School Fees apply regardless of absences, remote learning, or reduced programs. Nonpayment may result in penalties such as cancellation of enrolment, or debt recovery.

How to Pay
Each year in January, families will receive their annual school fee account. Parents can choose the option that best suits their circumstances, with both fullpayment and payment-plan options available.
Through Parent Lounge or the Parent Orbit app, you can manage your account at any time.
Families who prefer to pay upfront can do so quickly and securely, while those who would like to spread the cost across the year can set up a self-managed payment plan. Both options give you control and flexibility when planning your school fee payments.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do split families pay school fees?
For parents who are separated and share the same TAS parent account, one school fee account will be issued. If you choose to pay via a payment plan, payments can be made using different payment methods if the fees are being shared.
For parents who are separated and have separate TAS parent accounts, each parent will receive their portion through an individual school fee account and may choose how they wish to pay, either in full or via a payment plan.
What charges are included on school fees?
School fees may include additional charges for items or services you have opted in for, where applicable, such as the TAS bus service, instrumental music lessons and instrument hire, optional programs, such as Distance Education and the Year 10 Outdoor Recreation program, charges for damaged laptops or lost library books.
How will I know when a new charge has been added to my account?
You will receive an automated email advising that your payment schedule has been updated. You can then view your updated payment schedule in Parent Lounge.
When do I need to nominate how I will pay my fees?
You must either pay your school fee account in full or set up a payment plan prior to the first day of the new school year.
What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made via debit card, credit card or direct debit from your bank account.
What bank fees and charges are there?
TAS does not charge any additional bank or processing fees. However, your financial institution may apply fees or charges depending on your account or card type.
