1 tablespoon chopped basil fresh
1/2 teaspoon fried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chicken broth, divided
8 ounces uncooked pasta pick your favorite
1/2 cup heavy whipping crea
1/4 cup finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
2 packages (5.3 ounces each) garlic and fine herbs cheese I like Boiursin but use any 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
Chopped fresh parsley, for serving (optional)

Place chicken breasts, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a 6-qt. slow cooker. Pour 1 cup chicken broth over the ingredients. Cover; cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken breasts to a cutting board; cut into bite-sized pieces. Add chicken back to the slow cooker. Stir in pasta, cream, sun-dried tomatoes and remaining 1 cup chicken broth. Place cheese rounds on top of the ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover; cook on high for 30-45 minutes or low for 45 minutes-1 hour or until the pasta is al dente. Stir until cheese is melted into the pasta.
