We’re thrilled to share that two of our Tanglin Lions have been recognised with Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards for their exceptional achievements in academic PE.

A dedicated rugby player and Singapore U19 representative, Lincoln achieved the top mark globally in ALevel Physical Education. He is now pursuing a degree in Sports Science at Newcastle University.

An exceptional swimmer, Nathalie earned the highest global mark for GCSE PE. She continues her journey at Tanglin, now in Year 12 studying A-Level PE, Maths, Psychology, and Chemistry.

Both Lincoln and Nathalie have been valued members of our Tanglin community for many years, and we’re incredibly proud of their outstanding achievements - an inspiring reflection of their passion, hard work, and the support of their teachers and coaches.

ACSIS Junior School Cross Country

Last week, our Junior athletes showcased their talent at the ACSIS Cross Country Championships, held at Pasir Ris Park, competing against some of the finest young runners from across Singapore. The event saw outstanding participation in both the Under 10 and Under 11 categories, with hundreds of runners taking on the 1.5km course.

Our students rose to the occasion with superb teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the morning. Notably, there were exceptional performances in the U10 Boys and Girls races: Garrick S claimed an impressive first place in the U10 Boys category, while his brother Stellan followed closely with a superb second place finish. In the U10 Girls race, Grace O’N delivered a brilliant performance to secure second place.

In the teams division, our U10 and U11 Boys both finished as ACSIS Champions, while our U10 girls finished 2nd and our U11 Girls finished 3rd. These are outstanding achievements, made even more impressive given the high level of competition and sheer number of students competing on the day.

These results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, who represented the school with great pride. Congratulations to all our runners on their fantastic efforts at this year’s ACSIS Cross Country Championships!

ACSIS 10U Netball Final Festival

The Red and Blue 10U Netball teams have enjoyed yet another exciting and competitive season, with both teams proudly representing the school in Division 1. Throughout the season, the players relished the opportunity to travel to different schools, face a variety of opponents, and put their netball skills to the test.

It was wonderful to see each player’s confidence flourish alongside their knowledge and understanding of the game. Mrs Martin and Miss Fowler were particularly impressed with the way the players conducted themselves - showing great sportsmanship both in victory and in defeat. A special congratulations goes to the 10U Red team, who finished the season as ACSIS League Champions, while the 10U Blue team secured a commendable 6th place. Both teams should be extremely proud of their achievements and the spirit they brought to the court this season.
