At TARKA, we believe movement is the foundation for lifelong success. My career as an officer in the Household Cavalry instilled in me the values of leadership, resilience and teamwork - qualities that underpin everything we do.
After my military service, I set out to create a programme that combines these values with the best of Scandinavian early-years education, helping children develop not only physical coordination, but also confidence, independence and a spirit of collaboration.
Since founding TARKA in 2016, our mission has been clear: to provide engaging, high-quality developmental exercise programmes that help children thrive physically, emotionally and socially.
We look forward to partnering with organisations who share our belief in purposeful childhood experiences, creating something truly memorable for families and the communities they belong to.

Founded by ex-Army officers, TARKA blends the best of Scandinavian earlyyears education with military values Through our classes, camps and parties, children gain not only coordination, strength and fitness, but also essential life skills: respect, confidence, independence and teamwork.
Today, TARKA operates in some of the UK’s most prestigious locations and is expanding its values-led model internationally.
