A YEAR OF POWER IN PURPOSE

FISCAL YEAR

2025

POWER IN PURPOSE

Letter from the Board Chair and CEO

As we reflect on another year at Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine, Inc. (TAPM), we are reminded of the power in purpose that drives everything we do. This year’s theme, “Power in Purpose – Mission Driven, Vision Focused,” captures the heart of our work: a steadfast commitment to advancing health and well-being for every child, adult, and family we serve

At TAPM, our mission has always been to provide equitable and comprehensive healthcare with compassion and respect. In 2025, we lived that mission in new and meaningful ways. From expanding services to strengthening our workforce, we continue to demonstrate what it means to be both mission driven and vision focused.

One of our proudest milestones was the opening of TAPM’s first Pediatric Dental Practice in High Point. This practice, serving children from newborn through age 21, addresses a critical gap in access to pediatric dental care in our community. It stands as a testament to our vision for whole-person care: medical, behavioral, and dental, all delivered with compassion

We also celebrated the opening of our new Cone Administrative Building, which equips our staff with the space and resources needed to better support TAPM sites across Guilford County. At the same time, we looked ahead to the future with the pre-groundbreaking of the Rapha Health Center, set to begin construction in 2026 This center will bring comprehensive medical, behavioral, and dental care under one roof in Northeast Greensboro, a community long recognized as a healthcare desert.

We are proud of these milestones, yet we know the journey continues. The healthcare landscape remains challenging, but TAPM’s purpose is powerful: to expand access, reduce disparities, and provide the compassionate care our community deserves.

On behalf of our leadership, staff, and board, thank you for your continued support Together, we are mission driven, vision focused, and united in purpose

“Our purpose is powerful because it is rooted in community. With your support,TAPM continues to deliver care with compassion and respect for all.”

PATIENTTESTIMONIAL:

At TAPM, every patient’s journey reflects the power of whole-person care Dominique first learned about TAPM at a community event and began scheduling appointments to support her overall well-being.

Through therapy with Meaghan, she found a supportive, nonjudgemental space to explore difficult topics at her own pace. Over time, she learned to recognize triggers, manage anxiety, and care for herself with greater confidence and compassion.

"Therapy helped me become more aware of what triggers me and how to adjust when I feel stressed or anxious Meaghan made it easy to open up without pressure, and I always felt understood. I’m more open with myself now and in a better place to manage my time, my relationships, and how I take care of myself."

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

At TAPM, we believe mental health is everyone’s responsibility. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a nationally recognized training program that empowers participants to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.

This training gives our staff the tools to approach mental health with confidence and compassion. Participants learn how to recognize early warning signs, offer supportive conversation, and connect individuals to appropriate care and resources

Pathways to Success Spotlight

Manager

PM began with a calling to serve. As a Community Health Outreach Worker, she worked directly with patients and families, led community events, and built trusted partnerships across Guilford County. These experiences shaped her leadership style and prepared her for her new role as Outreach and Enrollment Manager

She credits TAPM with creating an environment where growth is encouraged and supported. Training, mentorship, and real opportunities to lead helped her strengthen her skills and deepen her impact.

“My passion has always been advocating for my community and helping people access the resources they need. TAPM allows me to live out that calling in a meaningful way.”

Her story reflects the heart of Pathways to Success, where dedication, talent, and a commitment to service open the door to new opportunities.

"Strong communities are built through partnership. Our outreach efforts allow us to collaborate, listen, and show up for families in ways that extend far beyond the exam room."

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & IMPACT

TAPM continued to strengthen its presence in the community over the past year by showing up where our patients live, learn, worship, and gather. Our team participated in a wide range of outreach events that focused on preventive health, education, and access to essential resources. These efforts helped us connect with residents across Guilford County and provided meaningful support to individuals and families who may not otherwise seek care

Through health fairs, school events, wellness initiatives, holiday community programs, and partnerships with local organizations, TAPM remained committed to meeting people where they are. These events supported our mission to remove barriers to care and to promote a healthier and more informed community.

Our outreach programs are powered by the dedication of staff who volunteer their time, energy, and expertise. Their compassion allows TAPM to build trust, create new relationships, and reach patients who need us most.
