Women in Construction Week 2023 Celebrating the Contributions of Women in the Construction Industry

Since 1998, the National Association of Women in Construction has recognized Women in Construction Week every March. This event is dedicated to celebrating the achievements and contributions of women in the construction industry. From architects and engineers to project managers and tradeswomen, women are breaking barriers and leaving their mark on the construction world in countless different ways. Taplin is proud to employ a team of incredible women across our family of companies, all of whom contribute to Taplin's continued success and mission via their many unique paths and roles. From behind-the-scenes to work in the field, the women of Taplin help turn the gears and get the job done! Women in Construction Week is an opportunity to recognize the incredible contributions that women are making to the construction industry. Women are bringing unique perspectives, creativity, and problem-solving skills to their roles. By recognizing their achievements, we can inspire more women to enter the field and help offset the current labor shortage being seen across the industry. So celebrate the contributions and achievements of women in the construction industry. By recognizing their accomplishments, raising awareness about the challenges they face, and working together to create a more inclusive industry, we can ensure that women in construction continue to break barriers and make a difference for years to come. Let's continue to support and empower women in construction as we build a better and more inclusive industry for everyone. #WICWeek2023 #WomeninConstruction #BreakingBarriers
