COURSE OVERVIEW TAFE Queensland in partnership with Huxley School of Makeup is offering a Dual Award, Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics (SHB20121) / Certificate III in Make-Up (SHB30221). Enrol with TAFE Queensland and study at Huxley School of Makeup. Our school program is open to students in year 10 and 11. Running for only eighteen months, successful completion of the dual award will allow you to expand your horizon of employment opportunities well before graduating school. Join us one day a week while you are studying at high school.

WHAT IS VETIS? Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VETiS) is a program that enables students to gain nationally recognised qualifications while at school. VETiS can be undertaken in years 10, 11 and 12, and can count towards the Queensland Certificate of Education. Students undertaking VETiS, which is funded by the VET investment budget, can complete one employment stream qualification at the certificate I or II level. # Only the Certificate II qualification of the Dual Award is funded under VETIS.
This qualification is open to all experience levels, from a total newbie to someone that has a deeper understanding of makeup. However, during the application process students must demonstrate passion, drive and determination to learn about makeup and the makeup industry to be a successful candidate.
PAYMENT OPTIONS The great thing about a TAFE Queensland payment plan is that you don’t have to pay a lump sum fee when you enrol. Instead, you can gradually pay for your course fees throughout the duration of your studies.
