This new system comes with gateless entry and exit, accessing our site has never been so easy! Moving forward your vehicle must always be registered while on site at the Edmonton EXPO Centre. Attached will be a guide on how to purchase a discounted event pass and answers to some common questions. 1. Select the pass for the appropriate show and follow the payment steps to register your plate. 3. Park at the EXPO Centre!! No proof of payment is required. Exhibitor parking is available as indicated on the below map.
FAQ What day does the pass include? Passes bought on the exhibitor parking page cover move in days, event days, and move out days. If an event pass is not purchased, the daily rate will have to be purchased for any day onsite (including move in, event, and move out days) When are passes available for purchase? Passes are typically posted one month prior to the event and are available until the first night of the event. What if I do not purchase a pass? Daily parking rates are available through onsite machines or QR Codes. NOTE: Discounted exhibitor rates are only offered through the above link/QR Code for the event pass. What if I will be driving a rental? It is recommended to purchase the event pass once the rental vehicle is picked up and you know the license plate. Passes will be available until night one of the event. Passes are not transferrable between vehicles. Where can I enter and park at the EXPO Centre? Our exhibitor parking entrance is located on 79th St. and Borden Park Road. Entering this way will expediate your entry to site and lead to the exhibitor parking and staging lot (see below map).
