David, at 52 years of age, passed away on April 04, 2026, due to cancer complications. He was a resident of Ridgecrest since 2008. He was employed as a contracting officer at NAWS, China Lake. He is survived by his loving wife, Amy Belasco nee Ferguson-Smith and his mother-in-law, Gloria Monroe nee Shumake.
