FOREMEN BUILDER PROGRAM

FOREMEN BUILDER PROGRAM

Swinerton is committed to developing our people, promoting from within, and equipping our teams with the tools they need to perform at a high level.

The Foremen Builder Program supports both new and existing Foremen by building the skills needed to lead effectively in the field. Our Foremen play a critical role in driving our self-perform work and strengthening our position as a leading builder in every market we serve.

The Foremen Builder Program is an 18-month, in-person training program offered at both the divisional and regional levels. It focuses on leadership, communication, and the core technical skills required to successfully manage construction projects.

The program reflects Swinerton’s culture, best practices, and employee-owner mindset, helping participants grow into confident, capable frontline leaders.

Participants are selected by each operating group and are expected to fully engage throughout the program. Training includes hands-on exercises, assessments, and ongoing feedback to reinforce learning.

Instructors are available for one-on-one support as needed. Upon completion, participants will earn program credentials.

As we work toward our 2030 goals and continue to expand our self-perform capabilities, developing strong field leaders is essential.
