What will I study?
To achieve the Certificate II in Engineering Pathways a total of 12 units of competency must be completed comprising of 4 core and 8 electives units.
Units include:
• Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environment
• Develop a career plan for the engineering, manufacturing and Marine Industry
• Undertake an engineering project
• Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices
• Organise and communicate information
• Interact with computing technology
• Use Hand tools
• Use power tools/ hand held operations
• Work in a team
• Use engineering workshop machines
• Pull apart and re-assemble engineering mechanisms
• Use Fabrication Equipment
