2026 Suntree Country Club PGA/USPTA Junior Golf and Tennis Summer Academies It’s time to make plans once again for the 2026 Suntree Junior Summer Academies. The Golf and Tennis Academies will be held throughout the summer to offer a complete day program that will include professional golf and tennis instruction each day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Any Suntree golf, tennis or social member will have priority for signing up for the Academies. The grandchildren of Suntree members are also encouraged to attend.

Beginning Camp Tuition (Tax not included in pricing) $405.00 for the weeklong academy to include 4 half days of golf and 4 half days of tennis. (Golf and Tennis from 9:00 to 3:30 p.m.) $260.00 for a ½ day program of golf 9:00-11:30 a.m. $230.00 for a ½ day program of Tennis 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. *If space is available, guests can participate at a cost of $430.00 for each session and $285.00 for a 1/2day program of golf or $265.00 for afternoon tennis. Those children attending the all-day program will be served lunch between 11:45 -1:00 p.m. Supervised swimming will also be available during the lunch break for those interested. (Please bring the necessary swimwear and a towel).

Beginning Camp Curriculum The Golf Academy will include instruction from the PGA Golf Professional staff. This will include time on the practice range, covering the fundamentals of the game (grip, aim, stance, posture, and full swing drills). Later sessions will cover pitching, chipping, sand shots and putting. Golf etiquette and rules will be stressed throughout the academy. Each participant in the Golf Academy will receive an achievement certificate, fruit, cookies, and drinks at scheduled break intervals. If your junior golfer does not own clubs, clubs will be supplied at no charge.
PGA Golf Program The Golf Academy will include instruction from the PGA Golf Professional staff. Golf etiquette and rules will be stressed throughout the academy. Each participant in the Golf Academy will receive an achievement certificate, fruit, cookies, and drinks at scheduled break intervals.
USPTA Tennis Program The Tennis Academy will include instruction from the USPTA certified professional staff. It also includes hand-eye coordination drills, hitting drills, footwork drills, supervised match plan and plenty of fun! Racquets and sunscreen are also available to juniors who need them. Participants in the Tennis Academy will receive a certificate, fruit, cookies and drinks at scheduled break intervals.
The Dress Code Clothing should be appropriate for a private country club. Every junior and parent will be expected to follow the guidelines of the Suntree membership. No sandals or flip-flops. Suntree Country Club’s Professional Staff are
