160 Macquarie

ST LUCIA, BRISBANE

Client: QM Properties

We delivered over 2,200 sqm of Supplyhaus windows and doors for renowned property developer QM Properties at 160 Macquarie Street.

Designed and installed across 15 storeys, the custom glazing provides residents with sweeping views of the Brisbane River, Mount Coot-tha and the city, while enhancing the building’s sleek architectural form.

Every custom element underwent rigorous testing in a pressure chamber to ensure resistance against water penetration, high winds, air infiltration, and optimal operating force. To achieve the client’s vision, over 30 new dyes for aluminium profiles were created specifically for this project. We’re proud to have delivered an innovative, high-performance solution that brings the client’s vision to life.

We partnered with Supplyhaus for the glazing on our 160 Macquarie residential project, and the results were exceptional. The quality of the glazing, with its flawless finishes, perfectly complemented the premium luxury of this high-end 15-storey multi-residential development. A highlight was the collaboration between Supplyhaus and the metalwork screening subcontractor, working together from design to installation to ensure both the glazing and feature curved screens were executed with precise accuracy.”

MAIN BEACH, GOLD COAST

Client: White Capital

We delivered over 2,200 sqm of custom, high-performing glazing at White Main Beach - recognised as Queensland’s best apartment building over $50m at the Master Builders Queensland Awards.

This 29-storey high-rise comprises 27 full-floor premium apartments, featuring sliding doors, awning windows and full-height glazing, designed to take advantage of breathtaking 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Gold Coast Broadwater, hinterland and Surfers Paradisemaking glazing a key design feature.

During a period when many projects faced significant delays due to COVID19, working with Supplyhaus Façades was a game-changer. What truly stood out was their proactive installation team, who arrived ahead of schedule and ensured an exceptional level of quality and transparency.”

Delivered 6 weeks ahead of schedule, Maroochy Private Hospital is a standout project where the team supplied and installed custom windows, doors, perforated aluminum screens, curtain walls and large 9-metre sunblades.

A key project highlight was the identification of a costsaving solution through a refined mix of window and curtain wall systems - enhancing both efficiency and creating a more intricate design solution.

UQ Residential Student Accommodation

ST LUCIA, BRISBANE

Client: UQ Res / The University of Queensland

The project featured a 10,000 sqm curtain wall with integrated aluminium fins and sunshade devices. Supplyhaus worked closely with Dulux to create five custom colours of powder coat to mimic the sandstone theme throughout the campus and meet UQ’s client brief.

Incorporating 5,500 sqm of sliding doors and windows, Supplyhaus developed a unique sliding door track for this project to meet client requirements, creating a seamless transition from internal to external spaces.

Laminex Distribution Facility

TRADECOAST CENTRAL, BRISBANE

Client: TradeCoast Central

Supplyhaus Steel delivered 1,270 tonnes of structural steel for the Laminex Distribution Facility, a 27,600 sqm warehouse located within TradeCoast Central at Eagle Farm.

Designed, fabricated and installed by Supplyhaus, the bespoke structural steel solution supports a large-scale facility incorporating a warehouse, showroom and office space, including two dispatch offices and a 600 sqm administrative office.

Working closely with project partners from early design through to installation, Supplyhaus ensured seamless integration onsite while maintaining a high standard of quality, compliance and programme delivery. Completed on time and within budget, the project stands as a testament to Supplyhaus’s commitment to reliability, precision and collaborative delivery.

API Pharmaceutical Distribution Warehouse

BERRINBA, BRISBANE

The project relied on 940 tonnes of Supplyhaus structural steel to construct a world class 27,000 sqm 4-Star Green Star pharmaceutical distribution warehouse with temperature-controlled chambers, now utilised by one of Australia’s leading health and beauty companies, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API). Supplyhaus designed, fabricated and installed all bespoke structural steel.

Supplyhaus were involved from the outset, carefully listening to our requirements and crafting custom structural steel designs that perfectly met our needs and those of our client. Bridgestone Port of Brisbane

PORT OF BRISBANE

Client: Port of Brisbane

Supplyhaus Steel delivered 700 tonnes of structural steel for the Bridgestone Queensland Distribution Centre, a 23,339 sqm warehouse facility located at the Port of Brisbane.

Designed, fabricated and installed by Supplyhaus, the bespoke structural steel solution supports a large-scale logistics facility incorporating a warehouse and office spaces. Key features include a single-level main office, a two-storey dock office, 8 pit docks, 8 tailgate docks, and a super awning to enable efficient, all-weather freight handling and distribution operations.

Over the past three years, Port of Brisbane has delivered over 110,000 sqm of warehouse space across eight industrial projects. Visiting the steel factories with Supplyhaus reinforced their unwavering commitment to safety and quality. Their precision was evident in the structural steel manufactured and installed for the Bridgestone Queensland Distribution Centre, playing a key role in the project’s success. Woolworths Primary Connect Distribution Warehouse

ARUNDEL, GOLD COAST

Client: Frasers Property

The project used 1,200 tonnes of structural steel to help build a 36,500 sqm storage and distribution warehouse that is now used by Primary Connect, which is the logistics and supply chain for retail giant Woolworths. Supplyhaus designed, fabricated and installed all bespoke structural steel.

LOGOS Australia Post

ARUNDEL, GOLD COAST

Client: LOGOS

The project used 632 tonnes of Supplyhaus structural steel to build a 15,000 sqm state of the art industrial sorting and distribution warehouse, that will be used by Australia Post. Supplyhaus designed, fabricated and installed all bespoke structural steel.

Vantage Yatala Estate

YATALA, BRISBANE

Client: Frasers Property

The project used 360 tonnes of Supplyhaus structural steel to construct a 10,064 sqm warehouse at Vantage Yatala Estate. The facility includes two recessed loading docks, five flush loading docks, office space and a 15 m awning. Supplyhaus also delivered a custom-built 200 sqm dangerous goods store incorporating nine underground 25 kL liquid retention tanks.

This 16,298 sqm warehouse and accompanying offices are supported by 240 tonnes of Supplyhaus hot-rolled steel and 104 tonnes of cold-rolled steel.

The project used 1100 tonnes of structural steel to help build two 5 Star Green Star industrial warehouses totaling more than 46,000 sqms. Supplyhaus designed, fabricated and installed all bespoke structural steel.

Client: QM Properties

Bespoke joinery for 34 luxury residential apartments, delivered across kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and entertainment spaces in four distinct colour schemes.

The project featured 162 tonnes of bespoke timber veneer and 2PAC finishes, complemented by premium integrated appliances and high-end stone - all manufactured and installed by our team of experts.

We partnered with Supplyhaus to design, manufacture and install bespoke joinery for our 160 Macquarie development, and the result was nothing short of extraordinary. Supplyhaus delivered custom joinery for Lakes Residences by Stockland, a collection of 15 luxury waterfront townhouses at Newport, designed to embody coastal living at its finest.

Designed, fabricated and installed in full by Supplyhaus, the bespoke joinery package included full-size kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, each finished with modern, premium detailing to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Private Residence

BRISBANE

Client: Brishome Builders

We delivered 15 bespoke joinery packages across high-end Brisbane homes, with this residence for Brishome Builders a true standout. Featuring custom, high-end joinery in a deep navy palette, it is elegantly complemented by premium gold hardware.

This was a fully custom package, thoughtfully designed to align with both the builder’s intent and the owners’ vision.

Every space was considered, from kitchen, mudroom and pantry through to the dining, alfresco BBQ, laundry and living areas, as well as the master ensuite, upper powder room, bathroom vanities, walk-in linen and study.

Each element was carefully designed, manufactured and installed to the highest standard, delivering a cohesive and elevated finish across the entire home.

Rockpool Pelican Waters

PELICAN WATERS, SUNSHINE COAST

Client: Rockpool Residential Aged Care

Appointed to design and install joinery for 152 resident rooms in one of Rockpool’s newest aged care buildings. We achieved the client’s objectives by delivering a safe, durable product, whilst still creating a high end, warm environment.

A total of 144 tonnes of joinery was supplied and installed across 153 rooms, including wardrobes, desks, bedheads and mirrored cabinets, all designed and manufactured to support daily living requirements while maintaining a highquality finish.
