Summary of Purpose of the Safe Harbor Agreement The purpose of this Agreement is to outline conservation actions that the East Foundation and other Participating Landowners will implement on their enrolled properties for the ocelot (Leopardus pardalis). The goal of the Agreement is to provide a net conservation benefit to the recovery of this species.
