Please be assured that the RPL process is designed to recognise the skills and knowledge you already use every day in your role as a Sterilisation Technician or similar position.
Most candidates discover that they already perform most of the tasks listed in this form as part of their regular work. The self-appraisal is simply a way for you to reflect on your experience and help us identify which units you may already be competent in. You’ll be asked to provide examples and evidence from your workplace, such as documents, supervisor references, or records of previous training to support your application.
