Regulations for the Issuance of Guest Cards In principle, the following applies:
Overnight guests aged 16 and over receive a physical activation card with a QR code to activate the digital guest card in the "mia Surselva" app.
Children and young people under 16 are registered together with the adult accompanying persons in the app (max. 3 children per adult).
The physical activation card with the QR code is used only to activate the digital guest card in the "mia Surselva" app. The activation card itself is not valid as a guest card.
For the "Free mountain railway ride" offer, both the guest card and the ticket must be activated in the app. Active tickets can be found in the Wallet within the app (not in Google Wallet, for example).
Guests without a smartphone:
Groups:
For groups with many minors, e.g. primary school camps, please activate an offline guest card. This card should be given to the group leaders.
The offline guest card in paper form is intended only for guests who do not own a smartphone or for groups such as school classes and similar. These cases represent an exception.
For groups of adults (e.g., clubs), there are no group cards; instead, each guest receives a card with a QR code for activating the digital guest card, and the previously mentioned regulations apply.
The offline guest card can be activated by the host. To do this, a corresponding registration in the "mia Surselva" app is required. The guest can then redeem offers using the QR code on the offline guest card , but activation by you as the host is mandatory.
The necessary authorization in the app can be requested through Surselva Tourismus AG.
Obtaining additional cards with the QR code:
If the QR code cards sent to you are not sufficient until the end of October of the year, you can obtain additional cards at the Info Office at any time.
Each physical activation card with a QR code can be used for activation only once.
