As CEO and Co-founder of Andia's Homemade Ice Cream, she has grown the family business into multiple retail locations, a thriving catering division, and a nationally shipped brand through Goldbelly

Andia is recognized as the only female Grand Master Ice Cream Chef in the South and Southeast regions of the United States and is one of only a handful of two-time Grand Master winners nationwide. Dr. Williams is recognized for strategic leadership, advocacy, and community-centered outreach that promotes health, safety, well-being, and independence. In addition, she facilitates professional development for schools and businesses grounded in her doctoral research on traumaresponsive practices, equipping organizations with practical strategies to foster supportive, inclusive, and resilient environments.
