We welcome you to the 2026 version of the Roy Mac Angus Private Treaty Bull Sale. We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us and shown interest in our program. I know last year I probably started off by stating how fun it is to be in the cattle business right now, well that rings even more true a year later. It feels like cattlemen are finally getting rewarded for all the hard work and tough years. We always try to offer the very best bulls with the genetic makeup to go on and be productive for years to come. We cull hard on feet, structure, temperament, scrotals, fleshing ability and they have to have some eye appeal.
This group was weaned mid September with the exception of a few bulls that were weaned in August to be shown at Agribition. We were pleased with the way the bulls gained through the summer on less than ideal moisture conditions. The bulls are not crept fed, on years like this it really sorts the men from the boys. The bulls that were able to consistently put on weight from moms milk and grass alone found their way to the bull pen. After weaning, the bulls were transitioned onto a TMR ration consisting of corn silage, wheat straw, and a 14% protein bull pellet. We like to see these bulls grow out and build muscle, they run in a larger pen to promote exercise, they are not stuffed fat.
We really do appreciate your business. We encourage you to come out to the farm to view these bulls and mothers in their natural setting. Give us a call to discuss your needs if you would like to take advantage of our sight unseen program. Again this year’s videos will be available of the entire offering.

SWITZ MONARCH 7R WIWA CREEK

• Heavy muscled, stout made Show Biz son that rings the bell.
• Structurally correct and moderate. He has been a standout since birth.
• His mother is one of the favorites around here, she is easy keeping and always calves early.

• Maternal brothers have sold to Allan Cave and Thun Farms.
• Heifer Bull option.
• This is the first offering off our newest herdsire HF Spearhead 94L, 32N is a great way to lead it off.
• The Trailblazer calves are a sleep easy option, they offer calving ease, maternal qualities, good feet and structure, added length and good temperament.
• 32N is a standout that comes from a really good cow here that has been as productive as any. She has had 7 calves; 4 females retained in herd (one is 41G the mother of 24N) and 2 other sons who have sold to Brayden Bertoia and Coteau Grazing Management.
• 32N offers extended length and depth of body along with big time performance.
• Really cool genetic package here, SAV Magnum is a new bull on the scene and we have seen nothing but positive results. 13N is a powerhouse with great feet under him.
• This pedigree is stacked with maternal greatness in Renovation, Thunder and the Lady Lass 8Z cow. Look for this bull to make beautiful replacements.
• The Magnum calves are born easy and then really turn on the jets, big spread from birth to weaning.
• Take a look at this calves EPD profile, he ranks inside the top 5% for weaning and yearling weight.
