I would like to say that we have hired (4) excellent men for the Allied job. Glenn Deuster, Jake Bates, Anthony Cherry and Victor Battisti have been doing a great job. Glad to have them on board. The award not only honors the memory of Pat and the passion he brought to his work but it goes to that employee who best demonstrates our six principles throughout the year; Integrity – Safety – Customer focus – Intensity – Training – Teamwork. The winner each year is nominated and chosen by Taplin employees. The 2024 Pat Taplin Award winner was Jerry Chaffee, Director of Planning & Logistics. Jerry has been a Taplin team member since 2017 when he started as Transportation Manager. Congratulations to Jerry and thank you to everyone who voted!!
