Preheattheovento350degrees.Greaseandfloura9”Bundtpanandset aside.
Placethemilk,eggs,andvanillaextractinamediumbowlandlightlywhisk untiljustcombined.
Siftbothfloursandsaltintothebowlofanelectricmixerwiththepaddle attachment,thenaddthesugarandmixonlowfor30seconds.Addthe butterandhalftheeggmixture,mixinguntilthedryingredientsare incorporated.Increasespeedtomediumandbeatfor1minute.Scrape downthesidesofthebowl,thengraduallyaddtheremainingeggmixturein twobatches,fullyincorporatingeachbatchbeforeaddingthenext.Don’t worryifthebatterlooksslightlysplit;it’sduetothehigheggcontentand won’taffectthefinalresult.
