Reverence is a record of our times, an homage to the natural world. Like the landscapes from which it draws inspiration, the original Edition has evolved. Reverence Addition to the Edition presents four new pieces, each one thoughtfully inspired by changing topography. These additional designs subtlety weave a global story of earthquakes, forest fires, and warming water, creating beauty from destruction. Each fiber of these poetic constructions is meticulously hand-tufted with artistry and care. These novel compositions are a natural continuation of the successful collaboration between Edward Fields and celebrated artist and designer Fernando Mastrangelo.
The following four designs have been tailored specifically for your aircraft interior, offering optimal compositions, and full compliance with aviation industry specifications.

An homage to bleached coral reefs, this pattern makes use of blended wool and silk to suggest aquatic vegetation on a now-broken shoreline. Pale, ivory tufts bloom out of a dynamic, inky background.

Faded Mist

Cut pile contrasts with low, directional loop pile to achieve a hazy effect on this unique piece. The design evokes a vertical sliver of an undulating mountain range, shrouded in the mist of wildfire smoke.

A conceptual work, “Mirrorland” highlights the space between fractured pieces of an ice shelf that has just split. This rug embodies dichotomy; rough, gray masses jut out against a dreamy, colorful gradient.

Possibility of an Island

“Possibility of an Island” builds upon Mastrangelo’s eponymous series of mirrors. Bringing the original textural concept onto the floor, the pattern tells the story of small landmasses that have been severed from the mainland by earthquakes, becoming islands.
