Sizing

Where To Find A Cap Style Name

Style names are located either on the label or under the sweatband.

Crown Profiles

It has a structured, steep profile and is typically featured with a flat visor.

Often thought of as the traditional baseball cap, it is usually structured, but has a slightly lower profile.

It has a premium buckram and rounded upper panels that contour to rest securely on your head. It is featured with a slight pre-curved visor.

It is slightly less slanted and more shallow than the Pro Mid fit, but can be structured or unstructured.

All logos and decoration shown in this catalog are for illustration purposes only. These items are not available for sale unless the owner of the product issues specific permission. Color photographs in this catalog are approximate and may or may not be a true color representation of the actual product. To see the exact, please order a sample.

For virtual artwork and samples, please submit your logos. Vector art (.AI, .EPS,.PDF, and .SVG) is preferred. .JPEG, .TIF, .PDF, .BMP, .CDR files can be sent to be converted by the Outdoor Cap team. Provide type file for for live text. Exact duplication of logos and type styles cannot be guaranteed due to sew out size requirements. Outdoor Cap will size to best fit art to the decoration area.

Artwork Set-Up and Spec Samples

Outdoor Cap provides complimentary virtual designs and spec samples with no set up or digitizing fees. If the customer would like a physical sample, we ask that you provide your shipper number.

Customer Supplied Embroidery Files

Outdoor Cap can accept most formats. Certain formats do require Outdoor Cap to touch. Pre-production proof of customer supplied file is required.

Outdoor Cap is happy to supply the embroidery file to its customers for a charge of $40.00(A).

Custom Orders

Orders with artwork will not be scheduled for production until proof approval is received. Shipping dates will be confirmed upon receipt of sample proof approval.

Production Time – Blank Stock Caps

Less than Minimum – Domestic Decoration

Minimum order quantity for embroidery or patches is 48 pcs per sku. Customers may reduce order quantity to 24 per color sku for a less than minimum fee of $40.00(A).

Fabric Color Variations

Due to color variations of dye lots, exact color matches of material cannot be guaranteed. In camouflage patterns, differences may occur due to the random cutting. Certain distressed or washed materials will have shading variances.

Embroidery Colors

Every effort will be made to match PMS colors as closely as possible, however color matches cannot be guaranteed to be exact. In camouflage caps, Outdoor Cap cannot guarantee the pattern will not interfere with the decoration of the cap.

Overages/Shortages

While Outdoor Cap will strive to ship exact quantities every time, a 5% over and short variance will be considered complete and billable. If over 5%, a claim can be filed up to 30 days of receipt of order.

Cancellations

Once custom orders have been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, cancellations for custom orders will not be permitted or customer will be invoiced for the raw cost incurred from Outdoor Cap.

Order Changes

Once a custom order is in progress, changes are difficult to make depending on status of the order. However, if a change is necessary, the customer is responsible to compensate for any additional costs associated. If changes are necessary, email: Promo: custom@outdoorcap.com

Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted only if the production schedules allow. Always contact customer service for current rush capacity by emailing custom@outdoorcap.com or go to outdoorcap.com and chat with a live agent.

Repeat Orders

When placing a reorder, always include the number of the previous purchase order on your current purchase order. Note: Any deviation from your previous purchase order will be considered a new order.

Labeling

All Outdoor Cap products comply with applicable labeling laws of the United States of America. Additional labeling will be added at the customer’s request if the labeling information is provided to Outdoor Cap before sampling begins.

Packing

Caps are normally boxed in a master carton, which contains 6 inner cartons, each with a capacity of 24 caps for a total of 144 caps. Weight per shipping box of 144 caps is approximately 36 lbs. A master carton measures 25” X 19” X 23”.

Shipping

If no shipping/routing instructions have been provided, Outdoor Cap will ship via FedEx and bill directly to the customer. Outdoor Cap is not responsible for carrier delays while in transit or any damage incurred during transportation of goods. If shipping address is provided inaccurately, resulting in a chargeback from our preferred carrier, the charges will be invoiced back to customer.

Drop Shipments

Outdoor Cap will drop ship up to 6 locations at no additional charge. For every drop ship location beyond the 6, a charge of $2.50 (A) per additional location will be applied. Minimum of 12 pcs per drop ship location.

Returns

ALL claims for a return must be made within 30 days of receipt of order by emailing sales@outdoorcap.com . Customer is responsible to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and file a claim accordingly with explanation of claim. If Outdoor Cap is responsible for the claim, we will be responsible for all charges. If customer changes their mind, or ordered incorrectly, they are responsible for all charges including restocking fees, if required. If carrier is responsible for the claim due to late, lost or damaged product while in transit, a claim will need to be filed directly with them. All Returns must be approved with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Outdoor Cap Team.

Dry Cleaning or Laundering of Caps

Outdoor Cap does not recommend dry cleaning, dishwashing, or laundering of caps. Instead, we recommend spot clean only.

Copyright/ Trademark Laws

Outdoor Cap assumes when artwork is submitted for an order that the artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of any third party. Purchasers placing these orders will agree to hold Outdoor Cap and any associated companies harmless for any damage arising under these laws as a consequence of use of such trademarks or logos.
