This project continues our work on the prestigious new offices of Stewarts Law in central London. It was a privilege to contribute to a scheme of this calibre, combining functionality, flexibility, and character, delivered in close collaboration with the exceptional furniture consultants at Spacecraft.

Working alongside the Spacecraft team, we provided a thoughtfully curated range of sit-stand workstations, paired with bespoke dividing screens. These ergonomic desks, enhanced with tailored detailing, were designed to meet the client’s requirements while adding a distinct sense of identity to the space. We also installed a selection of lockers to support a clean, organised, and efficient working environment. Planters and greenery were introduced to soften the overall aesthetic and create a calmer, more inviting workplace

Expertly managed and seamlessly delivered by Spacecraft, the project was executed with precision and care. It stands as a strong example of what Task Systems can deliver.

The hardest thing to get right in a workplace isn't the layout or the lighting, it's the feeling. Kailee Lane at Curo Workspace got it right for AG Barr's new offices, and we were glad to play our part in it.

AG Barr's new workspace feels less like a corporate fit-out and more like a place with a point of view. Every zone was considered on its own terms and the furniture was chosen to match.

In the boardroom, the Work walnut table and ICF's Valea Soft chairs in cognac leather create a room that gets the tone right without announcing it. Blue curtains filter the light and define the space without closing it off.

The Work Polo table with a stunning plant at its centre anchors the open-plan floor; part focal point, part casual meeting spot that people naturally gravitate to.

The breakout areas bring a different energy: Woodly chairs in oak frames, green Mila banquette seating, Everyday Collection pieces that give each zone its own character while keeping the floor reading as one coherent space.

At the entrance, the Cube sofa and Hudson armchair sit among lush greenery, an arrival moment that tells you immediately this isn't a standard office.

The result speaks for itself - good design paired with the right furniture shapes how people move through a space, often without them even noticing. Nothing is there for show. Everything is there because it works.

This exceptional project for Veolia is the result of a close collaboration between TASK and Kailee Lane, Creative Director at Curo Workspace.

The design moves beyond the traditional office to create a vibrant destination centred on movement and connection, balancing high-end aesthetics with technical performance.

As a key furniture supplier, TASK provided a curated selection of pieces that form the project’s functional foundation. Our Work tables were selected for the meeting rooms, offering a clean, professional setting that pairs perfectly with the organic silhouette of the Olivia chairs. These refined spaces are contrasted by “punchy,” vibrant ICF Stick chairs in bold, colourful finishes, which inject personality and energy into the collaborative zones.

The open-plan areas are anchored by our signature Team workstations, providing a minimalist aesthetic and integrated power management that allows Curo’s architecture to remain the focus. To support agile working, we integrated Cube breakout booths and high-performance AR meeting pods that act as private spaces for deep focus. The final result is a high energy, visionary environment where functionality and curated, impactful design work in total harmony.

Located in the heart of the City, this exceptional project for a global insurance company delivered by the outstanding teams at tp bennett and Sapphire Business Interiors Limited is truly worth exploring.

TASK contributed to this stunning project by designing and delivering a range of high-end bespoke elements, including a breathtaking boardroom, a custom U-shaped sit-stand desk for the executive office, bespoke AV walls and a collection of WORK meeting tables that became the focal points of their respective spaces.

Alba chairs, designed by our exclusive partner ICF Italy were chosen for the boardroom and meeting areas, while Una Management chairs were selected for the executive offices. Our FSC® certified MFC storage and lockers were chosen for their flexibility and affordability, while the circular Lift3 DISC sit-stand desking created fantastic collaborative areas in the open-plan spaces.

TA SK have been privileged to be part of this prestigous project located in the Broadgate Tower, a home to Reed Smith’s new open plan workplace.

The space was refurbished to reflect the modern f orward-thinking ethos of the company and to a ccomodate a hybrid work arrangement. With greater choice of touch down areas, welcoming breakout spaces and striking elements of biophilic design the new office interior encourages employee communication and highlights the importance of wellbeing.

TASK LiFT 3 sit-stand desks with integrated personal storage offer healthier workstation setup and GRID storage dividers together with number of lockers encourage hot desking and agile working.

By providing a healthy and comfortable indoor environment Reed Smith created a positive workplace where people feel a part of company’s culture and are enjoying their time in the office

We are immensely proud to have been chosen as the exclusive furniture provider for the prestigious new offices of Board International, skilfully designed by the talented SA Design studio and expertly delivered by Real Estate Project Solutions. Our extensive portfolio played a pivotal role in securing this opportunity, as it precisely aligns with the diverse needs of modern workplace.

Within the expansive open-plan office space, our flagship product, the LiFT3 sit-stand workstation, takes centre stage, accompanied by the innovative LIFT DISC circular sit-stand workstation. These are complemented by Aim task chairs, chosen not only for their ergonomic features but also for the peace of mind provided by their 10-year warranty. The Cube meeting booths have been custom designed for this project, to match bespoke size and interior elements perfectly and our MFC lockers provided much needed personal storage.

For collaborative workspaces, our versatile Work meeting tables serve as convenient touch-down desk, paired with the comfortable and stylish Maisy chairs from our Everyday Collection.

To elevate breakout areas, we’ve introduced cladded Work tables, ideal for casual dining. Rise benches from the Everyday Collection have become a popular choice for these dynamic spaces, while the Marelli’s Joy armchairs add a touch of elegance and comfort. In the reception area, Marelli’s luxurious soft seating complemented by beautiful coffee tables created an inviting ambiance.

The impressive Boardroom features bespoke Work table as the centrepiece, harmoniously matched with ICF’s Stick meeting chairs and complemented by Marelli’s Stripes benches. Alongside each meeting table, thoughtfully designed matching credenzas by the Task design team complete the executive look.

This project stands as a true testament to Task’s capabilities as a comprehensive furniture provider. We take immense pride in this case study and hope the client will find their new workplace, engaging and practical.
