TeriyakiMarinated LambChops
These teriyaki marinated lamb chops are a perfect way to welcome fall; hearty, flavorful, and just the right balance of savory and sweet. Pair them with roasted root vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, or a warm wild rice pilaf to round out the meal. Add a simple green salad or sautéed greens for freshness, and you’ve got a cozy, satisfying dinner that feels special without being complicated.
1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
¼ c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 lamb chops (about 1” in thickness)
Combine all ingredients except lamb in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Broil lamb chops 11 inches from heat for about 25 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
Serves 4.
