, and tourist destinations.
This June, Taste of Schenectady® celebrates 10 years, and we celebrate 25 years of promoting and publishing stories of gourmet food, lifestyle, and travel businesses—like the gourmet shops, restaurants, and mom-and-pop businesses featured on the pages of our various magazines… Please patronize the advertisers and mom-and-pop businesses featured…
