No matter what sector of the livestock industry you’re in, everyone should plan to visit and stay at Balamore. This outfit is one of a kind, and you’ll have a hard time finding an operation that matches the quality and attention to detail of this program. On the heels of last year’s recordsetting sale, we believe we have an offering that has outdone any offering we’ve ever had before. Each breed has been meticulously looked over and researched, with all credentials meeting the highest standards. Not only is the Balamore herd the largest seedstock producer east of the Manitoba border, but has maintained one of the most highly anticipated annual bull sales every March. When a program can host a bull sale like the Cooper family does, you can only imagine the females behind them. I can say in full trust that this cowherd is one of the nicest, well-balanced sets of females you will find across the entire nation. The sisters to those bulls that sell annually every spring are the ones being offered here at the Shoreline sale. I’m sure you’ll agree as you browse through this catalogue; there are multiple options that will work for any situation in your herd. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION Each animal will carry papers issued by the appropriate breed association, unless otherwise stated. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made. HEALTH All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.
Commercial Bred Heifers are a staple in a Balamore sale and we are proud of the job past groups have done for there new owners. This group is no exception with many calving in January/February and another group ready for May/June. These strong square females were handpicked from Alberta and Manitoba and bred to Balamore Angus & Limousin Bulls. These females have been on pasture all summer but are now housed close to home so pleas take the time to stop in view them if given the opportunity. Preg Check Data will be included in our supplement sheets a few days before the sale.

PREGNANCY INFORMATION All serviceable age females have been pregnancy examined by an accredited veterinarian, giving an estimated length of gestation. This estimated gestation period shall be used only as a guideline to calving and is not a guarantee of actual service.

PEDIGREE ESTIMATES Pedigree Estimates (PE) are created on the projected mating of the animal’s sire and dam based on averages of the two, creating estimated values that do not hold the same accuracy of actual EPDs issued from the association and should be used as such.
