The scenic views and modern residences at Tamarack Resort have made it one of the most indemand destinations in the entire North-West, as well as being touted as North America’s newest all-season destination resort. Tamarack’s all-season getaway in Valley County, west-central Idaho, has enjoyed an unprecedented demand during the last two years, with sales transactions for homes and condos up 47% in 2022, and overall resale volume up 30%. In our ever-changing market, there are several reasons for this demand. Aside from the population explosion in nearby Boise in recent decades, according to the US census, the number of people working remotely between 2019 and 2021 tripled from 5.7% (about 9 million people) to 17.9% (27.6 million). Residents in four-season settings like Tamarack can trade the commute and business suit for nature, tranquility, and an after-work ski session, kayaking, or hike. With 10,000 baby boomers retiring daily, looking to spend their leisure years in comfort, sur-rounded by nature, Tamarack Resort is an obvious choice. Strong appreciation and 3,600-acre nature-resplendent backyards, brimming with four seasons’ worth of activities, mean their families can enjoy visiting and inherit a tremendous multi-generational asset one day.
