CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without approval from Next™. Written documentation must be sent to confirm the cancellation. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender and charged for freight. Customer will be billed appropriately for work in progress.
CHANGES TO ORDER
Any changes to an order (by phone) when received by the factory must be confirmed in writing by e-mail. Order changes may delay shipments, and charges may apply.
CO-OP ORDERS

Next™ assumes that all artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Next™ responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
COPY CHANGES
Any change in copy will result in a new setup fee. Applicable run charges will be assessed as deemed necessary by the number of colors or type of imprint.
LESS THAN MINIMUM
Less than minimum quantities are available on some items. Call factory for quantities and pricing.
NON-FULLFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Next™ cannot assume liability on nonfulfillment of orders caused by the inability to obtain the raw material due to customs delays/inspections, embargoes, strikes, fires, weather, or other causes that are out of our control.
ORDER SUBMISSION
Orders are accepted vie e-mail (cs@ nextpromotions.com), or hard copy delivery only. No phone orders will be accepted.
OVERRUNS
Every effort will be made to ship the quantity ordered, however, Next™ reserves the right to underrun or overrun an order by 5% and bill accordingly.
PAYMENTS
Unless credit terms have been established, payment is required at the time the order is ready to ship. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashier's check or money order. Checks may require a 10-day waiting period. A service charge of $50.00 (g) will be charged on all returned checks. If credit terms have been established, a 4% late charge will be added to each open invoice after 30 days from shipment of order.

All artwork, trademarks and designs displayed on products in this catalog are used only as examples of type and quality of imprinting available. They are not intended as a representation of the products, endorsement of the products or in any way associated with the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks.

Next™ has attempted to portray product colors in the catalog as accurately as possible; however, because of color reproduction in printing, the product color may differ slightly from the catalog. PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is five working days from art approved on catalog quantities unless otherwise specified. Production time begins the day after your order is considered production ready.
For your order to be considered production ready, it must include:

If your order is missing any of the above information, it will remain on hold until all of the information is complete. You will be contacted for clarification.
PAPER PROOFS
Up to three electronic PDF proofs will be provided at no charge. Paper proofs must be requested on your purchase order. Each subsequent proof will be assessed at $7.50 (g) charge per proof. The order will be considered production ready when approval is received.
RANDOM SAMPLES
With your provided shipper account number, sample items up to $10.00 (net) in value are provided at no charge (limit three items per sample order). Items over $10 will be charged at endquantity net pricing. Samples cannot be returned for credit. Please request random samples using our online order form at www.nextpromotions.com.
RUSH SERVICE
Rush service is available on many of our items for an additional charge. Please contact the factory directly for any rush subjects.
SHIP DATE
All acknowledgements indicate an estimated ship date. This date may change depending on the current productions schedule. If your order has a firm "in hands" date, note this clearly on your purchase order, and the appropriate ship date will be scheduled accordingly.
SHIPPING
Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise requested. All shipments are FOB: Shelbyville, IN 46176 unless otherwise specified. UPS Ground is the primary method of shipping unless otherwise specified on purchase order. All orders using a third-party shipping account number will have a $7.50 (g) handling fee assessed per invoice.

SPLIT/DROP SHIPMENTS
One ship to address and method is included with each order. Each additional address or ship method will incur a $10.00 (g) charge. Each international drop shipment will incur a $20.00 (g) charge per address. International shipments are required to be shipped on a third-party account to cover duties, fees, and taxes. There is no additional cost from Next™ to the customer for international shipping using the third-party account.
SAMPLES
Pre-productions/Speculative Samples: $65.00 (g) plus EQP net item cost. (No setup charge on intial production order).

SHELBY TUMBLER DRINKWARE GUARANTEE
Your Shelby Tumbler drinkware product comes with a lifetime guarantee. Under normal use, it won't break, crack, melt, shatter, or chip. If your tumbler becomes defective during normal use, you may return it for a replacement. (Guarantee does not pertain to accessories such as lids & straws). We will not replace any item other than our Shelby Tumbler drinkware. Once the returned product has been received, the design will be reused if possible. If the design is not usable, you will receive a blank, clear product of the same size being returned. You are responsible for shipping defective parts to be replaced. Replacement parts are shipped to you at our expense. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your replacement parts to arrive.
