TERMS AND GENERAL INFORMATION Auction Sale: Saturday, October 3, 2026, preview at 8:30am. Horses selling at 10:00am. Terms of the Sale: are cash or check, and payment in full must be made immediately after the sale. A check is acceptable from properly identified individuals. On final payment for a horse, the cashier will issue a release form of which must be presented to the barn manager for release of the horse. Sale in CAD currency. Payment can be made in US funds at the current exchange rate, to be announced on the day of the sale. Checks will be available 1 week after the sale. All horses purchased are subject to HST. No tax on horses sold to the US. Bids: The auctioneer shall accept all bids, other than those considered to be irresponsible. The highest bidder will be the buyer. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the horse shall immediately be put up again for advance bids. If there is no advance, the horse shall go to the person from whom the auctioneer recognized the last bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. In all cases the auctioneer’s decision is final. Telephone Bids: Pre-register with Elroy Ebersol 519-595-7341 before the day of the sale. Registration Papers: All horses are registered and papers or a signed transfer will be released to the new owner when the horse is paid in full. Liability: Everyone is urged to use caution and care while attending the sale. Eli and Elmina Ebersol, and all those associated with the sale in any way, disclaims and shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by anyone attending the sale. All parties entering the grounds where the sale is held do so at their own risk and further agree that anyone responsible for the sale is hereby released from any liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained by them during the attendance of the sale and its related activities from any case whatsoever. Transportation: can be made available anywhere in Canada or US. Amendments: Any changes or errors noted in the sale catalog will be announced from the Auctioneer’s stand. Any announcements from the Auctioneer’s stand will take precedence over any printed matter in the catalog. Errors and omissions accepted.
