Whether you ’ re spotting for the safe movement of a piece of equipment, ensuring your coworkers use appropriate PPE or actively participating in a tailgate safety chat, working together reduces the risk of injury or damage to property.”

“Intensity flows up, down, and across in our company. Being efficient, getting the job done, and doing it safely are all factors in our level of intensity. But, to me, the single most important factor is the importance of the work. Keeping factories running, removing contaminants from the environment, and ensuring the integrity of our infrastructure. People get by every day apatehtically flipping burgers. But not what we do. In fact, there are things we are called to do simply because of our intensity. There are businesses that know the dullness of their internal work force will not suffice for things they could easily do. So, they call us. They call the people with the energy and motivation to get it done.”

y p , g g y background is rooted in command, leadership, teaching, and operations, with a strong focus on real-world response and the systems firefighters rely on every day. That experience is what led me to Taplin I’ve seen firsthand the challenges departments and communities face with AFFF/PFAS, and the need for practical, effective solutions when transitioning to F3 or tackling PFAS remediation
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, golfing, and working in our woodshop (when I can find the time) I’m married to my wonderful wife, Joanne. We have three grown children and ten grandbrats… I ean grandchildren. The newest just arrived on March 19th. Family is a big part of ho I am, and they’re a major reason I continue to push myself both personally and ofessionally. Taplin has become an extension of that family.
