THE LION'S DEN Adam Peaty Masterclass The Merlions were treated to a day they will never forget, having triple Olympic Champion Adam Peaty and the AP Race Team delivering a Masterclass to the Juniors, and a full day Performance Clinic to our Seniors last weekend. Their “Energy, Effort and Purpose” were on full display for all the students and parents to feed off. There were four separate workshops, 'Racing Edge' with Olympic Team GB performance psychologist Tom Bates. 'Gym' with Adam's S&C coach Rob Norman, 'Parent Workshop' with Development Director Kevin Pickard, and 'Breaststroke' with Adam Peaty himself.
