Spoilage/Misprints/Defective Goods

 Damage Allowance: A credit will be issued your account for actual damaged shirt or constructed cap count over 5%. Call on all other products.

 Incorrect Goods: All-Secure Graphics is not responsible for embroidering on defective garments or on incorrect styles, colors, sizes sent by merchandise vendors.

 Customer files: All-Secure Graphics is not responsible for embroidery quality when using files provided by customer.

 Prices: Quantity is determined by the number of pieces per garment style, design, and thread color changes.

 Exact Quantity: When exact quantity is required, at least one extra of each size, color, etc. is required to meet delivery dates. Otherwise, when the job is completed, we can notify you of any shortage.

 Sewout Samples: All sewout samples may not match fabric used in order. Texture and stitching may vary in final production.

 Readability: All-Secure Graphics is not responsible for thread colors clashing with nor becoming illegible on garment colors provided by customer.
